Service worked as planned.

It went great. I contacted Scott from PestPRO in the afternoon and he was at my house that night. He immediately found my wasp issue and took care of it that night. He was extremely knowledgable and very personable. He followed up with me a few days later to ensure my issues had been handled.

Excellent at usual.

We had been seeing a wasp or bee inside our house every few days for the past month or so. They moved slowly so we were always able to kill them. We could not determine if there was a nest in the house or how they were getting inside. On the return from a week a way we found several dead wasps inside the house near the front door. Voicemail left with PestPro was returned very quickly. Service was scheduled at a convenent time for us the same week. Exterminators showed up on time. They were very professional. Examined the house throughly for evidence of the pests and then treated the inside of the house. Determined that the pests were a kind of yellow jacket and were coming in through the garage. Since it was very windy and rainy they came back two days later to treat the outside of the house. Have seen two dead bees since the treatment and no live ones. My wife was very compfortable being at home with the PestPro guys. She was impressed their knowledge and professionalism. I chose PestPro after reading exterminator reviews on Angie's List. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have no basis to judge the reasonableness of the cost of service. I would have preferred to pay less than $150 but I don't think the fee was unreasonable.

We recently moved into a new home in Dover and were overrun with spiders and wasps last summer. We called Scott at PestPro and he told us he would be able to show up the next day to take care of the problems we had. Other companies we called told us they would be delayed in visiting our house and never followed up. Scott was the exact opposite! He made sure to listen to our issues carefully, and planned out a scheme for getting rid of the insects and spiders we had been infested with. He showed up promptly and answered all our questions. After our first treatment, we called a couple weeks later after finding a couple more spiders in the garage, and he told us he would come right out and apply another quick layer of protection around the garage at no extra charge. We decided to sign up for a yearly plan with PestPro, mostly because of how professional and courteous they acted. Now they come out to the house every few months during Spring, Summer and Autumn and apply treatments. The insects and spiders disappeared and we have been happy. We are looking forward to another year with PestPro!

As usual Scott was punctual and worked with us to find a time that was convenient for us. He arrives and goes to work immediately. My husband will chat with Scott while Scott is spraying. He continues to spray and entertain my husband's questions or comments. I appreciate that he does not try to get over by just standing around and talking instead of working. We are happy to see him each quarter because we know our house will be insect free. I have referred him to my place of employment in hopes they will sign him on as we have terrible insect and critter problems at my work place.

PestPro's service is excellent. We have them come to the house quarterly to apply treatments and they will come back in between services if necessary for any issues or pests that need additional treatments.

The individual called and made an appointment to come to my house at my convenience. He called a few hours before arriving to confirm our appt. He got to work immediately, and finished in a timely manner. He left a copy of the services he performed.

Excellent service

This company is excellent! Very friendly and professional staff that I felt very comfortable being in my elderly mother's home. They even called me afterward to tell me how much they enjoyed talking to my mom, and then I found out later that they had even helped her with a small task in the house that day that she couldn't complete on her own. You just could not ask for nicer people, and their products are pet friendly. Neither Mom nor her dog had to leave during the application or after. I had them come back in the fall, and my mother only had one cricut the whole entire fall! This was a HUGE improvement over past years, when we sprayed ourselves. Usually mom was overrun with cricuts and spiders during the fall, no matter how much we sprayed, but they came out one time, and the problem was GONE. They also didn't ask mom to do any prep work before they got there, which was a huge relief to us all!

Overall, our experience with Pest Pro has been great... I have referred some people to this company as well. They are very reliable and if I have any issues all I have to do is Call them and with the day they are at my house taking care of my issue.

As always Scott provides excellent and professional service. As mentioned above he works from the time he arrives until he leaves. He talks to us while he is working. He is very friendly and customer service oriented. if there is ever a concern he addresses it immediately. When he finished spraying we paid him and off he went to his next appointment. He has always been punctual and thorough.
