Very happy with using this company for painting my condo on short notice.

The 2 man crew arrived on time and with all the tools needed including a very tall ladder needed to reach the peak of the roof. They worked steadily, 2 hours on Wed and 6 hours on Thur. They cleaned up after they finished. Everything was well done and both men were pleasant to my wife and me. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price and we would be happy to hire them again.

Miguel promptly responded to my many inquiries via email and informed me of ongoing specials. My tenants were pleased with the work. He emailed an invoice and allowed me to mail a check after the fact which was very convenient.

There was a lot I had underestimated to be done. And somethings you just cant know until you start. The JA team was helpful and insightful in finding reasonable solutions, even going to the store with me.

They sent a guy over with a tube of silicone. Was really hoping they'd have the ability to do a better fix in the minimum two hours they charged - maybe actually done some regrouting. It fixed the problem, but could have done this myself for a lot less.

Miguel is a pleasure to deal with, and he and his crew do high-quality work. As others have commented, he is someone who insists on doing something right the first time. He is easy-going too and willing to roll with the punches as plans change.

It worked out well. He was pretty sufficient. He worked well within the means of what we wanted. He worked with us. He was a pretty good dude. I would recommend him. I called him on a weekend and he called me that same day.

Miguel did the estimate, which was $700+ . This was less than another estimate I got, which was for more than $900. I went with Fast Fix based on the Angie's List reviews and was happy with the work. It took a whole day because at the last minute, he was only able to send one person rather than two people. But it all worked out and the final cost was lower than the estimate at $556. I would absolutely recommend them for drywall repair.

The final product turned out amazing, even better than expected. Miguel and his team were friendly and professional and completed the work on schedule and on budget. The tile work was really excellent -- looks beautiful. There was a minor issue that occurred shortly after the work was completed and Miguel came over the same day I called him to fix it. Miguel and his associate completed all the work I needed done, and it turned out great. They were extremely friendly and professional - it was a pleasure doing business with them. The work is satisfactory, but not above and beyond quality. They accidentally drilled holes through the wall into the kitchen, which they patched up, but could not paint over because we did not have the matching paint. This caused the project to take longer than expected, but it turned out well in the end. Another minor detail they missed was using two different types of screws to hang a bar in my kitchen, again, the work is solid, they got the job done, just small things that could be improved. I recommend them

Miguel responded to my inquiry and my questions very quickly and even arrived a little bit early to my house. He made quick work of installing my ceiling fan. He was very pleasant and professional, and I will definitely contact him again for jobs around the house.

Miguel and his partner worked efficiently to handle a number of odd jobs I needed done at a rental house. The jobs all required tools and know-how a bit beyond my comfort level, such as the inset for the hinge and cutting out the threshold and exterior board. The exterior board required the removal of the gutter and painting the replacement. Everything looked great after they were finished all this. I especially appreciated them testing the downspout where critters were chewing up the insulation. It was completely clogged for some time and required quite a bit of work to unplug it.

Miguel and his associate were the consummate professionals--pleasant, reliable. efficient and cleaned the area they were working to better than it was before they even started. Not only that, but they also did another small project for me--they offered--without extra charge. I would use them again, and will, for just about any project in my home and highly recommend.

He stalled and stalled and stalled... I eventually just decided to hire someone else. Seems like someone who has gotten busier and cant handle the new business.

Excellent. Showed up on time and did a fantastic job. It's hard to find a good handyman who can do a lot of different types of work, and Miguel is fantastic. Reliable, responsive and very friendly. And I think his prices are very fair.
