It was a gas power vent water tank, so it's a little expensive. On the price, it was actually kind of in line, I mean I googled it to see the price.

The day after Christmas, the basement sewer pump in my rental stopped working and sewer water was flowing from the reservoir. KB's was able to get to me within 36 hours during the holidays!!! The technician discussed the cause and measure to prevent it from happening in the future.

Excellent. Jessie and Justin to the rescue again! They both came out to my home on Friday night at 10:45 PM to fix a broken pipe. We had no water but they were able to repair and get us up and running for the Holidays! These guys are the BEST!

K B's plumbing was fantastic! Jessie was very responsive during the entire process. I called K B's on Monday, December 19, 2016 and they had the water heater installed by December 20, 2016 before 11:30 AM. Jessie and his team member Justin did a fantastic job. The time between my call and their arrival was exceptional. The technician was able to diagnosed the issue in a short amount of time and gave us options and his recommendations. We chose to get a new water heater. They were able to install the new water heater within a day. Excellent service and I was happy with the price. I expected it to be more. I will be using K B'S Plumbing for all our future needs.

I contacted them via message on Angie's list and they responded within in a few hours. They were able to fit us in the next day and were very professional and explained in detail the repairs that were done.

I called KB's Plumbing because of a possible problem with my hot water heater. After I called KB's they were at my house in about 2 hours to see what I had going on. I was very impressed with that!! "Kenny" gave me his professional opinion regarding my specific situation AT NO COST! I thought I was going to need a brand new hot water heater, but this was not the case. KB's plumbing has earned my business for any future issues for sure!! I highly recommend.

I would highly recommend anyone in the area to call these people! This guy was honest, he told me upfront what it would run, no hidden fees what-so-ever. I was extremely pleased with the services and will definitely use them again in the future.

He came after 10 pm because "he didn't want our tenants with a baby to have to wait longer". That kind of service is hard to find!! The pump has been working just fine ever since. I don't have the exact price and date of service but I'd recommend him in a minute.

Very well! K B's had replaced two leaking hose bib valves the previous fall but when I began using them in the spring I noticed that one was again leaking. K B replaced both valves but charged me for parts and labor. I paid the bill reluctantly and included a written note of dissatisfaction indicating that I thought they should take some responsibility since their recommended replacement had failed. To my amazement and to the company's credit, my check was returned in full as they were more interested in keeping my future business than having a dissatisfied customer. I now plan to use them exclusively. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend them.

Provider was on time able to explain problems clearly got the job done with out being excessive about the time.

It's was a very difficult thing. We try to do it our self. But we had a pedestal sink. It's almost an impossible thing. We found out that pedestal sinks are notoriously bad at replacing faucets. You need special equipment to do it. It was 10% off from the labor. The price was $141. He was sweet.

Jesse and Tim arrived early, did a competent and professional job. Also helped me with understanding and getting help on a mysterious and unfamiliar piece of water system equipment (we recently moved into this house).

Problem been getting progressively worse and more frequent where the water would completely shut off while in use. Showers were becoming a game of chance. All soaped up and the water would completely go away for a few tense seconds. Contractor responded same day as contacted and replaced a clogged component in the system. I was dreading the cost of a water pump replacement but professional and accurate diagnosis of problem was a big relief. Turned out to be much cheaper and faster then anticipated. Very professional and fast service. Highly recommend.

What an amazing company to work with. I called no less than 10 other companies and the prices were so high. I took a chance on Angie's list and found K B'S plumbing. My initial call was answered by a person and she said that a technician would contact me within an hour. Jessie called me back in 15 minutes to discuss the issue and get the details. I came home from vacation to 40+ gallons of water in my basement as a result of a leak in our water tank. I cleaned up the water and placed something under the leak to catch the water until I could find someone to fix it. Jessie gave me a great price and I asked him so many questions just to ensure that he understood that I needed to replace an 80 gallon tank. His quote was so far below the other companies I was convinced it was a mistake. Our area was experiencing record breaking freezing temperatures. He explained that they had a lot of calls for broken pipes and asked if I could wait a few days. On the day before the scheduled repair he called and asked if I could wait an additional day. Even though I was tired of dumping out the water from the leak I understood the difference in the call priority. He didn't make me feel that my business was any less importantant to him. On the day of the repair I received a call letting me know that they were on their way. They were very professional and kept me updated throughout the repair. The repair was done with quality and very timely. I also came home to another issue and asked them to take a look at it. Jessie called another company and explained the issue and I set up a call with them to fix the leak inside the wall. I ended up speaking to the other company three times and they never called or showed up to fix..... or even look at the issue as discussed. Too bad they are not as good as K B'S. I have and will continue to recommend this company. Thanks!

