Powder room update included removal of existing paneling, patching/smoothing walls, moving electrical to install new light fixture in a new location, painting of 3 walls, switching out existing sink pipes with new chrome ones, swap out old toilet with new one, hanging a mirror and new fixtures (TP holder and hand towel ring). This took a total of approximately 12.5 hrs of labor - 8.5 with Miguel on his own, and 4 hrs with him and his helper. We didn't expect the job to take as long as it did so the cost was higher than we expected, but there were a few hiccups along the way. However, Miguel and his helper appeared to be consistently working throughout the time. Plus, Miguel was very friendly and nice. One thing we've noticed since the job was completed is that blue painters tape was not used when painting, so there's paint along the top of the baseboards which stands out since all of the other baseboards are white. Upon hearing of this, Miguel offered to return to fix the baseboards free of charge - he was very flexible and painted the baseboards white. Everything looks great! Thanks, Miguel!

Miguel was outstanding. He was so responsive and professional. He was able to do all of the above in response to my virtually last-minute request. He worked on a compressed timeframe and very helpfully arranged for a cleaner. Most impressively, he really provided terrific quality control, making sure everything was done as agreed by inspecting the apartment the night before my tenant moved in. Outstanding.

They were great to work with - Miguel was creative in solving one or two challenges that came up during the work and was a great mix of efficient with his time and taking the time to do the project right. He also was really easy to work with and a nice guy. We will look forward to working with Miguel again in the future.

Miguel and his helper worked very hard and wasted no time in getting the work done (took a little over a day). I think from point of contact till completion it took about a week - something much appreciated since we have a baby on the way. Also, because of areas where the original molding exists, Miguel had to retrofit with what is available commercially. We were so impressed with the results! Overall, I found Miguel to be honest and very professional. We will happily have him back in the future to do more work.

Miguel has many skills. He came with a helper b/c two were needed for the artwork re-hanging. The helper did the painting and did a clean, neat job. Miguel took on the task of the outside drain, which needed to be connected to a newly moved HVAC condensate line. We had bought the pieces we thought were needed for the connection but Miguel suggested an alternative, simpler way to solve the problem. This man not only has multiple skills and good helpers, he is a problem solver. Oh, and i needed this work done in a hurry and he came on the Saturday of the week that I called. Very responsive too!

Miguel did a pretty good job communicating, even though it was complicated by having to coordinate with our tenants (we live out of state currently). He seemed to handle that well. I haven't gotten feedback directly from the tenant, but I heard no complaints and the work got done, so I'm a happy customer.

I have been struggling to find a solution with multiple issues in my basement...Miguel showed up when he said he would and quickly assessed the situation and the necessary plan to get everything fixed. He worked very fast and did not leave until he finished. (9.5 hours) Finally I have found a skilled, reliable and honest handy man!!!
