Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen, inside /outside stove, cleaned inside refrigerator, cleaned two bathrooms and 2 ceiling fans. they were 30 minutes late, it went okay. I thought I was getting four hours, but really two hours. This was my first time ever using a cleaning service.

Description of Work: Two women arrived promptly at 8am as scheduled. They both worked hard (continuously) to clean my condo with one bedroom, two bathrooms, a den, living room and kitchen to clean. They finished and the hardwood floor was nice and shiny... everything was well cleaned... and they were both polite and friendly. | |A very successful visit! If I could afford this on a monthly basis, I would schedule them to come regularly.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with our cleaning from Elite. They were on time (actually 15 minutes early), worked hard and everything looked great. I hadn't had my home cleaned in awhile, so although I had two employees for 2 hours each, they only completed We our kitchen, family room and living room. Just keep in mind that if you haven't had your home cleaned in a while and you want multiple rooms cleaned you may want to add more time. I will be using them again for sure!

Description of Work: I spoke with Matt regarding a housecleaning project. Matt asked me for my credit card information, just to confirm a reservation without doing any work, which I found highly unethical considering he wouldn’t provide me with a written contract as I requested. The issue I have isn't giving the credit card information, but I had an issue giving it without any services being performed and not being able to get a reservation without the credit card.

Description of Work: Fast, efficient cleaning staff. Deep cleaned our apartment in preparation for our move-out. I felt the price was decent. Cleaners were friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We started using Elite last summer. They started with a "deep clean" that took about 6 hours @ $50/hr. Then 2 cleaners came every 2 weeks to clean 2 baths, a hall and stairs, a kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and 2 bedrooms for $120, which takes about 2 hours. My wife says she needs to put sun glasses on when entering the kitchen after they leave because it shines so brightly! One of the two cleaners was proficient in English. They did not always send the same two ladies, but most recently, they sent the pair we liked the best. I called and asked that we have those ladies on a regular basis and the service agreed. We'll see if it works out. We now have them come once/month for $120/cleaning. There are only a couple of minor concerns. Sometimes the office is hard to reach and their voice mailbox is full. And cleaners don't always come at the same time of the day. Also, the cleaners sometimes don't put things back exactly where they found them. This is the first cleaning service we've ever used, so we don't have a basis for comparison. Overall, we are satisfied.

She took the stop out of the sink, which is hooked in under the sink and has to be physically removed in order to get it out and then claimed that my ring fell down the sink, but my brother took the plumbing apart and then she claimed she found the ring. It was a nightmare, especially since it was my wedding band

Description of Work: I've been using Elite Cleaning Services to clean my home on a monthly basis for 6 months now and have had the same two women come to the house each month. I receive a reminder phone call the day before my appointment to confirm and the women have always arrived on-time, they're very professional and extremely accommodating. The house is absolutely spotless each time they come and I've never had to call them back out for a missed item or problem with the cleaning services. The cost is reasonable and comparable to other companies I've used in the past. I have recommended Elite Cleaning Services to neighbors and co-workers.

Description of Work: Full cleaning of my property after tenant moved out. They said the would remove any old food but they did not, unpleasant surprise for people coming to view the house. Other than that, the house was cleaned very well and I would recommend them for periodic cleanings.

Description of Work: The same two ladies have been cleaning my home for several months now. They are always on time and are very attentive to detail. They vacuum, mop, dust everything, empty trash, organize loosely laid items, clean the bathrooms, and the kitchen is left sparkling.

Description of Work: At my in home estimate I was guaranteed 3 ppl to clean my house with all chemical free products biweekly. When they showed up to my house to clean. Only two girls showed up and they had all chemical based products. The girls said this happens to them all the time. And they would appreciate me calling to complain. I called the guy to complain and I never used them again. Total waste of my time.
