Great service

The oven was too old to repair. They gave good advice and an honest assessment.

They came the same day that I contacted them and identified the problem which was the oven thermostat. Came back the following day and replaced it. They sent me a tracker so I knew exactly when they repair person would arrive. All went well, no delays. Also gave me advice on another issue I had. I liked that they were honest about value for money and whether it was worth fixing something vs replacing it altogether. The price was comparable to other work that I have had done. The problem is that overall prices are too high in this area and I doubt I would have found a better deal if I had shopped around. I the end, I paid the price of half a range just to have a part replaced. I will certainly hire them again since they are prompt, professional, and honest.

My washer wasn't holding water during the wash cycle. The company sent repairmen to diagnose the problem. They looked for about 20 minutes and then determined nothing was wrong with the washer. They charged me $125 (I'm a renter so I didn't argue cause I'm getting it reimbursed anyway). As they left I warned that sometimes the problem isn't so obvious, but they just told me not to overfill the washer. As soon as they left, I ran a cycle and the washer was not working. I had to call to schedule another appointment, but luckily they were able to come two days later. Thankfully, they were able to find the problem and it seems to be fixed now.

Tech was able to find out the issue with in 5min, will definitely hire them again.

Additionally he was able to work with me on the price considering my budget constraints due to COVID-19. Would definitely hire again and recommend to friends and family.

Terrible. Besides being late, not wearing proper masks or gloves, they broke the main drawer when re-assembling the refrigerator after the 'repair.' And the repair itself didn't work. It lasted a few weeks and now the problem is back. We're out $400 for this 'repair' and still have to buy a new refrigerator. When I asked for a refund on the work since it didn't actually work, they refused.

I have no complain about the work done.At the end of service the bill was $583.00 for just remover the parts that been dirty and but back.,no part repair.they spend one hour total I'm very disapointed with the total bill.This is the few times I been using Angie list.I hope you can solve this problem.Thanks

Speedy service during the Coronavirus time. They had social distancing equipment. Guaranteed their repairs for 3 months. Had to return once to replace evaporator motor fan at no additional cost.

Horrible. They smelled, had a North Carolina license plate, but pulled up looking like dirty thieves. I would never use them or Angie's List again, they were disgusting.
