I used this company twice and I am not disappointed so far. Ladies came in time wearing uniforms. They cleaned the first floor of my house (kitchen, living and dining rooms, bedroom and bathroom). They spent almost 3 hours and left everything spotless clean. I am very pleased with this company and going to use them on a regular schedule.

They weren't on time and they didn’t do what they said they were going to do in terms of cleaning. We had to call their office and get them back. They were supposed to clean the walls and they didn't touch the walls. My wife and I had to do a lot of the cleaning ourselves after they left. They did not do a great job

Result: 1. cleaners came late 2. cleaners spoke nor understood English 3. cleaners had never been told to do a deeper cleaning 4. Amazon gladly refunded the amount of the voucher 5. I've been too disgusted to talk to Elite about this.

Never showed up for estimate! Then refused to take responsibility for it. Thursday morning they asked by email if it was okay to come Friday at 10 am. Thursday evening I emailed back saying yes and accomodated by Friday schedule accordingly. 10:25 am Friday rolls around and nobody had arrived. I called to inquire and Matt said they had already given that slot away to someone else and blamed it on me for not getting back to him until too late. But said they planned on coming at 12:30. I was slightly annoyed because he hadn't even given me a day to respond and it's not like I sit around all day checking my email. But okay, I can deal with that. But what was really unprofessional and irresponsible was to not even call me prior to 10 am and let me know they weren't coming at 10 am. And they didn't even ask me if 12:30 was good for me. I suppose he assumed I nothing to do all day but sit around and wait for him to come whenever he wanted. Bad business. After I told him I would not be needing him to come for an estimate because I prefer to do business with responsible companies and I was going to write a review on Angie's list and hung up the phone. He kept calling back and harrassing me. Matt, just FYI, the way to handle this in the future, is when you get in the office first thing in the morning (like well before the appointment time) call the customer (and perhaps also email) and tell her "unfortunately in the few hours before you confirmed 10 am was okay, we gave the slot away to someone else. We are sorry this hadn't worked out. We are still able to come by at 12:30 today if that is convenient for you. if that is not convenient, we would be happy to try to accomodate another time today or next week". And if you can't get your act together enough to give this professional courtesy, and the customer calls you wondering where you are, don't blame it on her!

The women arrived with all the tools of their trade. They were very punctual and divided the tasks between them. In doing so they managed to clean my house to a level it had not seen in years. I can't wait to hire them again. I had left town for several months and now that I am back I hope to get them into my house by Monday and have them come back every other week if not more often.

I contacted Elite on 9/15 because I had been bed-ridden for several weeks and unable to keep up with house cleaning. I was scheduled for back surgery on 9/19, and wanted to come back to a clean house. Elite called me back the same day and scheduled a team for 9/18 @ 12n. I was quoted $60/hr per person. 2 girls arrived on the appointed day @ 10am. I work from my home so I was counting on their arrival at exactly 12n, but I was able to move out of my bed and into a different room to work while they cleaned. Both girls did a very thorough job. I was extremely pleased. It took them about 3 hours. The bathrooms, floors, cabinets, doors, pictures, etc....everything was spotless. They put my knick-knacks back exactly as they found them. They only charged $180 for the whole thing. I definitely recommend and I'll use them again whenever I need a cleaning service. Thank you Elite!

I have to admit, the first cleaning was a little rocky. Elite sent out two cleaners who obviously were in a rush to go home. I was very, very disapointed. But the owner came out, inspected, offered me a discount and promised he would send me two better housekeepers if I used him again. And that's what happened. I am now a regular user of Elite. The ladies do a remarkable job. Very pleasant to work with, punctual and even offer advice on how I can keep my house up in between visits, which is every two weeks. I am a big fan of this company now. I am not going to identify the two ladies who now work on my home because I don't want their availibility to diminish, but they are truly a Godsend.

Did a very thorough and satisfactory job. Only complaint - many objects on counters and tables were rearranged, a slight annoyance easily remedied.

