Went well , Went over all issues and shower tray issues , plus recolored and sealed all flooring , KHOV was builder and wouldn't guarantee their grout/tile work , low quality tile job with KHOV and its tile people required us to pay $1200 nine years later .....

They were wonderful. It looks like a brand new floor! They were courteous, very thoughtful, and they didn't wear their shoes in which was nice. They were so friendly, and I will definitely have them back out to do more work if needed.

It is hard to believe that you can have 10 year old ceramic tile look NEW AGAIN . Wayne is a master craftsman and is one of a kind. I highly recommend him if you have tile or marble ,

The shower looked better than when it was brand new. The floor also looks brand new. I thought it would have to be replaced but not anymore. It will be good for years now. I am once again proud of the bathroom. I am planning on having them back to bring the floors back to brand new in the other 2 bathrooms.

The repairs could not have gone better. Our shower looks brand new -- no exaggeration. It's simply perfect. The tile is repaired and the stains are gone. (Honestly, I wasn't expecting the stains to be completely gone.) Wayne repaired the dry wall area outside of the shower and even painted over the repairs. I could not be more pleased with the work that Grout Fix did for us. They worked a miracle on our shower, and I could not be happier.

They did an incredible job from start to finish. I could not be more pleased. The floor looks like new. I had some small chips on a few tikes and they were able to repair them so they looked like nephew. They were total professionals, on time, very neat, and personable. The stone tiles were a challenge so it was not an easy project. All the furniture had to be moved and the sealer had to be applied twice. I would recommend them without reservation.

The grout & tiles in all 5 areas were thoroughly steamed cleaned. Grout was replaced as needed. Old caulk was removed & baseboards were re caulked & painted. Grout all around tile was stained & sealed. All areas were cleaned & areas were fixed as needed. All rooms looked pristine. Very, very satisfied.

We contacted several companies on Angies List located on Delmarva to do some work on a property we have in Maryland but they were either a no show or no contact. Grout Fix Svc kept their appointments to provide the quote and the days work was to begin. After providing a quote, we decided to add the laundry room.. Grout Fix Svc was very accommodating. The work was done professionally, neatly and on time. There was a dramatic change to the floors and it provided that high end look that was not completed when we had the original work was done by another contractor. My shower was done first. Initially, the recounting didn't take. However Wayne returned twice until the work was done to my satisfaction. You can depend on them to guaranteed their work. My kitchen floor looks new and we are pleased with the work. I would highly recommend if you need grout fixed.

They arrived on time and completed all work requested beautifully. I highly recommend them and will call them again if needed. The cost was more than I anticipated, but I have never had such work done before and had nothing for comparison. The company was very responsive in calling me back and keeping me apprised of the status of the job.

I have had a persistent problem in our master bathroom with buildup of mold. Grout Fix once again cleaned up the problem and gave me suggestions for this problem from ever recurring. This was a messy job and when the work was completed, my bathrooms looked brand new.

The provider scheduled us with a mutually agreed date. They came to our house as scheduled and on time every day. The work was done professionally and in a very timely manner. From the initial call to set up appointment through the entire project Wayne and Scott were true professionals and delivered more than was contracted for because they saw something that need to be done and they did it...with no hidden change order up charge. They were very neat while doing the job and cleaned up like know one had been here at the end of the first day.. They were right on time for the day's work and did not spend liesure time on the job. Wayne from Grout Fix was on time & extremely knowledgeable about the seepage we were experiencing, as well as mildew build up along the seams. He was extremely professional & reassuring in that the problems would be fixed. Both Wayne & Scott were outstanding in the work that was done.

Great work. Wayne and Scot arrived on time and went right to work. Job took 1 1/2 days. When we did the final inspection Wayne pointed out that he also did the laundry room floor and didnt charge us any extra. Everything looks great. They are very meticulous in their work. They took off shoes before coming in the house and cleaned up at the end of the job.
