+ -1 moreMiguel installed ceramic tile backsplash in my kitchen, a recessed medicine chest in the bathroom wall, added a wooden frame to a wall mounted mirror and replaced a broken door frame. He and his worker were professional, neat, fast and efficient. The job cost didn't change and he finished on time. All of the workmanship was excellent and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy.

+ -1 moreExcellent. The initial visit by Joe to inspect the roof went very well. Clear, thorough, precise, friendly, and best of all -- honest. No b.s. or exaggeration or attempt to sell me anything, even assuring me that things I thought might need fixing in fact were fine. The workers themselves were friendly, quick and efficient. They even fixed problems that were unknown when the original price was agreed on and yet did not charge me a cent, even though I offered to pay. The proof will be if the known leaks have been fixed -- I was on the roof myself -- but rarely have I been so impressed with this level of service.

From the first time I made contact with him he was quick to respond, thorough in his responses and genuinely seemed interested in our project. We encountered a couple of hiccups - due to the age of our home and unpredictability of older homes - and he talked us through our options to ensure we understood what the best move would be. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge (of multiple trades) made us comfortable with the work he did and it looks great! We highly recommend Miguel.

He is excellent - professional, on-time, warm and competent demeanor, he and his partner work hard for the entire time he's on the job, good problem solver, very good rates, cleans up after his job. I recommend him 100%, without hesitation! He is the best handyman I have ever had.

He stayed in touch with me in the days leading up to our appointment, and the cost of the job was exactly what he told me it would be ($140 for 2 hrs). I have been looking for somebody reliable for similar small home improvement projects for 3 years (!) and will be keeping his info to use again in the future.

+ -1 moreI rated this company as high as "C" only because they were on time, clean and not rude. Other than that it was a trip to twilight zone. It was supposed to be a two-nan crew of professional handy persons. But team leader was actually teaching the partner how to screw on the toilet water tank on to the base! [No joke!] There is more like that too, but clearly that person was there to eat up time. EVERY single thing on our list seemed puzzle this team. I think I am done with them and Angie's list of "A" rated folks.

The estimate was fair, the job was done in about a weeks time. Miguel and his workers were responsive, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. As problems cropped up, Miguel would suggest solutions and we would move on them. I fully recommend Miguel and Fast Fix. I have already asked them to be ready for additional projects.

Despite this, they kept to the original time line in regards to getting the work done (they worked late to complete the job on time). They were meticulous in their work. The wall looks as though it was original to the house (we have an old home with some quirks and they came up with creative solutions to make the wall blend in). I would definitely hire them again.
