contacted through angieslist. got a quick reply. was able to set up appointment for work to be done pretty quickly. they arrived on time and completed the job. tech followed up by phone and gave me some more helpful info. pricing was great as compared to others. would use again.

We got an immediate helpful response on the phone. An inspection was set for the next day with two additional follow up visits. The visit included a thorough review of inside and outside of the house, some exterior bait boxes, interior sticky traps, and advice on securing premises for the long run. Return visits involved checking and rebaiting all the traps. We do not live on site, and so the inspection follow up by paper and phone was excellent.

Very well and when I needed them to come back to put additional mouse traps down, they were very courteos and prompt.

Scott came to our new home and discussed the services that he could provide. We are new to Delaware but have lived in states as far south as Florida and as far north as Vermont. I know that each area of the country has special needs as far as pest control is concerned. We also have a pet and a grandchild who visits and we wanted to be sure that any products used were appropriate to those issues. Scott was knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain different services and made some useful suggestions for keeping our home pest free. I was particularly impressed that he discussed Integrated Pest Management options. Pest control is not as much fun as choosing paint colors or landscape plants, but in many ways it is more rewarding when it is done right. Scott does it right.

The PestPRO staff are knowledgeable, thorough and communicate well. PestPRO keeps me informed about the results of each visit and makes helpful suggestions. I haven't had any pest emergencies yet, but if I do, I feel comfortable that PestPRO will resolve effectively.

I have had different jobs done around my house and none of these other workers or companies take the care that the techs of Pest Pro take to care for and respect our property and our home. The tech is always polite, friendly and shows up within the time window I am given. He immediately goes to work. The tech sprayed the outside of our home and the inside of our garage then before he came in the house he knocked on the door then put on the booties so he did not track dirt in from outside. The young man took his time and hit all the areas of the house we had seen spiders in addition to spraying the general areas.

They showed up right on time. We talked about pest control and what I should do inside and out to mitigate pests. They treated the home, wore booties over thier shoes and they were thourough and very proffessional. They told me if I saw any pests, of any kind, more than once, they would come back at no charge (as part of my program) and treat the problem.

The technician came and exterminated fleas in the basement and then sprayed the entire house and garage. He has really followed up with me after the treatment. The guarantee is for 30 days. If you see anything within the first 20 days, they will come back and spray for no charge. He has continually followed up via email to see if we were seeing the fleas anymore. He was very professional and gave me great instructions of what I needed to do before and after the flea treatment.

We have been with PestPro for almost a year. We first called Scott because of a large bees nest we had on the front of our house. He was very responsive and even came back to the house to make sure everything was resolved. We have been with PestPro ever since! The preventative maintenance he does to the home works as we have no pest problems.

Chris was very professional, punctual and friendly. Once he arrived he asked me to open the garage. Once he completed the garage and outside of our house he put on his booties and came inside and sprayed. He asked if there were any concerns he could address. Once he finished spraying he explained what he did and how the chemicals worked and that they were safe for my pet. Scott usually comes out so this was my first time meeting Chris but he explained everything as if it were our first service and I appreciated the information.

It went very well. Mr. Davis is very professional, explained what he would do and made some suggestions. I will recommend him to family and friends.

I called the morning of May 30th, 2013, and spoke with the owner Scott Davis. He thought he might be able to arrive that afternoon. He called later in the day to advise he would be at my home within 1/2 hr. Scott arrived with one of his employees, Nate. Both men were extremely professional. While Nate sprayed the outside perimeter Scott inspected and advised of potential problem areas. Scott sprayed the inside of the house. We have two dogs and Scott assured me the spray being used was not toxic to them. He also explained that he wouldn't use anything in someone's home that he wouldn't use in his home. The next morning I was finding dead ants. Scott explained the various pest control plans he offered with respective pricing. I chose the plan which included a termite inspection. Since it was late that day Scott emailed me with a date, June 4th, and time he could perform the termite inspection. The day before he called to ask if we could reschedule to June 6th. We were able to set up a time that was convenient for me. He arrived at the scheduled time. Scott rechecked the outside perimeter and felt he needed to retreat for ants as there was still some evidence of activity due to heavy rains. Scott did not charge for the second application. I researched Angie's List when I sought a company for pest control and was very impressed with the comments I reviewed for Scott's company. Having worked in a Customer Service capacity for some thirty years I am extremely appreciative when the owner/president of a company has such a wonderful working ethic.

We were referred to PestPRO by a friend who is very particular about who he does business with - and we can certainly see why. Scott and his crew were very professional. They gave us a time window for their arrival then called back with a 30 minute eta. They were considerate of our property and took the time to explain the treatment they provided. Scott went over the paperwork with us and gave us some suggestions for preventing pests in the yard and around the house. The only thing they left behind were dead bugs and a very satisfied customer!

Sprayed and placed gel to get rid of the ants in our kitchen. Couldn't ask for a better experience - on time, got to work, solved the problem.
