Mike and his crew are very professional. No foreign or bad language spoken. These home grown craftsmen know what steps to take to keep a customer happy. They kept things so clean that you almost didn't know that a project was in progress. They worked around some of the worst weather this state has seen in years, yet still finished on time. Time and pride was taken to ensure the job was done correctly. This job included a difficult hallway, livingroom and stairwell. Not many flooring guys can handle putting wood on stairs when replacing carpet. Pick guys who know how...They WILL be the first call I will make on my future flooring needs.

Best Choice Flooring was the first to respond to my request from Service Magic. Mike came to my home to see what the job entailed. I was extending hardwood floors that already existed in my kitchen for over 8 years into the front foyer and two front rooms (dining room and living room/office). Mike was knowledgable about the product, how to make the floor seemlessly flow to the other rooms, and how to handle some of the problem areas. He provided a reasonable estimate almost immediately. Once I hired Mike, I paid him for the materials first. He always arrived on time and was very professional. He also interacted kindly with my dog and children (a big plus!). He and his crew arrived on a Wednesday morning to start the job and finished by Thursday afternoon. From beginning to end, they were neat, respectful, professional, and quick. The floors look amazing. The cost was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things. I would recommend Best Choice Flooring to anyone, and have already recommended Mike to a friend. Great job!
