Excellent. I met with the manager who provided a reasonable estimate before they started cleaning the house. He was very professional,courteous and friendly. Their staff always does a thorough job, are punctual, and friendly.

The service did not turn out exactly how I expected. The quality of the cleaning was lacking. The initial rate was for a deep cleaning and the rate after that was supposed to go down but it did not. I am no longer using their service.

When I needed to surprise my wife with maids, I turned to Elite. They have been great, their employees are always on time and I was consistently amazed at how great our house looked when I returned home on cleaning day. They were courteous and professional, and always went above and beyond. I never had to make special requests because they somehow managed to anticipate my needs each time. The only (very minor) ?issue? I ever had was a billing mistake, but even that was handled swiftly and fairly and in my favor. Mistakes happen, but the good companies fix their mistakes promptly and effectively. I would absolutely recommend using Elite, they totally live up to their name!

I had scheduled the cleaning for 12-1 the day before. Was very happy that they would be able to get me in. Around 1230 when I did not see anyone I called the company for a status. Office had to call the worker to get a ETA. I was texted back 10 minutes later stating that the previous cleaning ran late and that the ladies would be there around 2. At 230 I called back because I had not heard anything. The office stated that the were 10 minutes out. The crew showed up at 3. I was just happy they came and did not flake out like some other reviews had stated. Im 8 months pregnant and needed this house clean. When the ladies came they were beyond nice and sweet and got to work right away. I explaned what I needed and responded accordingly. I would definitely use them again. We have a pretty large home so I had preplanned to use the serves for 3 hours. It took 5. But they did such a good job I didnt mind. The stove and fridge are spotless. Like I said I would use again but I will make sure that I schedule the first appt of day and make sure that Im off with nothing to do that day. Other then that Im happy.

They did a good cleaning, but they seemed ill-equipped for certain parts of the job. Specifically, they only had spray bottles, paper towels, and a vacuum cleaner.

They missed obvious spots that needed to be cleaned.

I called Elite to come and make our house sparkle 2 days before an open house. He was great with his estimate, about calling me back quikcly and doing everything he said they would do. Asked him to call before actually at the house so that could put the dogs outside and the team did - the 3 women who came were fast, efficient, very intense cleaners and made the house sparkle - to the point, my husband wants to know exactly what they used on the wood floors as they looked SO great! Thanks for helping us!!

Scheduled an initial cleaning with Elite. Matt at the front office called me immediately to schedule. The day of cleaning, no one showed up at the scheduled time so I called the office. 2 hours later, I received a call from Matt apologizing. I decided to give them another chance and he rescheduled me for the following Saturday. I liked the job they did and scheduled recurring cleaning service for every 3 weeks. The first week after initial cleaning, I received a text confirming time. The next cleaning, I had to call to verify and was informed my time was changed from 8 to 10am. Matt switched my time back to 8am after a discussion. Today, 3 weeks later, I didn't receive a confirmation text or call and called the office at 8am. At 2:30pm, I received a call from Matt saying the team stopped by at 1pm (obviously I wasn't home). He was not apologetic and couldn't provide a reason for switching my 8am time to 1pm. I have a dog so providing my key is not an option. I don't plan to use Elite again & it's a shame because the quality was good. However, the price for my 800 square foot condo was high for recurring service.

The cleaning was performed well. However, there were a couple issues. First, Matt stated he would call me when the cleaning was completed to let me know the total time and the amount charged to my credit card. This did not happen and the card was charged without my knowledge. I had to go to the credit card statement to find out the total charge. Second, the cleaners did not pull the stove out to clean behind and underneath. When I called Matt, he stated there was a checklist that they follow which included cleaning around and underneath furniture. I told him the house was completely empty and there was nothing to clean around. I brought up the stove at this point, and he said the heavy duty stove was too big for two cleaning ladies to move. As tenant and landlord, I know this is the first place to check to see if a deep clean was conducted properly. Matt continued to list excuses to the point where I figured it was no longer useful to talk to him. I chose write a review on line.

They were on time, even early which I appreciated. They clean everything- all the cabinets, the inside of our toaster oven, even the outside of our front door! This is my second time with them, last time was in December, so I've been trying to use them every 3-4 months.

