Elite was able to fit me into their schedule a week after signing up with them - I was impressed by the quick turnaround. They arrived early, completed the job well, and followed up for feedback.

The experience was great they were on time & professional.and, I called and they came out the same day to survey the house and the cleaners cam the next day.

I purchased the services through an Angie's List Big Deal. I was very happy with the work and would use them again.

Very good service. We were not home on the service day, so we just leave the key outside the door. They cleaned the home when we got back very well. We will definitely use the service again and regularly.

It is the first time that I've ever had someone clean my house. I bought the coupon and made the appointment long before the 20th of June. So when the time came, I got nervous as I hadn't heard from them about when they were coming. I ended up calling on Friday to find out what was happening. This turned out to be the most difficult part of the process! I found the communication with the people who schedule difficult due to English language and cell phone problems. There seemed to be more than one man involved in the scheduling process. In any case, Matt Ibis, the man I had originally talked to, did not seem to be one of those who called back (hard to tell who called due to accent and cell phone reception problems). Finally, the work was scheduled for June 20th in the afternoon. The team arrived on time. I went through the first floor and second floor explaining what we wanted done. There were several rooms that we asked they not work in. We were renovating two upstairs bathrooms, and one had very dirty/moldy tile that we were taking down. I told Marta that they did not have to clean that tile. The other bathroom had just been completed and so all they had to do was dust and do a light once over. There was the master bedroom, which has a sink area nearby, and a guest bedroom upstairs (plus the two aforementioned bathrooms) on the second floor. On the first floor, I had them do the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and the hallway. The only down side was that Marta apparently misunderstood what I said about the tile in the bathroom as she scrubbed it amazingly clean...and it was taken down a couple of days later. I reported that to Matt when he called. If you speak Spanish, it would help with communications (I do not). I watched them work intermittently. They worked well together and seemed to be well-trained. The materials they used were not harsh chemicals. They cleaned similar to what I've seen a hotel worker do...which is to say they do basic cleaning, not "spring cleaning" levels of work, which is fine with me. I was very pleased with the work that they did. The house smelled wonderful and looked great. We are considering having them come back monthly after the renovations are done. Matt Ibis called and gave us a $150/mo estimate for three hours of cleaning. Matt said I would have this same team if I were to go with them monthly, which would be important to me.

It went well. The couches were not vacuumed off, but they were not asked to, so no fault to them. Everything else was quite acceptable.

I was nervous because the only Saturday they could clean for me was the last day the Big Deal coupon was good. I called and emailed to confirm but got no reply. Nevertheless, they arrived right on time (the crew arrived early and waited outside for the team leader). They followed my instructions for special care of the kitchen counters and sink (no comet, only windex). I told them my priorities were the bathrooms, floors, kitchen and dusting,in that order. They went beyond that by changing the sheets. They did a super job vacuuming the carpeted stairs and an adequate job on the bathrooms. A little sloppy on the kitchen, but I think the three of them were rushing to be finished in an hour. My main difficulty with them was that a spoon rest I kept on the stove top that was a piece of memorabilia and had significance for me was missing when they left. I called and asked Matt if he could find out where they'd put it because I wanted to use it (I thought they'd moved it to clean the stove top and forgot to put it back). He never got back to me, and the spoon rest has never reappeared although I've searched all over. I can only conclude that it was broken or taken, inadvertently or otherwise. I would have understood if he'd called me back to let me know, but he didn't, and consequently I would hesitate to use them again (what else might disappear without explanation?)

The house is cleaner than before but there is still more to do. The chemicals that they used were bothering my allergies a little which hasn’t happened in quite some time.

It went great overall. The owner contacted me right away and we set up a time a couple of months in advance. He called the night before to confirm Joanna would be there and she came right on time.

In addition to being very communicative over the phone the elite services representative was accomodating of our changed appointment. The services provided were thorough and detail oriented - I only had to explain what needed to be done one time - which is all very important when it comes to cleaning services. My only hesitation in recommending them is that at the very end of the appointment just as everything had been finished, the cleaning team was walking out of the apartment, and one of the team members used the restroom without any comment.