These guys are awesome. I called them after reviewing Angie's List for a broken water pipe repair, and they were faster than most ambulance calls! It was Ken and I believe Jessie, and they worked efficiently and the job was completed in less than an hour. And the broken pipe was in the wall behind the toilet, and to access it they had to work above the main duct work in the basement. Not an easy repair that's for sure. They also completed my toilet tank fill kit repair, which is why there was a broken pipe. #$%and *!

He arrived a few minutes late but was very friendly. He went immediately to assess the problem by dissecting the faucet head and tubing. He was thorough. He determined there was plenty of pressure pushing through until it reached the tubing and ultimately the head. He gave me suggestions of purchase and said he would discount a return visit to replace. I haven't called back yet.

I found a water line leak in my basement Wednesday evening. I immediately looked on Angie's List to determine which Plumber I should call. Based on other members posting excellent reviews for K.B.'S Plumbing, I phoned their office Thursday morning around 8:00. A live woman answered after a 30-sec or so hold - I explained my need and she said she would send someone out to me and quot;this morning.and quot; Jesse the Plumber was here by 10:00 - he got right to work and was done within an hour. Awhile later I went to start some laundry, noted a tiny, tiny leak from where the new pipe connected with the old pipe. I phoned the office - spoke directly with a live woman again - and she called Jesse -who was back here in less than an hour. Easy fix! We spoke and I knew I would be very happy, if he did more work for me in that area - where the pipes were really badly corroded and very, very old. I scheduled him to come back today to replace ALL interior pipes pertaining to the well on the outside - coming into the house and into the Culligan System. He did a fantastic job, and the price was less than he had quoted. He was professional, tidy, and a pleasure to have in my home both days. If that isn't enough to cause you to use this Company let me tell you one more thing! While doing the work - water leaked a bit, he saw some old painting tarps in the area - used them to clean up the water and then before leaving tossed them into my washer - added the soap and started the load!!!!!! Somebody give this man an award for employee of the year. I don't lie in my reviews - read them. I have had some horrible, horrible contractors. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

Did a great job but struggled with the proper sizing on the washers for the bolts. Made a mistake the first go-round and then went out to the truck to find some that would work properly. He did not charge for the extra 15 min. to redo the washers because he felt that it was his mistake. He was more than willing to get on a ladder to look at the leaking in the basement. Wasn't quite certain where the water was coming from but realized that installing the new toilet may have rectified one area of leakage since that was right underneath the old toilet in the master upstairs. Was confused with another wet spot that we had and couldn't determine where that was coming from but we are not convinced that it was a plumbing problem. Had a wonderful and quot;goferand quot; with him who helped hand him the necessary tools when needed and did much of the grunt work (taking the toilet outside and then setting up the new one). Great personalities. This is the second time that we've had the same plumber and he did a super job.

He had to chisel the cement out from around the pump. He cleaned up very well and was very professional.

The plumber arrived on time. greetd us with a handshake and a smile. Was very professional. He and his assistant cleaned their shoes before entering the house. Once we showed them what needed fixing they got right to work. They were done in just under and hour. They explained what they did and gave us the bill. Overall a great experience. Would use them again.

I was impressed with them before the work even began. I called and left a message and within 5-10 minutes was called back to schedule an appointment for that Friday. They even called me to inform me that they may be a few minutes late, but were on their way. The whole team was very professional. I was originally scheduled to have one two man team, but when they were held up at another job, the owner himself came out to do the work, so I would not be inconvienced. The other team showed up, but all four men worked on the different projects simultaniously and completed the work in only 45 minutes. They were all very courteous and efficent, and left no mess. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to others.
