The work performed by Grout Fix Services was exemplary and the end result surpassed expectations. His skill and expertise restored our 20 year old shower, bathtub and floor area to a like new condition. Wayne was professional and very meticulous in all aspects of our restoration project. Grout Fix Services fulfills the promise found on their business card, that being, "Let Us Restore Your Homes's Tiled Surfaces to Like-New Condition."

Provider responded promptly to initial inquiry, and came to home to assess project carefully. Provider was exactly prompt with our appointment, and very helpful during the assessment, which included matching colors of grouts. Price and contract proposal were provided upon conclusion of the visit. Service was scheduled carefully, and provider adhered exactly to our agreed schedule. Provider was easily accessible by email, phone and text (text was a great way to verify and follow up). Predicted length of service visit proved exactly correct (about 1 day), and provider and a crew member arrived exactly on time on the agreed date. Providers were careful and clean in our home with their equipment and various grouts, caulks and chemicals. They removed their shoes entering our home, and worked professionally - meticulous, actually - throughout the visit. Upon conclusion, payment was made, exactly as predicted (no surprises), and an offer was made to return later if any defects were discovered. We are pleased with the result. In one area, the grout matches so well we have a hard time rediscovering the repaired sections. In another area, it was harder to match the grout; although it looks very good, it's not a perfect match, perhaps because of the age of the existing grout or subtle changes in the grout color formula. Still, we are very pleased.

We got and estimate for the job very quickly. Once we accepted the proposal we were given a date for the work to begin. As the date approached, we received a reminder phone call and Grout Fix Service professionals arrived on time, cleaned the shower floor, and removed all the cracked and stained grout. They re-grouted the shower floor and applied 3 coats of color stain sealer to the shower floor. The work took 2 days to complete and the shower floor looks as great as it did when it was originally built.

Very well. Wayne and Scott were efficient, clean, and very personable. Wayne has promised to come back if anything goes wrong...based on the quality of work done, we don't anticipate that this will be required.

They did a fantastic job of dressed up the uneven grout in the master bath. They whitened all of the grout to an even SAME color. Then they sealed the grout. They were on time, they were very professional, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

Wayne and Scott have completely re-grouted the floor of the shower. The color matches beautifully, and they have truly stood by their product after our shower subsequently had a leak which affected the new grout. All is well now - and they have offered to check in with us at a later time to see how things are going. Both are extremely professional and friendly, offering advice on how best to take care of the tile going forward. We are extremely pleased, and would highly recommend their service!

Wayne and Scott did a fabulous job. Both kitchen and master shower look brand new. Work was done on a timely basis and price was reasonable considering the work required. I would highly recommend them for any tile work. I will be using them again for another property in the near future.

My husband and I highly recommend Grout Fix Services for your grout and tile needs. Wayne and Scott are very resourceful, professional, and function well as a team. We were happy with their clear explanations of how their products work and their thorough/even applications of those products. Stains were lifted from the grout, a tile repaired like it was never chipped, and baseboards were caulked in relation to the tile flooring. Our overall impression was, "Wow! It's as good as new!" He came and gave me an estimate quickly and scheduled the work for the following week. He arrived on time and worked for several hours on the first day, and had to let things set so he returned the next morning to finish the job. He asked if I was satisfied along the way. He did a great job and was meticulous.The shower looks likes its new again, and the crack in the floor is hard to find - and it was sizable.

We had Wayne and Scott from Grout Fix Services in 2 or 3 years ago to repair tile and seal grout. We had them back this year (July 2018) to perform grout cleaning and sealing on the other two floors of our townhouse. We were very pleased with their services both times we used their services. Wayne got us an estimate promptly and worked with our schedules to schedule the actual work. They showed up promptly, as arranged in advance. They worked diligently and professionally and completed the work on schedule. Their work is excellent, and the grout looks like new with the cleaning and sealing. We would definitely use them again.

Wayne was very responsive and professional. His initial grouting came up. I call him with photos and he came out immediately and reapplied. Again it happened and he returned. A third time it happened again and I gave up. The total area was only about 8 square feet for &1,400 or $$175 a square foot. Finally I gave up and did it my self for $31, the cost of grout.

Grout Fix Services did an excellent job! Our floors look like brand new. They were professional and punctual. Used this company in the past and will definitely use them again.

Wayne is very professional and completed the work on time. He worked in my home for two days and was punctual each day. He is extremely neat and completely cleans the work area when the job is completed. My bathtubs and shower looked like new when he was finished. I would recommend him for any grout issues.

Wayne was working in my development and was able to come over the next day. He was right on time. He took his shoes off before walking on the hardwood floors. He checked out the shower and explained what had to be done. He would make it look like new. The house is only 4 years old so we want it to look good. He said it would take a day and a half. I was surprised that it would take that long but it is a large area and it is tedious work. He had an opening in 2 days due to a cancellation so I gave him the go ahead. His man Scott and Wayne came at 8;30 AM and Scott worked all day. Not an easy job. He came back the next morning at 8:30 and finished the job. It looks great. Wayne and Scott were both great. Very professional and do amazing work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Wayne and Scott arrived on time and stayed with the job until it was finished. It took approximately three days. They cleaned everything as they worked.

I was very hesitant at first but I had heard from someone else about how well it worked. I'm so glad I did follow their advice. It's actually scary how dirty the grout was before because now my tile looks brand new. We are very happy with the results.
