Nothing, the guy was not even aware that he have the job paid to him.

Said I needed more mulch. Weeds are now coming up. Did sloppy job. Had same service last year from same company but different workers. Last year they did a nice job. Not as good this year and charged more money,

Upon responding to him, he provided details of the cost which did not match the offer. I attempted to schedule a meeting which never happened because of his personal problems. My deposited was refunded by Angie's List upon being notified of my dissatisfaction.

The crew showed up early and did a great job. Worked with my wife on what she wanted for the paths and garden. All work areas were cleaned up, and no trash was left behind. Will use Green Lawns again.

Bill Sapp and his workers were very professipnal and I will use them again.

They were disrespectful. Overcharged us for services. Refused to do these services and said that I clearly have enough money by the site of my car and laughed. He then ruined half of my garden and ruined my grass. Overall this was a horrendous experience and I will never use them again and I will never recommend them.

The original timetable was postponed because of rain, but after agreeing on a later date, the materials and pavers were delivered the preceding day. The day of installation, three workers arrived on-time and commenced work. They worked steadily through the day - and finished about 4:30, then took another 0.5 - 1.0 hour to clean-up. Excellent job!

This guy, while friendly, is not someone you want to work with - trust me. He had originally installed our sprinkler system. That was a nightmare. He walked off the job because he thought we had turned off the electricity and ranted and raved on the phone to us. The electrician had wired it wrong. Then, he didn't show because one of his employees died - which was understandable - but then it seemed to put us behind for every other reason. He didn't install the heads in the most optimum setting - several needed to be moved. And then we didn't learn and hired the guy to install mulch - it was a sale going on Angie's List and we bought it before realizing it was that firm. The guy did not bring the right amount of mulch. He did half of the mulch beds and said he would come back and finish. He didn't. So, then we "forgave" him so he could move a head that was in the wrong location (on our neighbor's property) to compensate us for not installing the right amount of mulch?! Unbelievable.

Everything went perfect from beginning to end including clean up. I was 100% satisfied.

I built a house 4 years ago. The builder planted grass but the next year my lawn was bare. I tried to bring it back to life on my own with out success. This year I contacted Bill at Green Lawns to help with getting my lawn back in shape. He came out assessed the lawn and presented me with a very clear plan with pricing. He was great to work with and has returned my calls on time even after I had pr-paid for the service. A few of my neighbors have used his services and their lawns look great. He will be re-seeding my lawn this fall. I will give you an update come fall.

It went horribly - Giant waste of my time. I bought the deal from him with the expectation of work being completed. Even though I live within the jurisdiction *THE PROVIDER* laid out on the deal - he said he refused to drive to my house and he had too many other customers closer to him that needed their work done. Here's an idea - PUT THE ZIP CODES of where you're willing to provide services then rather than just the counties. But no skin off the provider's back I guess - I'm the one that has to go through hoops and wait 2 weeks for my money back (not him) Then I'll be able to start all over again. Thanks for nothing.

I think these treatment is about $120. He is usually very good. He is a graduate of Wexford University, the College of Agriculture. You can call and talk to him or email him if you have any questions. I emailed him just recently because our apples trees were about to go into bloom. Which kind of spray we wanted to use and when our blossom drops which goes where something about that. He doesn't mind. They are prompt. While we were away if it's grass growing season we will have him mow also. I have looked into the other prices. He doesn't run any particular more than somebody else. I think that's fair to say.

Came when scheduled - did the work - as promised. Were professional and I would use them again!

They were extremely nice, but overall, not a good deal at all.

Owner Bill Sapp is professional and knowledgeable. All work was performed on time as promised. Bill has been prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns. When I discovered that the new pipe for the sprinkler system was leaking at the connection in the crawl space, he was prompt in responding but his crew was unable to correct the leak, requiring me to bring in a plumber at an additional $180 cost. It's too soon to say how effective the weed killing and reseeding was, but I am confident that Bill will respond to address any issues and capably bring about a satisfactory result. I have the impression that Bill may have reached outside his service territory to undertake the job at my property beyond what he would normally be comfortable with (the Angie's List description was apparently overbroad), but we are both adjusting to make it work (my contribution is a $50 travel fee for scheduled service visits).

Looking for lawn treatments, I talked with a number of providers. Bill Sapp was very straightforward and professional. I was impressed with his reviews on Angie's List and the fact that he was a graduate of Rutgers University's Cook College, majoring in turf, landscaping, etc. Knowing another graduate of Cook College and being impressed with her abilities, I knew I could expect great results from Bill. We have not been disappointed and will continue to use Bill. We are planning lighting and more landscaping this spring. He is easy to work with and offers senior citizens' discounts. We have had many positive comments from neighbors and visitors about the landscaping and tree trimming.

Extremely pleased with the gardens! Neighbors have made very positive comments. Everything is level and balanced. Great attention to detail. I'm hiring them to do other yard work for me as well.

Too many costs associated with doing the entire yard.

We really like them. It went very well. We pay for each treatment but you could sign up for a package. They are really nice. They don't come into my house but they always introduce themselves to me when they get here, they ring the doorbell and say they are here for the treatment. It doesn't take an extra amount of time. They just tell me what I need to know and then they let me know when they are done. They are really professional and they are really kind, and they always answer our questions.

Everyone was most personable and considerate. Bill has even told me what to plant in areas where I have more spring bulbs to move so I won't mess up his design! They discovered Maple Gall on the leaves of our maple trees and will be back to spray when the weather is more favorable. Bill is very knowledgeable and I will definitely have him back to do more. We spent more than we expected to, but he did so much more than we really expecIed . I'd love to be able to afford to just let him go with his vision--he is very talented.

They were okay but they weren't the lowest price.

We like them. We have an ongoing service with them. I give them an A+ rating.

These guys are true professionals. They showed up right on time with the right tools and expertise to do an excellent job of correcting my landscaping. The work was done in a quick concise manner in exactly the manner Mr. Sapp had explained to me at the estimate. Mr. Sapp also used several opportunities to train an employ in procedures to improve their activities at the next job. Mr. Sapp also made several suggestions to improve my lawn in the future and later sent me an email with projected costs. Would I use them again? Tomorrow!! I have no qualms recommending them to my best friend or closest neighbor.

Great...Was punctual...did a great job...wonderful clean-up. Grass looks fantastic this year.
