Mike did a beautiful job on refinishing our hardwood floors. We are in the process of getting our house ready to put up for sale and the hardwood floors had 10 years of sunlight and wet paws damage. We did have a little difficulty with communications but he finished the job in time period and price quoted.

Best Choice Flooring called me immediately and set up a same day free estimate. Estimate was a shocker as I didn't expect it this low! I received another call from Kersey Home Improvement and Remodeling and we set up a next day estimate in which they did not show! Best Choice Flooring was ALWAYS there when they said they would be and were VERY professional throughout the process. They put in an added touch to make your floors pop! Very nice and easy to work with along with his employees. Kept us informed on everything. Had kitchen, foyer, steps and skirts refinished as well as a maintenance coat done on hand rail, spindles and nosing. Have gotten many compliments and recommend him to everybody. His cost were much more reasonable.

Mike was responsive and finished the job on a day ahead of schedule. The floors look great, he understood we wanted a natural look rather than the high gloss. Only regret is should of had him do two smaller rooms and the kitchen that were in good shape but now do not look as good as the rest of the house. When we decide to finish those rooms will hire him again.

We decided to have the kitchen floor done also. Once again the price was a bargain for the workmanship that went into this project.. I could tell that Mike takes great pride in his work and he answered every question I had. My wife is very happy with her new floors, which is what it all is about. Very friendly on the phone and came by on a Sunday for a quote. The problem was when we decided to not go through with the service less than 1 hour later. We gave a CASH deposit. (Dumb of me, but he never told me it was non-refundable.) He said no problem and said he would charge a quote fee though. (Also never mentioned, but I was willing to pay.) He then called back a few hours later and said I owed him money now because he already ordered the seal and it was non-refundable. I tried asking for a receipt from his order, but he only got upset. I have now paid $300 for nothing. DO NOT TRUST!!!

Mike and Josh were completely professional, expert at what they were doing and, in addition, were really nice guys. The moment they arrived each day of our four-day project, they began to work, often hand-sanding where needed. They were able to remove deep scratches and stains that others felt could not be removed. They paid great attention to detail and took obvious pride in their work, keeping things as clean as possible. They were greatly concerned that I was pleased with the progress and final appearance of the job. We are very satisfied with our "new" floors, and I plan to use these skilled craftsmen for a future kitchen tiliing job.

Trust me when I say Mike Reed is the best HARDWOOD FLOOR INSTALLER in DELAWARE. I've done my extensive research, called 5 companies and He is the only one who picked up his phone and answered all my questions. He went to our house on Wednesday, by Friday he and his crew were installing bamboo floors in our living room. He was on time, he started at 830am and 5PM they are done. We are very happy with the outcome! My husband and I already lined up another project for him. This company is worth every penny. I would definitely be recommending BEST CHOICE FLOORING to all my friends!
