We hired Elite Cleaning Services to begin providing monthly housecleaning services. While the initial visit is more expensive that the regular monthly visits will be, they provided the most thorough deep cleaning I've ever seen. The two-woman team who came to our house showed up early and brought all of their own supplies. They were friendly and polite, and by the time they were finished several hours later, the house was amazingly clean. They thoroughly cleaned and dusted all of the expected areas but they also went above and beyond, taking care of extra things such as cleaning the fridge and the oven, and straightening up messy shelves. We are very happy with the service they provided and we are looking forward to our new monthly cleaning service. Overall, their prices are very reasonable. The initial deep cleaning for our 1800 sq ft house was $250 and the fee for the rest of the months will be $150, a very good price in the expensive DC area.

They were very through in kitchen. Services were completed as expected.

They no-showed the appointment. I tried to call them 3 times that day, but no one answered. Update: They did call me the next day and offered to reschedule and they have been very responsive since then. I will update again after I receive the service.

Rhoda and her crew were excellent and arrived exactly on time. I ended up being asleep and they even called me to let me know they were there. They did a thorough job cleaning the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen, and all the common areas. Rhoda and her associate was nothing but professional and thorough the whole job through. I enjoyed talking with Rhoda while she was working. I even showed my appreciation for the hard work of these fine ladies. Matt himself is a joy to work with. He also conducted a professional transaction and helped schedule me in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs cleaning. Initial cleaning went well. I set up bi-weekly cleanings at a lower price and I have been happy since (I have have had 2 total cleanings so far). So far, so good!

The ladies were on time and cleaned everything thoroughly! The house looks amazing. I will be hiring them for weekly service.

Elite sent three cleaning crew members to my home to deep-clean my three-story home. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and thorough. My home smells so great! I would definitely ask for this service again! In fact, I would request the same three crew members!

I am very pleased with the service provided. The ladies arrived on time. While pointing out what was to be cleaned, the ladies indicated that it would take longer than I thought. They were able to do it within the time they projected and did a great job.

Phenomenal. The company sent three cleaning ladies to my 1 BR apartment (890 square feet) to clean for 2 hours, and they did a wonderful job. They saved me hours of aggravation and back-breaking work, and they left the apartment in wonderful condition. I would definitely hire them again.

I've used them for many years and Elite is always consistent. Thorough cleaning service, quick but detailed. They are my go to cleaning service.

First the ladies showed early, second there was a little bit of a language barrier, but they did a nice job.

I didn't like that they sent 2 people for 2 hours instead of 1 person for 4 hours. The supervisor also kept calling the cleaners and telling them to hurry up. At the end, he had to come and inspect their work which also made me uncomfortable.

Team of two people cleaned everything thoroughly and carefully. They were very pleasant, worked hard, and addressed all my concerns with respect. Definitely would recommend them, and use them again.

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this service was. I emailed Elite on Sunday because I needed a last minute, rush cleanup. Matt replied by email within a hour. We set an appointment for Monday at 12:00. Matt's communication was perfect as he needed to call me at work so that I could meet the team at my condo and then he called me at work to let me know they were finished. The ladies did an absolutely wonderful job. My condo is spotless. They cleaned off the balcony, washed down the front door, and found all the little cob webs I had seen earlier as well as everything else. I do believe they cleaned every surface in the condo! In short, they did a perfect job! I could not be happier! I was so delighted with the work that I have hired this team to come back on a monthly basis.

Excellent. Ladies were cordial and did an excellent job cleaning. Basement was sparkling and our guests were pleased last night. We would definitely use them again.

My friend was moving into a huge new house. And I messaged Elite cleaninh through angies list to check their availabilty. They responded promptly with a yes and 99/hr flat rate for the requested day. They messaged and asked me to notify them of any changes if their service was NOT needed. I misinterpreted the message and didnt call them. So they confirmed the appointment by default. On monday (the day i chevked their availabilty), they had 3 cleaners all ready at my friends door step. She was shocked when she got the call since she hadnt made the appointment. And then she called and notified me. I called the company, spoke with Matt and owned up my mistake. Though he was furious, he took time listening to what exactly happened. He cancelled the service and called back his team from the siteMy apologies were accepted and we ended it on a good note. Would def hire them for cleaning my house.. but next time I will make sure i confiirm the appointment and note it down. I appreciated him NOT charging me for the 11th hour cancellation.

I have been using Elite Cleaning Services for over a year now. Initially, communicating with Matt was a challenge. The scheduling was a major issue initially. Elite Cleaning would schedule my cleaning appointment for one date and then send the ladies out on a totally different date. I have had to send the ladies back approximately three (3) times so far. But now that I understand Matt prefers to communicate via text messages things are going a lot smoother. And to clear up the confusion on scheduling, they now send a cleaning reminder the week of the cleaning appointment and request that you confirm. This allows you the opportunity to confirm or cancel as long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. The cleaning crew that I have is awesome! They always do an outstanding job and pay close attention to detail. Now that I have had the service for a year, the ladies know where everything belongs and things that I may not have a place for they create one! They always go above and beyond. The price is reasonable compared to other companies. I have even recommended them for family members and they have nothing but great things to say as well.

Initial cleaning was very thorough, it was 3 women for 4 hours, who worked fast & detailed! They have great energy & are very open to any questions or concerns throughout the process. I scheduled them to come every two weeks now!!

Elite Cleaning Services did an amazing job on my house. I am currently recovering from surgery, so I have been able to efficiently clean. I also have 2 dogs and 3 cats! I called them up to get a price check and it was comparable to others I asked, but they had a good rating in Angie's. I went with them and i do not regret it. I had 3 cleaners come in for 4.5 hours of cleaning and my house looks amazing. They not only cleaned, but organized all the rooms for me as well. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them to friends/family. There was one mishap, but they handled it professionally. I am on crutches and they left my kitchen floor wet. I did not know this and ended up slipping on the floor and taking a fall. The ladies immediately came to my aid, asked if I needed any help or if there was anything they could do, and dried up the floor asap.

The team was entirely professional, efficiently, and asked to do more than I requested. They filled the entire two hours, even a little extra to finish everything I asked them to do. It's nice that you can contact the operator services (Matt) via phone or email and get a response in English, and get better rates with a regular cleaning schedule.

I had trouble communicating with the service and was not able to directly communicate with the women who actually came to do the work. I have often worked through a service and am fine with messages through a central person however messages through Matt who I believe is the owner were not communicated. the women who actually come to clean are very nice and the work they do is good.however they are seem to miss or skip some areas even with reminders. I was never sure if this was because the women who came chose not to do the work or forgot or because my reminders were not communicated to them and I suspect it was the latter. This lack of communication led to several hassles and included a lost original key for a new door. i gave them multiple opportunities to do better however I think a bad communication system led to repeated difficulties that became too much to handle. If they are able to fix this significant issue I think they wood be a good service.

Excellent cleaning but expensive. The deal was 6 hours with 2 maids. Three people showed up and I was told it took all 3 people 6 hours to clean-so I was charged an additional $210, bringing total to over $500. I asked about maintenance service and was told monthly service would be about $300-seems pretty steep for maintenance! If I were rich, I would continue to use this service, because they did a very good job cleaning, but I can't afford them!!
