Description of Work: They fixed a leaking shower that had been improperly installed by locating the leak, removing he tile, replacing the plaster board with backer board, and retiling with wider grout lines. It has been almost a year and the shower has not leaked. I addition they replaced the ceiling in the room below that had suffered water damage and regrouted another shower stall. The owner was very responsive in identifying the problem and fixing it with a professional solution. His fees were very resonable and he was careful to complete the job as economically as possible.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Mr. Hagan was organized and focused and is a real pro. He was both professional and personable, and worked well with his business partner, Joe. I had outlined about 20+ minor things I needed help with, and he was undaunted. He made sure he got my input on location and apparent levelness before securing curtain rods and towel bars to the wall. He went the extra mile with providing better quality materials and ensuring safety without additional charge. I am already preparing a list of more work needing to be done for him in a couple more months. He seemed a little pricey to me considering the nature of the work, but I feel you cannot surpass the Quality of his work, work ethic and pleasantness and patience..I could go on. Maybe this is the average cost these days, and I'm out of touch. So I am saving up for the next round of work to be done.. Thank you!
Description of Work: Mr. Hagan removed old gutter guards, cleaned corresponding gutter area, assembled furniture, installed many curtain rods, towel bars, etc..

He would get an A++ in terms of communication interaction. He does great work and his prices are very reasonable. I've used him several times. I would use him again without hesitation.
