Came on one days notice to make emergency repairs to gutters prior to Hurricane Irenes appearance the next day---his services saved me from a flooded basement --I highly recommend

I recently had some work completed by Jeff, and decided to use him again for some more work I needed done. I went around the house looking for anything needing fixed or repaired. My flowers and shrubs around the front and sides of the house had become a jungle. I had ants and other insects that appeared to be using the brick in my home as a summer resort. Under the threshold of the front door had rotted due to the improper installation of the wheelchair ramp that I had removed by Jeff on his previous visit. He was able to remove and replace the area and made it better than new. He got on his ladder and fixed my guttering, applied bug killer, fixed a bent and faulty door latch, and filled in many deep chips in my cement porch. He then removed ivy, weeds, and other things growing in my landscaping. He installed a border and weed killer, placing all the waste at the curb for pickup. When it was finished I had 2 neighbors comment on how good it looked. I am really happy with all the work he did and the price he charged. I am sure I will use him for all future work.

I called Jeff on the morning if July 18th. He agreed to run by and give me an estimate later that afternoon. He arrived in early afternoon and showed me how bad the ramp had deteriorated since it was built. He felt that the ramp was a possible safety hazard and should be removed quickly. I agreed and he said he would be at the house the following morning at 8am. He arrived 10 minutes early and began work immediately. The temperature was already in the mid 80's and felt like 100 degrees. Regardless, Jeff got the ramp removed and onto his trailer for transport to the landfill. It was a very pleasant experience and I was happy with the work.

He was prompt in calling back and coming to perform the work. He was courteous,cleaned up and double checked his work.

very smoothly, Jeff is prompt in returning calls and getting the work done. A little expensive, but the roof is done and not leaking, and that;s more important.

Jeff was easy to reach and was responsive to phone messages. He worked with us on providing the materials at reasonable prices. He worked within our schedule and kept us up to date on his progress and estimated time of completion. I recommend him!

OVERALL, ALL THE TWO YEARS THAT HE HAS WORKED FOR ME I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AND I JUST LOVE HIS WORKMANSHIP AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE

Jeff responded timely to our phone inquiry and told us his price was 50 dollars per hour, which we thought was fair. He arrived at the established time and completed the task within an hour. I only say I would not hire him again because I was not happy about the extra hole and I had to point out that one curtain was hanging unevenly -- turned out the rod was simply not pushed down all the way in the bracket but I would have had to climb a ladder if I had not noticed it before he left.

Hurricane Irene was imminent --I called the handyman on 8/25 --although he was booked he found time to repair and rehang my gutters thus saving me from a flooded basement-----I highly recommend him with no reservations
