Grout Fix Svcs

The owner and his partner ( worker) arrived on time, did a good job; although they are expensive. Could not find anyone in our area to do this work. I think they need some competition.

Wayne was a total professional and performed a high quality installation, on the agreed upon schedule and at the agreed upon price. We recommend Wayne's grout fix services and will use him again if needed in the future.

Came and looked at the job, gave us an estimate and set up a date to do the work. Called the night before to confirm. Arrived on time and stayed until job complete.

This is my second time using Grout Fix Services. I had my kitchen and sunroom done two years ago and loved it so that I did my foyer tile. It makes your tile and grout look like brand new. I would highly recommend them.

He was booked until Jan 2016, but squeezed me in! How wonderful was that.

Wayne and his assistant were on time. They worked for 2 days on cleaning the grout in our shower and floors. They worked greatly and were professional and friendly. The floors and shower look great!

Very good work, bathrooms are now in great shape. The only quibble is that I let them choose the grout color, and I probably should have reviewed it myself. It is not bad, but a bit darker than I would have chosen. But that is on me.

They arrived on time & were finished on time. Price was good. This is the second time I called Grout Fix Services. I was very pleased with the work the first time. I will be having them return in January, 2016, for more work done.

Wayne did a complete estimate, and gave me a firm date for service. He called the week before to confirm date for work to start. He and his worker showed up on time. They repaired loose tiles/replaced loose grout. They matched tile and sealer color perfectly, and adjusted color on 2nd day of work after the grout sealer dried and was slightly darker than anticipated. They were neat, clean, professional, and communicated every step of the process. I was totally comfortable having them work in my house, and was comfortable leaving for work meetings while they were there working. My wife wasn't present when Wayne did the work, and her reaction on seeing the completed work was very positive- "looks like a brand new floor", "I am very pleased with the work", and "totally worth it".

Everything is fixed. They had called to confirm appt. They arrived on time and were conscientious about keeping everything clean and neat. It looks one hundred percent better, like new.

Wayne was early, which was great. Got down to work around 9:00 am and did not stop until he and his assistant, Scott, were finished (around 2:15pm).

Scott & Wayne were punctual every day (3 days). Beautiful job. My kitchen & bathroom floors look like new. Very pleased with the work.

very dedicated, workers only stopped 30 min for lunch. Showed up 8:30 every morning and worked hard all day.

All areas look brand new. The workers were prompt, courteous, and easy to have around. Good with my dog, very cognizant of always leaving a bathroom for me to use. Also explained what they were doing , very professional.

I am VERY happy with this company. Several weeks prior to service they ( Wayne )came and looked at what I wanted done and gave me estimate and approximate date service would be done if I decided to use the company. They arrived for estimate right on time and were very professional. They told me to call when I decided if I wanted service which I did and they arrived on the date I was told. Two workers arrived and went above and beyond . They replaced, repaired and cleaned grout in two walk in showers and regrouted two tub areas. In one shower they found a leak area which they repaired. ( which took several extra hours) They were here two and 1/2 days and the showers look brand new!! Each day when they left they cleaned the whole area and placed all their tools in one area . I am so happy with their service and wish I would have as pleasant an experience with all workers at my home. Call this company and you will be very happy that you did.

Wayne, the grout guy, was on time, did a fabulous job and did more than the contract called for.

First of all he came highly recommended by a contractor who had rehabbed three bathrooms for us and who we trust. He showed up on time for the estimate appointment, gave a detailed description of the work that would be performed and how it would be performed and how long it would take. Based on that we decided to go away for a couple of day so we wouldn't walk on his work. We trusted him with a key to our house based on our contractor's recommendation. Upon our return we were astounded by how the tile and grout looked, like it was band new. AND a five year guarantee. After we got home he called to ask if we were pleased and we certainly were.

Was very happy with end result, but very disappointed with pricing. Was told the price was high because it would take five days to do all the work. Job took about half that time and no adjustment was made to original estimate/price. They gave me an estimate for more work/ a different project which came in at more than double what other service providers estimated. Unfortunately would not use/recommend due to pricing.

Wayne and Scott were on time, professional, accommodating, very neat, clean up completed, questions and concerns answered and addressed.
