On time, professional, friendly. This was my second time using this cleaning service. I was happy with the cleanliness of my home. Scheduler is polite and easy to understand.

On-time, professional, a member of the team spoke English - house was clean and smelled fresh. The scheduler on the phone is polite and easy to understand.

The cleaners are polite, efficient, and hard-working. They also adapt to any unusual situations, such as cleaning while the homeowners are finishing packing for and leaving on a trip, and dealing with a very big personality cat and a very skittish cat.

They took everything out of cabinets, cleaned inside and outside of each cabinet and all of the things in each cabinet. They scrubbed all of my appliances and even the racks in my self cleaning ovens. I was very impressed. Stlill looking for stuff but I can live with that.

It was almost perfect, they were able to fit us into there schedule at a last minute notice. They showed up earlier than the expected time and really cleaned out our entire apartment, which was a 2br and 2ba. We needed a cleaning service so we could pass our move out inspection. Only thing would be that they weren't able to get the carpets as cleaned as we would of liked but I would still recommend their services, the lease lady even said that they did an excellent job cleaning, other companies dull in comparison.

Elite was able to find a crew that could work during the holidays and they were incredibly thorough; to the point of cleaning my oven to where it looked like new! . They had to take more time than expected because of the amount of dust and disruption in the house due to floor refinishers but I felt it was well worth it since we had family coming in that weekend. Looking to use them again I feel so strongly about them!

They do a good job but are extremely expensive. The last cleaners I had charged me $115, Elite charged me $165. I expected with such a drastic cost increase that the cleaning be OUTSTANDING. They did a good job, but not worth the cost increase. Out of the 7 times they cleaned for me they arrived on time 6 out of the 7 times. The one time they did not show, of course happened to be the day I had guests arriving in the afternoon, and the customer service handling the situation left something to be desired. I was promised the replacement team would show up in 3 hours, then they were 45 minutes late on top of that, so arrived almost 4 hours after their originally scheduled time. I'm used to being comped a cleaning or at least offered half off when a mistake like this happens, I was only offered 10% off my cleaning after I specifically asked how i would be compensated for this huge inconvenience, only after expressing intense frustration did the 10% increase to 15%. I would expect to be compensated so much more following such a large mistake and me having to rearrange my work and my kids schedules to accommodate their tardiness. They aren't worth the money, I can easily find another service for significantly less money who will do a comparable cleaning.

The team from Elite did an AWESOME job on my house. I've tried a lot of different cleaning services and this team blew all the others away. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

They are very efficient. They come in, get busy and get out of here. The first crew that came, only one of them spoke really good English. We have to be really sure to communicate well with the person that understands what we are saying. Both they were both very good and hard workers. The second time, both the gals spoke English. It was just the communication the first time. I haven't had a house cleaned in a very long time. I've just done it myself. It's also just getting used to dealing with other people in our house cleaning.

Two ladies from the cleaning service arrived exactly on time. They were hard working and very efficient. The work was finished faster than estimated so it cost less than I expected. I have no concerns and was very pleased.

At first I was very pleased with the service, but I'm now looking for another company. When I was asked for my credit card information to have on file I wasn't super happy about giving that information, but he assured me that my card would not be charged. I told him I would be paying by check, he said on problem. I get my credit card statement and find that my card had been charged. I called - he said he would credit my card back. So I check my statement the next month, not only did I not get the full amount credited back I had another charge. I called again, he insists that my card wasn't charged. So I finally called the credit card company to resolve the problem. I decided to continue to use them for another month thinking this was just an office problem, but today they show up late and not the same crew. I'm Done - It's just worth the drama!

They were good. They are fairly priced, on time, very friendly and do a good job.

It was very good. I like it because they send the same people every time. They do a very good job, especially on my floors.

The 4 ladies cleaned my 3-level townhouse from top to bottom. They arrived right on time and finished in two hours. They did an excellent job! My house is sparkling and it smells amazing. They moved the fridge and cleaned behind it; they even offered to make my bed for me, as I had just finished washing clothes. I will most definitely use them again.

The two-person team arrived on time and spent a half day doing the cleaning. Thorough and professional job. Brought and used all of their own materials (unlike a previous experience with a different service).

The ladies were friendly and worked hard. Our house was very dirty because we had our floors refinished before they came, so there was dust everywhere. It was a big job and took three of them fours to do. I felt comfortable moving in without having to do anymore myself. Overall, great job!

They were prompt and through. They asked if I wanted my refrigerator and oven cleaned as well i told them no not at this time. They cleaned the microwave, the front of all the appliances. I received a call from the supervisor to see if they showed up and how it was going. I was so thrilled with the job they did I am having them come back once a month. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to a friend or relative.

The cleaning was done very well. Our home just had new carpets installed and was empty of any furniture for rental. The property managers toured the home for showing and they were very impressed.

Extremely well, professional, and thirough. I would not hesitate to give them a recommendation to anyone needing housecleaning. I cannot overemphasize how great they are. This is the second time, and I am just so, so, grateful for the work they did both times, especially today. It is beyond wonderful to come home to not just a clean house, but an immaculately clean and organized house.

The ladies arrived promptly at 12:00. They were very professional and went right to work after asking what I wanted done. This house is 10 years old and had never been professionally cleaned before and needed a LOT of TLC (I work long hours and house keeping is NOT my forte). I am so blown away by the results. The price might sound a little high for just 2 levels, but there was a lot of work to be done and they worked the entire time. Everything is sparkling from my ceiling fan to the hard wood floors. They cleaned all of the interior windows, the oven (looks like new), baseboards and chair rail. They removed and cleaned everything in my china cabinet and everything on every shelf in my house. We have 2 cats and hardwood floors, so there are always fur "tumbleweeds" floating around. Not tonight. They polished our hardwood to the point that it looks like the day we moved in. You need sunglasses to walk in the bathrooms. I chose this company based upon the reviews that I read on Angie's List and can't tell you how pleased that I am. We have already scheduled our next date with them. My only regret: they came in and went to work so fast that I never got the names of the ladies that transformed my house. Thank you Elite Cleaners...you exceeded our expectations!

The team they sent is outstanding. They are thorough and leave the house sparkling. I have high expectations for house cleaning , and they are consistently meeting the expectations. I will continue to use their service.