I called the provider to schedule the service after purchasing it as part of a "Big Deal". I did not get a phone call back. I then followed up with an email that included the receipt for the Big Deal and referenced my prior phone call. I did not get a reply back. === Update: After sending a request to Angie's List Big Deal for a refund, I received an email saying that the provider would contact me shortly. They did. We were able to schedule the service relatively quickly. They provided a time of arrival, which we could accommodate, and they arrived promptly. The two cleaning staff worked diligently for 1.5 hours and provided a good service. There was a slight miscommunication about proving that we purchased their service via the Big Deal, but that was resolved when we could find a confirmation code. Aside from the initial problems described above, it was a positive experience, hence the mixed ratings.

I signed up for an Angies List "big deal" for 3 hours of house cleaning. The guy confirmed by phone the day before, encouraged me to prioritize the tasks I would like undertaken. He brought the crew on time, reviewed the premises with me, briefed the crew, and then departed so they could work in peace. He gave me double the man-hours promised - he brought 3 people instead of one or two, and the crew worked for two hours. They cleaned high and low, using a stepladder that I provided. As I was present, they gave me a chance to review work before they moved on to another task. Three was too many for me to keep an eye on, but mainly I needn't have worried. The cleaner in the kitchen alarmed me by vigorously scrubbing the stovetop surface with a mixture of Comet powder and Easy Off oven cleaner. After the cleaning, some of the gas burners would not light themselves for a couple of days. Now I understand the apparatus probably just had to dry out. It definitely looks very clean. Housecleaning is traumatic for me because I try to clear detritus beforehand, and then I run around trying to make sure they don't cause damage, and then when it's over I feel like it's not my house afterwards and the floors feel sticky. But this was the best, most painless, most thorough house cleaning I have experienced. The crew energetically attacked the problem areas and made a huge improvement. I'm having visitors soon and they will be astonished. My place is a difficult job for a quality-conscious crew that also wants to cover a lot of ground. This crew met the challenge and worked briskly to accomplish everything possible. I think they did well at "reading" the client and doing what was right for me.

They were on time and cleaned my row house that I live in with 3 messy boys. They were sweet, diligent, went above and beyond, and the house looked great.

The cleaning team was supposed to arrive at 8:00AM. They arrived at 8:20AM. This was no big deal. By the time they started it was 8:30. I made it clear to the leader that the most important priority was to clean the floors. I repeated this at least 3 times. She indicated that she understood. I tried to stay out of their way by reading in the den downstairs. In order not to interfere when they came downstairs, I went out to walk my dog. A few minutes later the leader came out to tell me that the boss had called her and told her that they had to leave immediately. I asked if they had finished cleaning the floors, and she replied that they had never gotten around to the floors, except in the master bath. They packed up and left. There were other deficiencies that I found, but I won't bother to go into detail. I think I have made my point. I am not that hard to please. All my other Angies List ratings have been an "A". Bottom line - I would not recommend this company.

They were prompt and nice, and did what I asked. They came with their own supplies. Next time i would have them use my vacuum as the one they had did not appear to be picking up as well as i would have liked. The other thing that was not great was the recycling, which had already been separated, they threw it out & mixed it with the trash. Since it was all separated in labeled blue bins in my office, I think they should have known this was recycling.

We liked the cleaning service itself, no problems. The scheduling and arrangements was another story. As you can see, we gave them high ratings for the cleaning crew themselves. I don't think Elite was prepared for the onslaught of phone calls resulting from the Angie's list coupon. The phone numbers were cell phones, which sometimes had terrible connections and there was difficulty speaking with the employee (probably a English/Spanish language issue). I think they need a land line with a dedicated person answering the phone. My ratings for responsiveness and professionalism are purely based on the phone contact, the other ratings ("A") are for the cleaning crew.

I used Elite because of the Big Deal offer through Angie's List and I was very pleased with the work they did. Despite the busy schedule they must have had from the coupon deal, they were easy to get in touch with and schedule and they did everything they said they would do--called the night before to tell me when they would come. They were running 30 min late so I got a call from Elite that they would send an extra person to clean for free. That was very nice of them and shows great customer service. Best of all, the women came in, got right to work and did a fantastic job. I plan to use Elite in the future. ***UPDATE: Unfortunately, it looks like some damage was done to a large mirror in our home as a result of it falling while the women were cleaning. We called to report this and the owner came over to the house immediately to look at it. We're in the process of working this out and I will update the review once things have settled. I changed my review from an A to a B in the meantime and put N/A on some ratings just to be fair. Will report back.