They first scheduled a walk-thru to give me an idea of how many people they would need and a ballpark on the hours they thought they would need. The first day they were here over 7 hours with 5 cleaners, and they moved furniture to vacuum, got on chairs to clean tops of cabinets and chandeliers, removed everything to dust, cleaned the inside of appliances and changed all the beds. Overall I was pretty impressed, and set up the alternate cleaning schedule. Two weeks later I had 5 women spend about 3 hours cleaning the whole house, and they pretty much duplicated the heavy cleaning they had done, which was good because it was thorough, but I felt it was a little rushed now that I was on a flat rate. The management agreed (and actually did not charge for the visit that day even though I said that wasn't necessary) so that I would know that they are committed to quality, and since then they have made sure the girls spend a certain number of hours each week so that they don't need to rush, and it has worked out great. On the alternate weeks that the smaller team just cleans the bathrooms, kitchen, changes beds and straightens up the common areas, they are very responsive if there is something else I might need done in addition. This is the advantage to having a flat rate with set minimum hours. The girls all have great attitudes and are always smiling, and apologize if they need to ask us to move to a different room. All in all, I am hoping that I can continue with this service for awhile, and so far it is looking promising! We did have an issue once where my credit card had been charged the night before the service, but they said it was a mistake because it should not be charged until after the service is done, and it has not happened again. We also had an issue with one of the dusting products they used leaving a bit of a residue on a few tables, but again the management was responsive and they have changed the product they use on those tables and so far it has worked fine.

In general the women performed adequately. The problems arose from arriving at an expected time. Who and how their manager contacted me or my partner. It seemed like he didn't understand we were two people at the same address and would give conflicting information no matter how often we attempted to explain it. Also when we rescheduled or cancelled visits he would charge us regardless and never sent a list of dates he was charging for when we requested it several times. Often he charged for more time than the women actually took. So if you want a company for a one time deep clean they are okay. If you want continuing service, flexibility in a schedule and or an actual bill for time spent, this is not your best choice.

The ladies arrived on time, cleaned and cleaned, and left after five hours. My house was sparkling when they left.

This second experience resulted in a "good" cleaning, but it was not great like the first time. There was not a surface in my house that was not cleaned by the first crew of three ladies--including inside the refrigerator. I will use Elite again in search of that first experience.

We used this service for about 8-12 months, the quality of the cleaning was very good but we had trouble with scheduling and the admin side of things. Overall, most months there wasn't a problem but after a few instances of inconvenience for us we decided to try someone else. Some examples of inconvenience or less than professional behavior: - when we went on a 2 week vacation the cleaners evidently showed up at our house. we were actually out of the country and didn't have cellphone service but when we got back we had a few angry texts from the company. We traded a few texts and the company told us it is our job to notify them if we are leaving the area. I told them that it is their job to notify me before they are coming to clean the house. - the cleaners were sometimes up to 2 hours early or late. Inconvenient for us since we have a baby in the house that naps in the mid afternoon. - during the recent weather event when the fed govt closed we were all home plus the baby's day care provider was here, we told the company it would be difficult to have the cleaning w/ so many people in the house and it snowing outside and the representative was obviously annoyed, told us it would cost him money if we rescheduled, etc. He eventually relented and allowed us to reschedule. - the company had trouble keeping track of what time slot were were assigned to and there is limited flexibility in terms of when you can have the cleaners come, basically a few slots each day. All in all, I think for someone who doesn't need a lot of flexibility the company would be fine. For us, it didn't work.

I'm a fairly new parent, and I will openly admit that cleaning has not been my highest priority...okay or "A" priority what-so-ever. After getting sick of bickering with my husband about things that were never going to happen, we hired Elite Cleaners to save us from ourselves. A gentleman came over and inspected our house (while I blushed), and gave me an estimate. Two weeks later, I had a team at my house, making quick work of my messy home. We started with a "deep clean," which was $280. I believe the service is $70/hr, and the team was here for 4 hours. My cleaning team was friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job. Today they came back, were exactly on time, and made my house look amazing again. It was the same team as the first time, which is great, as they already knew where my, er, problem areas would be. I think this is nice, as they know that I have a dog and a baby, and it makes for a shorter cleaning time too, since they are familiar with my house. I'm very happy with Elite Cleaning, and will be a regular customer.