Elite's cleaners did a superb job. I would say A+. I have hired them to return and clean again on a regular, ongoing basis.

They have done a decent job, especially for that price, except for one time, which we complained. I guess most of the companies become a bit complacent after few services. That's the reason I haven't given them Excellent ranking. But they have been doing a good job after that incident, which does matter.

I'm lazy. I hate cleaning my house. I have a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, approximately 2600 square foot house. I tried a cleaning service previously and it didn't go well. They sprayed bleach on the walls, requiring me to repaint a bathroom and purchase a new shower curtain. So I was nervous looking for a new cleaning service. Matt put me immediately at ease. He is very nice and very helpful. I had a cleaning team come out for an initial cleaning. Matt explained how the cleaning would work. I think that the initial cleaning was about $325 or so. I COULD NOT BELIEVE how clean my house was. My husband, who likes to vacuum, wanted to know what kind of vacuum they used. The floors, including our wood floors, were spotless. Our kitchen was sparkling. They put new sheets on the beds. I could not believe the job that they did. One of the things that I really like about this cleaning service is that they send the same team each time. This means that they know your house. They know how long it takes. The second time they came to clean the house was as wonderful as the first. I am so glad that I found them and I can't recommend them enough.

It was a pleasure working with Elite Cleaning. This was the first time I’ve ever used a cleaning service, but I’m a perfectionist when it comes to tidiness. I mean, bordering OCD – so I had high expectations. Elite Cleaning far exceeded my expectations and it was such a pleasure working with them. It was super easy to set up and appointment. You do have to secure your appointment via credit card – which isn’t a problem. Two ladies came on the designated date and time. They were friendly and pleasant. This was a move-in/move-out cleaning so we were on a tight schedule to prepare the house. I needed someone to come at the ungodly hour of 7am. Elite Cleaning agreed to the time and the two ladies came at 7am on the nose! These two ladies cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom. They did everything – inside cabinets, shoe molding, the jets in our Jacuzzi tub, closets, closet shelves, our fireplace mantle, polished the wood floors, cleaned blinds and more. You name it, they cleaned it. The house smelled so fresh afterward and our wood floors were super shiny. We just had painters in, and they had roughed up the floors a bit. They looked like new after Elite Cleaning did their magic. They even scraped some of the paint off the floors. I plan on using them again in the future for monthly touch-ups. I highly recommend this company. No need to look elsewhere for a cleaning service – your search should stop here. I’m so glad to have found this company via Angie’s List.

The team did a great job. They showed up on time, were very pleasant and professional and did a very good job cleaning.

I've used this service 3 times now and wanted to wait until the third time to write a review. Each time I have had my house cleaned it has been a different crew, which is fine but I've had issues each time. The first time the crew was extremely fast and I noticed after they left they did not clean everything they were supposed to clean. One of the women also left her number and said to call her instead of the service if I wanted to spend less money. The second time, the team was a bit more thorough but did not clean the basement level. I also realized after they left that they had broken one of my wine glasses and thrown it in the trash without saying anything. I contacted the manager and he immediately apologized and gave me a 10% discount on my next cleaning. The last cleaning was done extremely well but they broke 2 more wine glasses. This time I was 2 rooms away so I could see everything. I informed the manager again and was given an additional 10% off for that day. The question about of if I would use them again is tentative. I will look for another option for right now but if nothing else is better then I will go back. I'll just have to move my wine glasses out of the way.

This has been the best experience ever. I called Elite on 8/21/2012 and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and polite. He said he could arrange and appointment for the next morning, but that didn't give me enough time to get all the excess out of my home, so we opted for the 23rd. Two ladies arrived promptly at 8:00 am and worked none stop until 4:00 pm. My house had not been professionally cleaned for three years...needless to say it needed a really good thorough cleaning. My home just sparkles and the products they use smell wonderful! I can't stop smiling, I am so pleased. I would highly recommend Elite Cleaning Services!!! Thank you.

