I had difficulty scheduling the appointment (no one returned my call), and the crew arrived late. However, once they arrived, they did a thorough job -- I was very pleased with the quality of their work.

Overall they did an excellent job cleaning. A few things were missed but in general they were rather thorough.

The job was done properly the first time and 2nd time and as far as cleaning, I was satisfy. No problem in professionalism. But few issues. In 7 hours with 2 people with the cost of $410, they did not finish cleaning the house. (I have asked them not to do the 4 bedrooms) I have to stop them as I had no intention to pay more than $350 in the first place. But I let it go because I figure that my house has not been cleaned in a long time and needed much more work. In the 7 hours, they took about 20 to 30 minutes lunch (which I perfectly understand, but it still count in my hours.) Again I let it go. When they came in the second time, they were extremely late. And I was already out. I have to give my house code (which I have changed later) for them to get in the house. They did the cleaning good. My issue is the financial part. I was told 3 times over the phone that I will get a 10% cleaning discount as a first time customer, but never got it. My credit card was charged the full amount. Then I was supposed to be charged $150 for 3 hours, but saw a charge of $7 and some cents over. I suppose that it is because the ladies stayed slightly over 3 hours. I was disappointed that they were nit-picking on few minutes especially when they came about 50 minutes late and made it inconvenient for me. It delay my all day. And since I was not home when they started, nothing said that they started when they said they did. Besides, they do need to remember the break that apparently was included in my 7 hours and the 10% discount I never got. I was not going to write this type of review, but I thought the $7 dollars more was cheesy.

Elite came to my home three times. The first two times the ladies were excellent. I was impressed by the responsiveness of the company, the punctuality of the ladies who came to clean my home, and the work they did. The third time they came, there were different cleaning ladies and this time there were three instead of the usual two they were over 30 minutes late and they didn't clean, they just moved things around, the only thing they did was vacuum. I didn't notice that the work wasn't done when I asked them to leave as I was running late for something and didn't have time to inspect. I paid for their service (by check) and when I called to let the manager know how upset I was that they hadn't even started the kitchen (my house is tiny, two bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, living room and kitchen) he was going to over charge me. I got back in touch with him later when I discovered that they did not dust or clean anything and asked for a full refund. I have yet to receive a refund. I am very disappointed with this company. I received a call from the owner the day after writing the above review. He informed me that he had been out of the country during the time this occurred and that someone else was in charge. He was extremely apologetic and even hand delivered my refund to me the day after Christmas. He has also offered a free house cleaning, which I have not yet set up. I appreciate his responsiveness and making good on what I was promised. I changed the overall rating from an F to a C, and perhaps after business is re-established and it proves to be solid, the rating will move to an A, but not yet.

I got my regular team, Vilda and Ada. They arrive on time or early every time, are very professional, polite, and do a thorough job in a short period of time. I don't even have to ask them to touch things up. They're amazing. The service coordinator, Wes, is also very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure that things go like clockwork. He's an excellent addition to their staff!

The cleaning service was very good and efficient. They sent a two-person team to clean my one bedroom apartment and they were able to complete the job in less than two hours. The cleaners were very nice and completed their work efficiently while I stayed in the office doing my own work. The only negative comment I would register would be toward the professionalism of the manager/booking agent. While I very much appreciated his prompt responses (which is often an issue with cleaning services), he should be wary about using text-speak like "u" and "r" when communicating with clients.

Elite cleaned my house beautifully from top to bottom, including bathrooms, kitchen, and hardwood floors. I was especially impressed that they asked upon arrival if I would like the inside of the refrigerator and oven cleaned! This was my second time using them -- they previously cleaned my (empty) house prior to my moving in. Now that I am there, I have arranged for them to clean monthly. They do a great job, I highly recommend them!

They did a very thorough job. It's nice to have a "spring cleaning" type service. Ready for holiday guests now.

they arrived on time and cleaned the house until it was sparkling. The only thing they could have done better was our plantain shutters.

The contact person at the agency informed us that there would be an additional fee for cleaning the basement so we opted to decline to have the basement cleaned. Overall, they did a great job and I was happy with their services. The only drawback was that they were scheduled to arrive in the morning (between 8:30 am - 10 am) and the cleaning crew never showed. My husband called the office and was informed that a second crew would be dispatched. The second crew arrived closer to 12 noon. If my husband or I had only taken the morning off (as I had initially planned), the time would have been wasted. Fortunately, my husband had taken the day off so he was able to wait for the 2nd crew to arrive and clean the house.

I have always been very pleased with their great work. They're always on time, polite and professional, and I can tell they take pride in what they do. I recommend them highly.

I hired Elite Cleaning Services for a move out apartment cleaning, and they certainly did that! They vacuumed, mopped, scrubbed the counters, sinks, and refrigerator, and toilets and bathtubs, and and they even cleaned the air conditioning vents (which really needed it). The team actually arrived ahead of schedule and were ready whenever I was.

They were punctual and professional. They did a good job.

