It went well.

i scheduled a visit for monday morning 8am and the owners of G&G HOME IMPROVEMENTS showed up on time at 7:55 check the roof and gave us a written estimate on the spot recomemended that i need a new roof replacement need i knew it needed a new roof because i have got 3 estimates and all stated it needed to replace . however they where the only one with material samples to educate me of some the benifefit of higher quility materials so i decide to hire them because of the quick response we signed up the contract and the next day work started and was completed by the end of the day it rain all night the following night no leaks i also forgot to mention about the downspout on the side of the house for no extra charge even though i was willing to pay for it i took the thme to write this report to let people know there is still honest contractors out there

I would highly recommend G & G Home Improvements. The owners of this company are truthful, courteous, and reliable. Most importantly, they took the time to inform us of the options we have to get the best quality roof possible. We have used them twice before, and compared to other companies they were the most honest in separating what absolutely needed to be done to repair the roof from unnecessary costs. In the aftermath of Huricane Irene and the subsequent tropical storm many roofers wouldn't even give call backs. The Martin's of G&G were out to give me an estimate on my damage the following day. This time we used G & G Home Improvements for a full tear off and replacement of the lower-level roof on our house. Once again, they gave us a fair and reasonable price. This company also ensured that the highest quality materials are used. In fact, they sent their workers back to get 5/8-inch plywood for the sheathing instead of using the standard 1/2-inch. Not only did they get the job done in a efficient manner, they went above and beyond to make repairs that were unexpected without charging us extra, including reinforcing a beam that was rotting and replacing an extra part of our gutter. They also took extra care in cleaning up so that no debris was left behind, including nails that could damage tires. Additionally, I enjoy supporting family run businesses. A father and son who have been working in the business for generations run G & G Home Improvements. I trust that G&G stand by their product and they have guarenteed that if I experiance any leaks they will be back to repair them free of cost.
