Description of Work: I use a cleaning service on an "as needs basis," and this company does a great job in cleaning; however, they are a bit more than other companies I have used. If I have something really special such as overnight guests, they are really worth it.

Description of Work: The house was beautiful when I returned home. The ladies that arrived did a wonderful job. The only minor glitch in the system was I had called to change the date they were to start to another week. I left a message but they arrived on the original date anyway. It worked out in the long run.

Description of Work: cleaned windows inside and out in good time. moved furniture as needed. I live on the ground floor of a condo apt. so no ladders were needed. since I only have 9 windows and one door to the outside, they cut the price. I don't remember how much I was charged or when the job was done and have no time now to go back in my records. But I will use them again as needed.

Description of Work: We arranged for an initial cleaning to establish a baseline for possible continuing service. The two women arrived on time and went right to work after being shown around the house. They spent 4&1/2 hours cleaning top to bottom. While we were surprised by the length of time they took compared to our previous house cleaners, we were impressed and very pleased with their work, professionalism and especially the results. In addition to the routine, they cleaned areas that our previous company's crew rarely or never touched such as high dusting, baseboards, and a thorough vacumming under and behind furniture. We are also encouraged by the fact that there has been a live, responsive person to contact during the day instead of voice mail. E-mailed questions have been promptly answered. Their quote for continuing bi-weekly cleaning services was reasonable as well. We will likely continue their services.

Description of Work: Three workers showed up to clean my townhouse in Georgetown for rental. They worked very hard and did a very professional job. They were very polite and responsive. They had all of the right equipment and supplies.

Description of Work: Had to discontinue services after fewer than six months. Found one broken item in home, on average, after every other visit. No recognition of broken items (e.g., note, email) and some were actually hidden. Frustrating responsiveness when contacting owner via email. General lack of coordination hindered the overall functionality of the service. Home was well-cleaned, but not worth the headache.

Description of Work: Elite Cleaning Services performed a move-out clean to our apartment. First and foremost - they did a phenomenal job. The place was sparkling after they left. | |We have two buts: 1) We got a call 1.5 hours before our scheduled appointment asking if we were there and notifying us that the cleaning crew had arrived. Being that we were moving that day, we were not there, but they ended up waiting until we arrived at our scheduled time so no harm no foul. | |2) We did not receive a receipt or invoice for the work performed. I later noticed that we were charged more than expected. When I called and explained the situation/my anticipated reason for the over charge, I was told that someone would call me back. This did not happen after a day or two so I called again and received the same message. This time, however, I received a call shortly thereafter explaining that the difference was do to the fact that they had a staff of 3 clean the apartment instead of the quoted hourly rate of a staff of two which equated to the difference (i.e. they only billed for the time they were there cleaning, not the time they were there waiting which was my concern). | |Overall, I would have appreciated an invoice rather than having to check my credit card statement and then call for an explanation (which is why I am giving them a B and not an A). Otherwise, they were pleasant to deal with overall and they did a great job cleaning.

Description of Work: I called the company to get cleaning services for my home. I used them 3times-3strikes you're out! They were very expensive. The cleaning was mediocre. My bathtub was not scrubbed clean and it wasn't too dirty to begin with as my daughter is the only one who uses it for bath time. I also had to give my credit card information to reserve my first appointment. I was told it would never be charged but only used to hold my spot. But in fact, my husband told me his credit card was charged even though I wrote a check for every cleaning. Also, they never came at the time when I was told they would. They would be HOURS late. I was told 8 am and they came after 10 am. I was told 2 pm and they came at 9 am. Good thing I was home those days. I would not use again, nor would I recommend them.

Description of Work: They showed up TWO HOURS LATE, which completely ruined everything as I was supposed to pick up a friend from the airport. Then, they spent three hours cleaning. The job they did was fine (not spectacular by any means), but it shouldn't have taken three hours and the fact that they were so late was just totally unacceptable. To this credit, the owner did apologize and did discount the service, but it still wasn't worth it and I would never use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned my one bedroom apartment. The initial cleaning was phenomenal. They scrub everything. They also do nice little touches like fold the towels and tissue in an unique way.

Description of Work: The housecleaning service provided by Ester and Ann Marie was outstanding. They arrived on time and worked hard and consistent the entire time. They did a remarkable job, dusting crown moulding, ceiling fans, walls, and all the furniture. Ester vacuumed all the soft surfaces, ie sofa, chairs and pillows. Leather surfaces were cleaned also. Ann Marie left every surface in the kitchen and bathrooms squeaky clean. The cleaning products left the house smelling fresh and clean not chemical. The ladies were both professional and very kind. It was such pleasure to have them clean my home. I have already scheduled my next service with Elite to be provided by Ester and Ann Marie. Thanks Ladies.
