He did a little more work then received a $20,000 payment. Once he received the second payment, he had a roofer do the work then refused to finish anything else. His work was shotty and incomplete. He owes us $20,000 back for the incomplete work to date. He claims to be a 'Pastor' but is more like Satan... STAY AWAY!!!"
