Great, quick service! Our fridge and freezer went down and Q&A was the only company that could make it out quickly. Diagnosed it, got the part overnight, installed on a Saturday. Couldn't ask for much more.

Might also be called Smart Appliance Pro. Do not use and if your warranty company attempts to schedule them for you, ask for another company. Installed a gas oven regulator upside down. When we told them the oven did not work after their installation, they sent another tech who blamed the (brand new) cooktop. Finally, we hired a well-rated gas repair company and they found the issue in 5 min. The company refused to refund us the cost of having another company come to fix their issue.

It was a dish washer repair - noted that large est cost and knew the part replacement cost - i asked why so high and was told it was about a 3 hour on-site effort. Khader came and it was a 1/2 hour "plug and play" effort. Khader indicated it was do to his driving time. So 74% of the cost was for him driving his van. Was unpleasant than. Get someone who you can trust.

Happy with the job that the Tech did to replace our dishwasher. He also spotted a related issue on stop valve and offered to fix it for a nominal and reasonable cost.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Q&A Appliance Repair. I have a very old chrome Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator. It still works so why spend $2000 for a new one. The icemaker stopped working about six months ago and I ignored it til about a week ago when the heat made me focus on the fact that I did not have one. Q&A was very responsive and set up a diagnosis appointment. I was impressed with their staff who took the time to go online, get the original brochure, and proceeded to test the pieces of the icemaker in order to properly diagnose the program. While I thought that the water line needed to be replaced, it turned out that the icemaker motor had died (after 20-plus years that's acceptable). I rec'd a very reasonable quote and an appointment to replace the motor was set for a few days hence. Within a few hours, I had ice again in my freezer! I would definitely recommend and use Q&A again!

I hired Q & A Appliance Repair LLC and I told them to come with the materials they needed. He came yesterday but he did not have any materials needed for the service. I paid for the materials through QR code and the lady said that the materials will be here on Thursday. I told her that I can't wait that any longer. I asked him to came back but he can't provide any day and time. I am waiting for their call until now if he will come back on Thursday. I am mad because I already told them to bring materials but they did not.

Great service. Arrived on time and expert technician. Accommodated my schedule and came sooner than they wanted to. Knew his way around the washer and likely other appliances. Lower price than all others. Will definitely hire again.

WOW IMPRESSED ! Dryer Vent is " pipe to pipe " due to poor design, and came loose. Techs, LITERALLY dove on top of piggy back dryer, and made repairs hanging UPSIDE DOWN over the back. SO IMPRESSED!"

Fraud. I needed my fridge repaired. They came out and said it needed a new part. They said it would take four weeks. I waited. They came out and installed the new part. It broke in less than 24 hours. I asked for a new part. They said wait four to six weeks. Half a year later, I had already gotten a new fridge, and I wanted a refund, as they had not given me the part nor had they done any communication with me in over half a year. I call them up and they say no, as they conveniently got the part in yesterday. Terrible customer service, likely fraudulent, horribly overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

They were fantastic. Responded within minutes of placing my inquiry and had someone out to fix the issue the next day. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. 6 stars.

Smart Appliance Pro waits until day of appointment to cancel; reason given is the company does not provide service in Washington DC, only Northern Virginia. I would think, when you give your address to the company's scheduler, if they do not provide service to an area they would tell you at that time.

My problem was small and easily dealt with. The workers showed up on time, were very polite and efficient. I would use them again.

It went very well. Khader was on time, and after running the washer and looking underneath, he diagnosed the problem as a bearing issue. The cost to repair would be over $500, and so now I am searching for a new washer. I appreciate Khader's knowledge and expertise. Would definitely hire again. Thank you.

The work was done efficiently and correctly. They wanted a check for payment not a credit card. Also left no paperwork about the appliance or an invoice, Any work I have had done, there was always paperwork about the work and invoices left behind. In this day and age, repair companies accept credit cards. I have never had a company that didn't. I got no response when I questioned this with an email. Sorry, but I will not use them again.

Company was the first to respond to my initial inquiry and a consultation appointment was easily scheduled for a convenient time that was very soon. The two technicians arrived on the day scheduled and within the timeframe provided and were safely wearing masks and social distancing in my home. (All appointments/approximate arrivals/on-the-way communications were emailed, clear and correct.) The problem of the control panel not working was diagnosed as needing to be replaced and a follow-up appointment was scheduled after the part located and verified to be obtainable. A quote for the part and repair was given before they left my home. The oven is 15 years old and the lead technician assured me, correctly, that it was much more expensive to replace than to repair. Repair time was scheduled, they arrived on time and quickly replace the part, and I now have my beloved oven working again! I made a down payment of a little less than the cost of the part and repair at the end of the initial appointment and the balance when work was completed.

We had several conversations with Amy and she was very helpful and informed and very easy to work with. Installation went very well, all are pleased with the work they did. Definitely would hire them again as it just went very smoothly and all our concerns were addressed.

The technicians were prompt, courteous, and used Covid precautions. They determined that the washer should be replaced and were helpful in suggesting the appropriate model to purchase. I will definitely contact them again if I need appliance services.

Excellent. Job was estimated say day as request. Part was ordered and work was completed successfully two days later. Technicians were fast, punctual, and courteous. Price was reasonable.

The oven was too old to repair. They gave good advice and an honest assessment.
