I recently purchased a condo. Since the previous owner had a dog, I wanted a top to bottom cleaning prior to moving in. I requested an estimate from Elite Cleaning and received a response within 24 hours via email. On the scheduled day, the cleaning team (3 people) showed up a little late, but once they arrived, they were extremely courteous and thorough. They scrubbed the bathrooms, wiped down the walls, then vacuumed and mopped all the floors. All the cabinets, drawers, and closets were meticulously swept out and cleaned. They practically disassembled the refrigerator and individually cleaned every bin, shelf, and compartment. Anything that they couldn't clean or reach, they specifically pointed it out to me. The cleaning took just over three hours. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and consider the money well spent to have a wonderfully clean place.

Other than beinng about half an hour late, they were very good cleaners.

Connected with the Owner (Matt) on Wednesday and he had me in for 7am on that Saturday. A lot of his competitors did not even call back. The ladies showed up at 7:30 (though he did indicate they would be there between 7-730). They were professional, efficient, and very thorough. The price was very fair and I will now use them as my 'go-to' cleaners. I strongly recommend them.

We did a quote over the phone and set a date for him to come by. They were professional and sent me a reminder text before the cleaning day. It is a well run organization.

The manager was very responsive, allowing for a first clean within 2 days of my call. At first he said he had no openings, then he said that he did have an opening. He said that for a 2 br, 2bath apartment it should cost between $130 and $150. The cleaners arrived 45 minutes late. They, cleaned more than I would have hoped for, taking more than 3 hours to finish. The price then jumped to $189.00 even with the angieslist 10% off coupon. I can't get a clear answer about how much it would cost to clean the apartment on a regular basis. All I wanted was floors and bathrooms cleaned in the first place. So there are definite communications problems with this company. My experience has been less than good although the apartment is really clean.

Prompt to respond, easy to set the appointment . Only confusion was in when they were going to get there. First it was 5:30pm, then 3:30pm and they actually arrived at 5pm. It was a crew of three woman and it took them a little over 2 hours to complete the job. I am very happy with the service. so happy that I have hired them to clean on a monthly basis. They even bring their own step ladder and wipe down the ceiling fans, not just dust them. Every cupboard, every surface was cleaned. Now that I have hired them for monthly service, I view that as the true test. I've had other cleaning services that started out OK (although none that could match Elite) and then each time it got worse and worse. I'm really hoping that Elite continues the way that they started. I'll definitely keep Angie's List readers posted. My grade for this experience, a solid A. Keep up the great work Elite. You rock!

I called them. They promptly returned my call. I scheduled something for next available slot. I had something come up. They changed it no problem. They came (were a bit late). I let them in, I left for a bit. I returned. They were courteous. They did a fantastic job. Some stuff wasn't exactly put back the way I had it originally, but if that's my only complaint, it's no big deal at all. I would definitely use them again.

They did arrive late, but did a wonderful job cleaning our newly purchased house. It was quite filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting, and the kitchen made me want to wretch. There were about 3 ladies who worked very efficiently and did a wonderful job. The job took them about 3 hours to complete, our house has 2 and a half baths and 4 bedrooms. I would absolutely hire them again if I need a house cleaned.

The team ranges from 2 to 4 women. They tend to be on time overall, are fairly professional and do a pretty good job. Although I have seen them chatting on the cell phone while working, they tend to do a decent job cleaning everything. One repeated problem I have had is that they forget to vacuum my TV room which is downstairs. I have mentioned this to the owner and unfortunately not much has changed. There is a new manager now who claims to be instituting quality checking beginning the end of Feb. 2013, so we shall see if that improves the situation. I originally thought that the prices a bit steep, but they seem to be comparable to other companies in the area. They were a bit too thorough in that they cleaned inside my medicine cabinet, but I informed the owner, Matt, that I preferred they not go inside of cabinets and he was fine with that. They are flexible about what kind of schedule you want (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, etc.) and when you have to reschedule. Overall we are pleased with the performance of Elite Cleaning, but we are looking forward to the improved quality. Hence the "B" grades....soon to be "As" I hope!

