I'm not one to go back and leave negative reviews - I'd usually rather be thankful for the hard work of the ladies who came. And they did work hard, bless them, it isn't their fault. But how this company keeps rating high is beyond me. Right off the cuff, to merely schedule this took months, as they wouldn't respond to my emails, were cryptic when they did, and refused to switch to other means when requested multiple times, using email vs Angie's messaging to better communicate. So immediately I was disappointed with the service and knew I couldn't rely on this company in the future. But naturally I'd already paid for the 3 hour coupon, of which was finally fulfilled this past weekend. The ladies did a wonderful job - - in just the bathrooms and the kitchen.. For an hour and a half. Confused, I reached out, assuming I'd need a 50% return for the time they didn't fulfill. Turns out there was small print that Each Cleaner counts as an hour and a half PER, and thus 3 hours total. Granted it's utterly my fault for not seeing that, but what in the world? That is the oddest thing I've ever heard. Two people working doesn't add up to more cleaning 'time' - that would be one loony universe if we could speed up time by teaming up with another human! In any case, I will Never use again, and don't recommend them at all. Save your money, or be prepared to read everything large and small and invest booking time. I prefer to go elsewhere.

The first service completed by this provider went fine. This was a move-in cleaning. The townhouse had been vacant for two months and was empty of furniture. The cleaning crew showed up on time, cleaned the townhouse and I was able to contact the company when the service was completed to authorize payment. The crew did a good job. Nothing out of the ordinary or outstanding but did a good job. The only complaint I have was that it took 2.5 hours to clean a home that had been professionally cleaned two months ago and had not been lived since then. The second service completed by this provider was a service disaster. This was a move-out cleaning. The cleaning crew showed up almost an hour late with no notification from the company. I tried to contact the company repeatedly via Angie's List message and phone prior to their arrival but I received no response to any messages I left. The crew finally arrived and performed the cleaning. Again, they did a good job. Once they finished I tried to reach the company to finalize my bill but, again, received no answer and no call back or message. One of the crew members called the company using her own phone and was able to reach someone. I was then given an opportunity to speak to that person. I was given excuses as to why the crew arrived late (but no apology for not contacting me or responding to my (many) messages). I was told that I would receive a discount for the cleaning service for the delay in the arrival of the crew. The day after the cleaning was completed I received a pending charge from the company for almost double the price that was agreed to. I contacted the company again via Angie's List message and was told they would verify the amount of time the cleaning crews were at the locations and then send me an invoice. That was two days ago. They have not yet sent me an invoice. Nor have I received any other communications from this company.

They were okay. There were no additional costs. They were out close to the purchase date. Well, they did the work and they did it on time but you know they missed some, they missed some details. They missed a lot of dusting, they missed some baseboards, that kind of thing but you know they did good in the kitchen and the bath, you know, it's just they didn't do a super job. I think they would be a better company in the future if they put more in to the attention to detail. It was a good price. We did a lot of shopping around and that was a good price. I would say that that's an A price. They were very responsive. They were right on time. They were very professional. I would probably not use them in the future do to the lack of detail and because there's a lot of competition out there so you know we can shop around and find somebody else.

The cleaning was ok, but they did not get a lot done in 2 hours.

Great communication. Called when there was a mix up at the front desk and resolved miscommunication. Place was cleaned while I was at work and looked clean.

The two ladies arrived on time and provided all the cleaning supplies. They were both quiet and worked separately. I purchased 3 hours of labor which was broken up into two (an hour and a half) since there were two people that provided the service. I was so happy to learn that my coupon included oven and fridge cleaning as many places charge extra or simply refuse to clean those two appliances. I would recommend this company and use them again in the future.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I purchased a $90 coupon with Best and they were unable to provide the services so I requested a refund. I tried to connect with another housecleaning service prior to Thanksgiving, since Best did not complete the service. I signed up with Elite and did not hear back from them on a date until after I had made an agreement with another company. Since the Holiday is next week it created a sense of urgency that would not otherwise be there. Elite was very response, just a little slow on the last response and I could not take the chance of having no service before next week. Apologies for any inconvenience. One thing I have learned, buying the coupon deal in advance does not work well for me in the area of housecleaning. Please provide a refund for this coupon as well. Thank you. Linda L. Everything was fantastic, we got compliments on their cleaning job from the realtors and the homeowners who made sure to mention it was the nicest the house had ever been turned over to them.

They were very nice and did more than was asked.

The two house cleaners arrived a few minutes late, which was not a major problem. What was a problem was that the lead cleaner was not given the proper cleaning directions by the office and was instructed to clean only the 2nd floor. When we discovered that my cleaning request did not match her directions, the lead cleaner became aggressive, argumentative, and extremely unprofessional. The fact that she did not speak English added to the initial confusion. I decided to call the office to clarify the cleaning job but their office was closed on Saturday. If I did not speak Spanish and did not show the lead cleaner I had placed the price in my calendar, we would not have been able to work together. In the end, their cleaning was average and because of her negative attitude, I chose to cut their job short and have her leave my house. I wouldn't hire this company, and definitely not on a Saturday because the office may not be open.

The housecleaning went well. The cleaning staff are friendly. Note that the 4 hour deal seems to mean two women for two hours.

I have previously used Elite Cleaning, and they did a very good job. The following review is in regards to last service ordered. After confirming over the phone yesterday Friday 30 Oct for an appointment today 31 Oct at 11 am, no one has shown up and no one has answered my phone calls or returned my messages. At the time of this review, they are two hours late. Also the phone number from their website says the number is not in service at this time. I usually do not write bad reviews because i have patience for misunderstandings. This is not the case here. No communication is simply unacceptable.

They didn't show up at the time they stated, but hopefully the cleaning will make up for that.

Superb cleaning service. On the first meeting, I felt the cleaning team was trustworthy based on the interaction with the cleaning team. If you're like me, you are very hesitant to allow strangers/contractors into your home. They were super nice and did a great job cleaning the apartment. They even made my dog's bed and so now I'm sold. Great job!

They did a very, very good job. They were in and out quick. My house was very clean!

I bought four hours of cleaning (2 cleaners for 2 hrs), and used it to have the floors in the family room, small bedroom, and basement of our split level swept and mopped. They had recently been cleared of large piles of furniture and junk, and the floors were filthy. The cleaners showed up on time, early in fact, and weren't sure they could do all three rooms in the two hours, but, would try. I told them to skip the bedroom if they ran short on time. Not only did they get the floors in all three rooms cleaned, they also cleared out and cleaned the floor in an adjacent small bathroom, that I had not even asked about. Very happy with their work.

They were very professional and did all that was needed to clean the house. The house looked great when they were done!!

My service was not as good the second time around. I am very disappointed. My kitchen counters were not wiped down. My floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were not cleaned well. I still saw hair and dust on the floor when the ladies left. I had no choice but to mop them myself. I also saw dust on bedroom furniture. Also you should provide shoe covers or another alternative for homes that don't allow shoes indoors. Not good. I really wanted Elite to clean our home on a regular basis.

It went very well. They showed up on time and worked non-stop. Everything was unbelievably clean when they were done.

Elite Cleaning has communicated with me that they will refund my money and offered me a free 4 hour cleaning to rectify not showing up on the initial 9/ 18/2015 date. I appreciate this gesture as it shows they are willing to correct the errors made. I will write a complete review once service has been performed.

Great! They were right on time and they accomplished a lot on 3 hours - I think they stayed a few minutes extra to finish the job, which was a nice surprise.
