Fast Fix Handyman

The work was excellent. I decided to pay a flat fee instead of hourly since it was a three-day job. Miguel brought three other workers and operated like a subcontractor rather than just a handyman service. His labor prices were reasonable. We will use him again for a long list of jobs. I did have to ask for the usual paperwork, and clean up the yard of debris myself.

It was great. They were timely, efficient and did an amazing job. I would use them again and recommend them to others!

We contacted Fast Fix Handyman after experiencing some water damages to our home due to the recent blizzard. Fast Fix Handyman performed various handyman tasks throughout the home as well as painting our master bathroom and living room. The appointment was made quickly. The workers showed up on time. Miguel and the other workers were very professional and diligent. There was great attention to detail, especially where the painting is concerned. I've never before had quite an extensive paint job before. We used a coupon for the handyman services and the cost was completely reasonable. Though the painting job was extraordinary, it was a bit pricey for our needs. I would definitely use Miguel's company again for handyman services. As much as I adored the quality of the painting services, its a bit pricey for the needs of our home. The paint job that Fast Fix performed was great and we were very pleased with the outcome. As much as we love the extensive paint work, in the future we can get by with much cheaper priced paint jobs for the other rooms.

Miguel was not just very responsive but actually followed up consistently to make sure job was done. He and his assistant were thorough and detailed, did clean up after every job and very professional.

It went splendidly. Miguel and his assistant arrived on time, set to work immediately, and did really good work. It was for my sister's house, and she says she's going to use them again in the spring to help fix her deck. She was delighted, said the work all looked very professional, and that when I wrote the review I had to emphasize how pleased she was with all the results.

Miguel was very responsive and easy to communicate with via email. Arrived promptly as arranged. Was able to complete the tasks requested except for repair of a shower head. It seems that this needs to be replaced and he pointed me in the right direction. The deal was $310 for 2 people and 3 hours work. I didn't quite have that much to be done, but was willing to pay for quality work. Will definitely use this service in the future.

It took several days to confirm a service date with this provider, but that is understandable for a small operation. Miguel Fernandez and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time and worked quickly and efficiently. I am quite satisfied with the quality of the work and the price and would definitely use them again for handyman services. A better job of cleaning up would be appreciated.

My first attempt to contact him through Angie's List happened 12/4, with no response. I followed up on 12/13 and got an immediate response. Work was scheduled the very next day. I asked for a receipt, which he promised to send via email at least 3 times. We've exchanged emails from the address where he's convinced he sent the receipt, and yet I have no receipt. I went to schedule some follow up work. He penciled in availability that same week, in the morning. Later that same day, he reported a conflict and shifted me to the afternoon. On the morning of, he couldn't work and had to reschedule. The quality of the work is excellent, the price was affordable, and Miguel is quite responsive...when you get him. But his availability is not reliable. On price and quality alone, I may continue to gamble on this company. But there comes a threshold where contacting someone once and knowing that work will get done is financially worth my time.

Great. The drywall work / patches was to perfection as was the painting. Pulls were also installed which required drilling new holes, patching the old & repainting. The arrived on time, were professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Miguel & his team do a nice job.

Miguel and his assistant were prompt, helpful, and very professional. He responded to all of my messages quickly. During the repair he sent pictures to show the extent of the damage and clarified with us what we wanted from the repair before he completed it. The two of them were incredibly tidy and did great work.

Service was outstanding the the communication was excallent in regards to the work to be done, materials to be provided and timeline for completion of work. What we didn't expect was the addtitional work (pressure washing) that the company was able to do in that the completed the scheduled work ahead of time and having the fence and rear patio pressure washed was a nice extra provided for us (at no additional cost!). I have been in the building products industry for over 24 years and have worked with a good number of contractors but there is no question we will have Fast Fix Handyman back over to our home for additional work and annual home maintenance! Very satisfied customer.
