Fast Fix Handyman

I contacted Miguel by email with list of what I wanted done and requesting an estimate. He responded promptly and we arranged a time to do the work. Overall I am am very happy with the work. Miguel and his coworker showed up on time and worked efficiently. The quality of the work was also quite good. Prior to contacting him I had gotten another quote that reflected an hourly rate twice as high. The initial quote did turn out to be a little low, but that was because I had not fully described the damage to the ceiling and it took a little more time to fix. Nevertheless the cost was reasonable and the quality was high so I will definitely use Miguel again in the future.

I had contacted Fast Fix Handyman to repair a small area of water damage to a kitchen ceiling, and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Miguel and his assistant arrived promptly, informed me as to the process and afterwards cleaned up perfectly. The work took two hours. They did an excellent job and I will use this company in the future. I recommend them highly!

Miguel was punctual, professional, and courteous. He was happy to answer all of my questions and showed that he was very skilled at his craft. Miguel came back to touch up the door frame a few days after he finished and did not charge me for that visit (the wind blew open the screen door when I left it ajar, and cracked the frame again). He was very friendly and fair and I will certainly use him again!

Miguel's work was good and professional and included a quick run to Home Depot for a part. He was honest that he was unable to fix/rehang one set of sliding doors. The scheduling of the appointment--which I did through Angie's List email--was problematic. The first appointment that he made with me, he didn't show up and when I called him, it was clear that he hadn't noted it down and had no plans to. It took some work to get a response to schedule again.

Service was great, Miguel was able to come out within a couple days of reaching out to him with an initial request. He communicated clearly about options regarding the shower water damage situation and quickly and efficiently worked on other tasks. He has also followed up on the quality of the work in the couple days since his visit. I would definitely use him for needed repairs again.

Miguel is fantastic. His work is impeccable. He has excellent attention to detail ... he built a wall between 2 bedrooms really quickly (in 4 hours), was incredibly clean and respectful to my tenant's private property, and did an amazing job. I will definitely call Miguel the next time I need anything done in my house.

The work was done quickly and efficiently, despite the fact that once they took off one of the light fixtures that was to be installed they found a big hole and had to repair it. Great service. Reasonable prices. Will definitely use Miguel again.

Miguel was great. He was professional, on time, clean and cares about his workmanship. He even came back on a Sunday morning to make sure that an electrical problem that was encountered in the house was not due to his work (with the ceiling fan). He spent 1.5 hours on that Sunday inspecting his own work along with other electrical possibilities and did not charge me extra for this time. He is definitely on my "call list" for other work that I will need in the future. Thank you Miguel!

Top notch repairs all the way around. Miguel and his helper worked non-stop for 3 hours and finished all the repairs on my list. I provided parts but for parts that were needed at the last minute Miguel made al quick trip to a nearby hardware store. An older bi-fold closet door was almost impossible to re-hang but Miguel made it work. Their paint work is flawless and I intend to call again for interior painting and to upgrade additional lighting fixtures.

Miguel did a great job. He was in contact many times to arrange everything and make sure he had all the parts for the job. He was on time and he and his partner installed everything quickly. He figured out what was wrong with a pesky light switch that hadn't worked in years. And the total cost was very affordable given the hours. Will call him again for anything else and have already recommended him to a friend.

These guys were great. Showed up right on time, did an absolutely beautiful job--put in the ladder, trimmed, sanded, painted, put on a new pull. I've dealt with vendors who do a pretty good job but don't quite finish everything--Miguel did everything right start to finish. Definitely using again.

Miguel was AMAZING! He was very responsive, friendly and professional. He emailed me back and we set up an appointment very quickly. He was available the same day and worked with my schedule. He and his partner worked quickly and efficiently, were courteous and very helpful. Miguel gave great advice on where to hang artwork. Everything he did came out great and made my new apartment feel like home. He exceeded my expectations and not only will I use him for all my household needs, but I will give his number to all my friends.

I needed some furniture fixed on the same day. Miguel was very responsive and was able to do the job admirably on a very short notice. It was not an easy fix but Miguel managed to solve the issues perfectly. Very responsive and professional. highly recommended.

At no point did I ever feel like the work wasn't going to be done properly. With the job completed, the house looks brand new again. The repair needed on the floor was a bit tricky, requiring a portion be cut out and replaced. I hoped for the best, but was prepared for the repair to be noticeable. It is not! Miguel did a perfect job with the repair! He also reattached a door knob that had come off that I wasn't able to do myself.