UPDATE 2: I used Elite for a monthly cleaning in February 2014. They did a good job, but my husband noticed that there was dirt/dust etc. behind the doors and whatnot in our computer room. I think there was a lot of confusion, because I told the crew not to worry about the computer desk (it was covered in stuff), and they shut the door - typically a cue that they are "done" with that room. I opened the door and said again that the room needed to be cleaned, but not the desk. So I think they didn't clean in that room after all. Otherwise, they did a good job. I was charged more than the price I had been quoted, but the issue was fixed after I asked about it twice. I do feel the price is too high, considering I don't have them clean the third floor of our home - so they are cleaning a living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bath, main bath, bedroom and computer room. $170 seems steep to me, but maybe that's just me. UPDATE: I used Elite for another deep cleaning in July 2013, and was highly disappointed. The team showed up an hour early - a problem since I work from home and wasn't done (I told the scheduler this). My first cleaning was two women, three hours, and AMAZING. The second cleaning was four women, four hours, and a complete let down. Other than cleaning the inside of the fridge, the cleaning wasn't even on par with what a weekly cleaner would do. It was worse, and this was supposed to be a deep cleaning! I continued to find things that weren't cleaned for days/weeks after the appointment. With the first cleaning it was the exact opposite - every time it turned around I discovered some detail they can taken care of. The second crew didn't even vacuumed the furniture. I was so excited to come home, anticipating the level of cleanliness that I had received the first time. Not even close. The house didn't even have that "clean" smell when you walked in. I don't understand how twice the amount of workers took longer to do a MUCH worse job. I also didn't receive the discount for my second cleaning, but that's really the least of my worries. ORIGINAL: I used Elite to do a deep clean on my three-story house, as I had a back injury and hadn't been able to clean. The follow up call to my initial request was quick and informative. I called a few days later and got an appointment for my desired date and time. The ladies (two of them) showed up exactly on time, and were very nice. They even helped me load a few things into my car because of my back, without me even asking! They were incredibly professional. Our house is about 1600 sq/ft, and it took them three hours to clean it. They did an absolutely amazing job. I could not have been more pleased. I have used other cleaning services, and have never been as happy as I was with Elite. I will definitely use them again for deep cleaning, or one-time services. However, they are a bit out of my budget to use on a regular basis. I highly recommend them!

When I contacted the company to arrange the date of service, I mentioned that the apartment was actually empty thinking that this would be easier that an apartment full of personal belongings. To my surprise I was told that actually that would cost me more because they considered this a "move out" project. I checked the offer and it did not specify that this might be considered a bigger job if the place to be cleaned was vacant or anything about Move Out projects. I had arranged to be off work to be here and had paid for the $69 deal so I wasn't inclined to cancel. I was told that the cost would be $120 and they would credit me the $69 already spent. So I ended up paying $51 more that expected. After the service I went down to the basement and found things that should have been easy to clean, like cob webs on the walls where the tenant had a large piece to furniture, had not been done. Just a swish with a cloth or duster would have removed the cobwebs. The baseboards were still very dusty and again would have been an easy clean up. I felt a little bit "had" by being required to pay more and then not really getting more service. I would not again use nor recommend this company. I even hesitate to consider any more "Big Deals" thinking that the contractor might just be looking to get me committed to the deal and then charge considerable more.

I called them several times, and left voicemails. Nobody ever called be back or answered my messages. I ended up having to do the work myself.

This cleaning service is prompt, thorough and competent. The cleaning staff themselves are polite and work quickly but always cross every T and dot every I, including a wonderful bed make-up and through surface cleaning. I also trust them to be in my home while I am at work and around my very valuable and delicate antique collection. They come in their own Elite Cleaning vehicle that is clearly marked which means there is little chance for missing an appointment due to poor transportation and my neighbors don't have to worry about a strange vehicle in our lot.

The services provided to us by the Elite Cleaning Service have been very impressive. The quality and thoroughness of the ladies who do our home has been wonderful. We have had housecleaners in the past and they do not compare to the service I receive from the Elite Cleaning Service. I am very pleased with the services they provide and very thankful to have the ladies that have been chosen for my home.

I contacted Elite Cleaning Services because I just recently moved to the area and had purchased a new home and needed to set up regularly cleaning services. Elite Cleaning Services was very responsive with providing me with an estimate of the services I requested. I needed to have my 2800 square food house, plus large unfinished basement, cleaned top to bottom. Two house cleaners showed up, Leda and Ledi, who spent nearly 3 1/2 hours scouring my home. I would consider myself a neat freak times 20 and was very impressed with the high quality of work that was done. My house sparkled. I have now set up regularly house cleaning every other week. I should also mention that the estimate for the services rendered was spot on. I would not hesitate to recommend Elite Cleaning Services to anyone else. They are fantastic!

Cleaners arrived exactly on time, apartment was spotless when I returned that evening.

I had hire them to clean my house to show it. They made it very clear that they would not do my windows and there was other rooms that they would not clean as well. They were not punctual and did their best to up sell when I did not need the items.