The two women (Cecilia, and usually Vilma) who came to clean my home in February, May, and June 2012 did an excellent job. They cleaned hardwood floors, ceiling fans, baseboards and under and over furniture after I made clear that I had allergies and really needed the dust to be removed. The bathrooms were spotless. And, even the air was fresher. The problem was with scheduling and timely arrival. First, the scheduler, Matt, would use an incomprehensible computer service to leave a voicemail message. So, you would only know that the service was coming the next day, but could never actually make out the time. I had to ask twice for Matt to leave the message using a real person so that I would know what time the crew would arrive. On at least two occasions before July, the crew was supposed to come but didn't show up even though I would wait an extra half hour to hour for them to show. (Once they came hours before they were scheduled to come, and I was out. Once Matt tried to deny that the crew was scheduled to come, but I had retained his voicemail message clearly stating the crew's arrival time.) I tried to stick with the company because I thought the women did a really great job. However, the final straw was scheduling for July. I waited around on the Saturday before July 4th for the crew to arrive as scheduled, but they never did arrive. After waiting an hour or so, I called Matt and left a message on his voicemail asking him why the crew hadn't arrived and asking him to call to reschedule. He did not return my call that day. Nor did he return my call the week of the 4th of July. In fact, he didn't call until the 12th or 13th of July, with an incoherent, incomplete message saying he couldn't call earlier. While he did call me once more asking if I wanted to still use their service, I felt no desire, interest or obligation to call him back because he failed to timely and professionally return my call or provide the scheduled service. I would not use this company again.

Called and recieved a prompt response. The two ladies that showed up were fantastic !!!! Very fast and very nice. The house was spotless, couldn't have been happier. Would definitely recommend to anybody !!!

This company is fantastic. I called at the last minute due to unexpected company and they were able to send a team over the next day, which was a Friday too! These young ladies are the best cleaners I have ever had. I have been trying lots of companies with the intention of scheduling monthly cleaning. For one reason or another I just never hit it with anyone. I have already scheduled my monthly cleaning and they haven't even left the house yet. Very detailed cleaning job, don't have to follow them around and give instructions, they know what to do, right down to cleaning the baseboards. No shortcuts, no dilly dallying. Very professional and polite. The people who man the office are exceptional also. Very accomodating and helpful.I know the price sounds expensive, but they were here a long time. From my experience $60/hr is about the going rate.

The Elite staff arrived on time with equipment. I explained my needs: that the in-law/studio space needed to be cleaned out for the next student guest. I directed them to gather any old shoes, clothing, school work, empty computer software and hardware containers and other e******* of student life for disposal. I directed them also to clean the space top to bottom in preparation for the next student guest. The Elite staff appeared to use very good judgement and discretion with minimal guidance in deciding what to keep and clean and what to toss out with the garbage in preparation for the new grad student.

It has been about two years since I used a professional cleaning service - and although I clean all the time, with four kids and four dogs and lots of hours at work, I can never get the house in the shape I want - which is an understatement, of course. So, in an attempt to avoid a nervous breakdown from living in a house with too much dog hair and the day to day dirt that builds and build, I decided it was past time to get some real help. After reading a lot of the reviews here, I called Elite. I had a good conversation with Matt, the owner, who determined that I'd need about 5 hours of cleaning w/ a crew of two women - since we have a five bedroom, five bathroom home. The price is $60 per hour for two cleaners. Although I didn't want to spend that much, I knew it was actually reasonable. (The last time I had a more than one cleaning person work for a day to get the house in shape -- that all important FIRST CLEANING cost $1000.00 Two of the cleaners, Maria and Marta arrived right on time and worked for 7.5 hours - getting the house into the best shape it's been in since I lost my last housecleaners. The whole house feels totally different - clean and sparkling. I have to say that our house was a hot mess. Although I often stay up till 2 and 3 a.m. in a desperate attempt to make progress on the house, the laundry and the paperwork - there's just way too much to do. Especially since I also run a small business from the house that requires assembling things - in addition to my job. I worked with them the whole day, organizing the house just ahead of them -- getting the rooms in better shape for them so that they didn't have to move so much clutter. It worked really well. They were extremely flexible, cheerful and happy to do whatever they could to get the job done. At one point, my 22 yr. old daughter needed to get into her room to get ready for work in the middle of their cleaning. Maria and Marta were happy to work around her need to get ready in privacy. I'm thrilled with Elite and have just set up a schedule with them to clean bi-weekly. Needless to say, I'm using them again...and the sooner the better in my book!

