The company cleaners and manager were quite punctual and and cordial. They also kindly accomodated me, i.e., we had originally scheduled for 4PM, but they changed to 4:30 Pm at the last minute because I could not leave work on time to arrive at 4PM. The manager had informed me that instead of 3 hours of house cleaning -as advertised by Angie's list - they would perform one hour with three workers. To complete their work, they actually worked about an hour and a half which I appreciated. They could not have finished otherwise. I may use them again, I'm not sure. But for the purposes of the question above, I will mark, "yes", Besides the amount I paid (excellent price), I also gladly gave the three workers a tip.

It's been a nightmare trying to ge ahold of this company. The voicemail was full. This was a Big Deal that I purchased in February, and when I was able to reach him last week, the earliest appoiment he could give me was the end of April. That date didn't work for me, but the most convenient time for me is May 13, which we've scheduled for.

They did not come on a date they said they would. I looked at my notes and I definitely put down the right date. They did not clean my entire my entire home. They didn?t clean one of the bedrooms. When I came home and realized this I called them. They said it wasn?t apart of the Deal, as part of the coupon. They also didn?t bring their own vacuums. They did seem to do a better job at my other house.

THE CREW FROM ELITE CLEANING ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB -- THEY CLEANED MY APARTMENT SO WELL THAT EVEN THE MANAGER, WHEN HE WALKED THROUGH, MENTIONED WHAT A GOOD JOB THE CLEANERS HAD DONE -- I STILL HAVE ANOTHER COUPON TO USE AND i WILL CALL THE COMPANY LATER THIS MONTH TO ARRANGE FOR THEIR NEXT VISIT.

There was confusion in setting up the appointment. I had sent my address several times via email, but I had to field several phone calls to make sure the time was arranged properly. They were late arriving - over 45 minutes. My husband had to stay home to let them in - thankfully he works nearby so it was okay. But if he had scheduled a meeting at work that morning, we would have been in trouble. When I came home that day, I was very impressed by the work the cleaning team had accomplished. The house was probably the cleanest it has been since we bought it 9 months ago.

They did a good job. They were very polite. They were very professional and they did a good job.

It turned out pretty well. They did an adequate job. It was an all around good cleaning.

Good experience with this company. Used an Angie's List special. Company sent an extra person at no extra charge. All got right to work, and worked hard while they were here. Do not have need for regular cleaning service, but will definitely hire on an as-needed basis.

4/18/2011 Elite Cleaning was scheduled to clean my home on Saturday at 12:30. Someone from the company called at noon to confirm the appointment time and clarify our address. By 1:30, no one had arrived, so I phoned the company back and left a message on the machine. I did receive a call back within 5 minutes explaining that the crew was on the way but had gotten lost. The cleaning crew of three people arrived at 1:45, one hour and 15 minutes late. The lead woman apologized for being late and explained they had gotten lost. The women worked hard and were focused. One issue I had is that they do most of their cleaning with paper towels, which I find wasteful. They ran out of the paper towels they had brought with them and asked for a roll from us, which was fine. Overall, the end result was good and the house is very clean. There were some things that we thought were missed - like the dusting of air vents intakes. My husband opted not to tip due to the tardy arrival. I don't know that we would use them again other than to redeem our Angie's List deal. A note about the tardiness: completely coincidentally, I was meeting a friend for dinner that night who was the person to forward the Living Social coupon to me. She had also had a cleaning crew from Elite at her house that day. Since both crews were driving a MN plated SUV, we assume they were the same team. The team did not leave her house in North Arlington until 12:15. There is no way they could have reached my home in Springfield by 12:30. Also, the gentleman who called us at noon told us "the team is on its way" when in fact they were still at my friend's home. 4/1/2011 I received a call from Elite to schedule my cleaning after attempting to reach them via the web form on their website. They responded to me within 30 minutes of sumbitting the form. We are now scheduled for cleaning and I will update once the service is complete. 3/31/2011 I purchased two coupons for Elite Cleaning Service when they were doing their promotions through Living Social and Angie's List at the recommendation of a friend. I contacted them by phone to schedule an appointment and was told that the easiest way to schedule was via email. I sent an email to them on 25 Feb 2011 and have not heard back. I did try to phone twice more and received no answer and was unable to leave a message. I resent the email requesting to schedule an appointment again today and will udpate this review based on any response or lack thereof.

They were a little late- about 20 min- but seemed to have a good excuse (an employee from an earlier job couldn't continue working for the day, so they were short a person and running behind. Instead, the owner stripped off his blazer, rolled up his sleeves and joined in!) Our place was overrun by dust bunnies and was in desperate need for a cleaning. They did a pretty good job- I was surprised to see that they even washed a couple of the dishes and pans I had left in the sink (which I have found most companies will not do!). A couple of the things they missed was dusting above photo frames, the bedroom ceiling fan wasn't touched, and they didn't clean under furniture very well (including under edges of the bed, which is a lot easier to reach than under sofas and other heavy furniture). We still had a few dust bunnies floating around because of that... The attention to detail wasn't quite as good as some other people we have used in the past. Perhaps because they were rushed due to the employee issue that caused them to run behind schedule? Our deal from Angies List was for $75 for 3 hours of service- typically a $150 value. I wondered if we had gotten that full value or not...? But overall, they did get the place clean, comfortable and smelling good again. I will consider using them again.

I had never heard of this company, but when Angie's List discounted the price ($75) I took a chance as I was looking for a housecleaner for my home. I appreciated the fact that they arrived promptly and even called to confirm the day before. However, the quality of the cleaning was below average. A few examples include the bathroom shower and tub which did not look like they were cleaned at all; the window blinds in the house are still dusty; and light fixtures still have cobwebs left on them.

They are very good. They showed up pretty much on time. They did a good job. They didn?t put the trash in the trash can today; they left it in the backyard. They were about an hour late this morning. Their price is average. Communication is a problem as I don't speak Spanish. I would probably use them in the future.

Elite did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my apartment, they arrived promptly at the pre-scheduled time and called in advance to confirm the appointment. The amount and quality of the service provided was appropriately priced and well worth the cost.

They did a fantastic job in cleaning the entire apartment, specially the kitchen and bathroom needed a hard work to look like a bathroom and a kitchen and they did that happen. I appreciate it.