I called several firms and was hesitant to hire anyone. I've never had my house cleaned professionally and felt that I could do it better (and less) than anyone. Well, Matt sent over two cleaners for the fist cleaning. I WAS SO IMPRESSED, which I never expected to be. They were friendly, timely and thorough. They now come once a week and I look forward to thier sevices. Each room is cleaned BETTER than I could myself and I am eating my words. Why did I wait so long??? I highly recommend Elite Cleaning services!

They were fantastic. They were very thorough in what they did. I was just very pleased. Any time we have the top of our refrigerator clean then we know they have done a good job. They were a little late, I was their first client and they came from Virginia, so the traffic is very heavy. I understand that.

Purchased the angies list big deal coupon for a housecleaning through Elite. I was pleased with their responsiveness to my call and prompt, on-time arrival of the ladies who cleaned my condo. Their service was good, they did a wonderful job cleaning my place, my glass shower doors were spotless. I would use them again, but I really do not need a frequent cleaning service, but it was a nice treat from having to clean myself.

Worked with Matt to set up appointment; two cleaning staff arrived on time and cleaned thoroughly and were very courteous. Have had other cleaning companies and have always found that they clean superficially; but this service went beyond the normal minimal approach. Prices are not the lowest compared to other companies but I think this is the type of service where you get what you pay for; have signed up for regular service as a result... Would recommend to others!

I am very happy with Elite Cleaning Services. I have now used them four times. The same two women come each time and are punctual and really do a great job cleaning. They clean under rugs and moved knickknacks. We have a large house with a fair amount of clutter because of two children but they are able to do a great job cleaning the house in four hours. I have never seen my house look cleaner! I am now using them every three weeks for thorough cleaning.

No drama. I called, we talked, they followed through.

Overall my experience with this team has be great so far. They are timely, efficient, responsive and not overly priced. I can easily communicate with Matt, he follows up after each cleaning and they're great with my 21 month old and golden retriever. I am very happy with the service Elite provides and highly recommend them.

Matt is absolutely wonderful to communicate with. He is nice, professional and extremely responsive. Customer service so far has been incredible. The two ladies from Elite cleaned our house like it has never been cleaned before - better than any cleaning person or service has done in the past. We are going to be using this company exclusively in the future and are pleased to do so.

I got a special offer through Angie's List on Elite Services cleaning. The staff arrived when they said they would and were pleasant and did a very thorough job. I was delighted to have them here and will continue to work with them in the future. There was also a follow-up call to ensure quality. I like it that there is no regular cleaning commitment necessary. I can simply call and request a time that works for all of us, and the same team will come to clean the house.

The cleaning staff arrived on time. They listened to a couple of specific instructions I had and then went right to work. My home is filled with traditional shutters and those along with the rest of the house literally sparkled when they were finished. They were here 4 hours. I could not have been more pleased. Even as I was making the final payment one of the women was touching up a spot on a mirror that she thought wasn't perfect. In addition to the price I tipped for a job very well done!!

I contacted Elite Cleaning Services late Thursday evening and they were able to schedule someone for Saturday morning to do the cleaning. They arrived 30 minutes early and were incredibly friendly and professional. They scrubbed the whole house top-to-bottom and we were very impressed with how efficient and thorough they were. Based on this experience, we would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Overall, they exceeded my expectations.

Elite was very good about communicating when they would be arriving and when they would finish the job. They arrived with a small team of cleaners and did an excellent job cleaning my whole condo. I have scheduled them to come monthly.

In the past several months, I purchased three cleaning coupons from different companies from Angies List and Groupon. Of the three, Elite Cleaning Services definitely did the best job. I would use them again were it not that they customarily charge more than $100 for housecleaning and that is my limit.