The team is always on time. They are friendly and courteous. The management however does not understand that schedules and appointments are kept for a reason. We have such a busy schedule that a simple change requires a modification of multiple events. Matt (the scheduler) does not understand that you simply can't change an appointment the day before an event, and expect your clients to be ok with it. We gave him a bye on several occasions. However, if you are loyal customer, and have a dedicated time slot, he thinks he can change it. It is as if he feels he can manipulate us since we have used the service for over 9 months and is taking advantage of our loyalty. This behavior is unaccetable, we will not tolerate a provider of a service to dictate our requirements. We fired him today because he changed our appointment to a later time, of course that time was already allocated to another event.. We will find another service that provides the same quality of work and understands the time requirements of their customers. We will miss Maria and her team, however we will not miss her manager.

If I could change just a couple of things that would make the job stellar:1) BE ON TIME! I know traffic in the metro area is awful. But just really try! Or heck, even call if you really get snarled up. 2) When moving things around, return them to their original space. I don't like having to put back the rugs where they belong, or my tea kettle, resting spoon etc.3)The products that they use. I know they are non-toxic which is very good but they kinda smell like a wet dog once the house is completely clean. I do have the option to supply my own chemicals which I think I have to start doing.4)Since I work at home, I know exactly when they come and they leave. Although Matt had worked out a flat-rate price for me, if the team does not stay for the full 4 hours, I pay for the time they are here. (If they leave before the 4 hours is up, 15 minutes is $12.50 for the team, 30 minutes for $25.00, that could end up being a significant amount of money if this happens weekly. Overall, I say try them. They seem to be a really good company and work really hard to get your business and KEEP it. I like them and will continue to use them.

Great experience. Because this was the first time I used them, they sent a team of 3 workers, instead of the usual 2. The ladies went to work right away, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the countertops and mopping the floors. They were very thorough and everything just gleamed when they were finished. I don't know what cleaning products they use, but the house even smelled terrific when they left. Very pleasant. It was a good experience and I"ll definitely use them again.

I have a large house. 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths. Tile, carpet and hardwood flooring. I was expecting out-of-town guests and realized the house was too much for me to REALLY clean on my own. I left a message for Matt very late in the day but he promptly sent a text message letting me know how he would accomodate my cleaning request. He said he would send over 2 women. I was concerned about the trustworthiness of the ladies...I have had things go missing in the past with other cleaning people as well as carelessness in handling items resulting in breakage. Also, I've paid for cleaning services where the person didn't know how to clean or used 1/2 a bottle of fluid undiluted where a quarter cup to a gallon of water was all that was needed. He assured me these women we're the best. When cleaning day came I was surprised to see 3 ladies! They knew how to clean...I was concerned about the vacuum cleaner they brought but they showed me that it had HEPA filtration...another plus! They got to every nook and cranny, windows, baseboards, under the beds, behind the toilets, hard to reach spider webs, and on and on. They cleaned for hours! They did not dillydally. Each woman knew what to do. I didn't realize I had such a dirty house. Afterwards my house smelled clean but not with an overpowering scent. Very light. I could have never done it all---one cleaning lady cannot do it all! Make certain you understand how the service charges. Per hour, per lady. I am very pleased. I will definitely keep using them. They are worth every penny.
