Response from Green Lawns
Mr. [removed member name], After visiting with you and explaining the landscaping, identifying your plants, making recommendations, and spending well over an hour the first time meeting you, you then called and asked me to come out and do it over again for Mrs. [removed member name]. Another couple hours this time, and another exclamation by you "MY MONEY AINT RIGHT YET" that being said, we still mowed for you occasionally, we received your payments late. Had you approached me, called me, or in any way given me notice that YOUR MONEY WAS RIGHT, you would have had a great landscape. As I had said, I love creating Woodland Gardens, and your property was prime for that type of creativity. I also recall giving you sound advice regarding our competitor making applications to your lawn, a lawn which was none existent. All moss and weeds as I recall. I believe I saved you some money by suggesting we wait until fall to build your lawn, then maintain it. You stated you wanted a pond and fish and patios, yet another factor that influenced me was when Mrs. [removed member name] went screaming to the house after that garter snake ran away from us, and went hiding into that hole. It was hard to consider building ponds that would attract wild life, when a small snake was cause to freak. I'm sorry for having judged that situation, but I had a hard time taking the situation seriously. Over all, you are a very kind man, and I am sorry we weren't able to help you. Good luck in all your endeavors, and should you ever get ready to actually do your landscape, I would appreciate your reconsidering our services, as we can build you a gorgeous lawn and landscape. Yours in Turf Bill Sapp
