I've used Elite for regular, monthly cleanings for about a year. I've been pretty happy with them, particularly on their responsiveness because I have to frequently change the date/time of my cleanings. They've always bent over backwards to accommodate these time changes, which I've appreciated. It helps to get a dedicated group coming to you house on a regular basis because they will know it better and be able to clean more optimally. Overall, I've been very happy with them. Their prices may be a bit higher, but they spend a long while at my house each time which gives me a feeling I'm getting my money's worth with a thorough cleaning.

They are some of the best housekeepers I have ever seen. They are thorough and maticulous.

It didn't start off too good as the cleaners were an hour late due to traffic. And, then when I got home a few hours later, they had finished the upstairs, but I had really wanted them to start on the downstairs first to make sure that area was thorough before they went upstairs due to my budget. The cleaners and I had a tough time communicating w/each other, so I called Matt and he apologized......it was never relayed to the cleaners to start downstairs first and call me before they started upstairs. Matt was very apologetic and I basically ended up not having to pay for the upstairs. Overall, the 3 ladies that came were very polite and Matt was very fair to me as well. Oh, the only other thing I wanted to add is that had they not been late and I had been there I would've told the ladies to make sure to move all the downstairs furniture (that they could....and which isn't much at all) to mop the dust up underneath. Unfortunately they didn't move all of the furniture, only some. But, I will add that my windows and inside sill looks great!

I have used Elite twice and have been fully satisfied both times by the quality of their services, the polite attitudes of the workers and their flexibility in handling special requests at the last minute. Not inexpensive but worth it.

A little mix up with address a couple of times other that that the ladies are very detail in the cleaning. Highly recommend.

They were good. They were here about 4 hours. I thought they were a little pricy per hour, but they did a good job. They were prompt and responsive.

Maribel and Heidy showed up on time and in 4 hours cleaned the place from top to bottom including the inside of cupboards, refrigerator and oven. Everything was spotless and very clean.

They have done a fabulous job! The offices have never been cleaner. I have recommended them to friends. If a spot is missed (which only happened once and wasn't really their fault - the office door was locked), they will return ASAP to clean. Matt has been great and very responsive.

The service was fine. They did what I asked them to do, nothing more. I would use them again if I had a deal or coupon, but if I was going to pay full price, I'd probably try someone new.

I have been using elite cleaning services for about a year, Excellent cleaning service. First time cleaning is extremely thorough and very consistent every each time too. They usually send the same crew, two ladies always show up on time and follow my instructions every each visit. they both are very friendly and professional and One of the them speaks in English very well . Office staff(Wesley and Matt) are very polite and professional too. I get a confirmation call every each visit by Office manager(Wesley) and he follows-up with me periodically to make sure that I'm completely satisfied with service every time.Even though I have 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms tiny condo apartment, two ladies spend over 2 hours every each visit to dust top to bottom all the surfaces including ceiling fans, blinds, windowsills, knick-knacks, furniture, and all the base-boards. They clean inside and outside all the appliances in the kitchen. I have been very pleased with Elite cleaning thus far and like to work with them for many more years.

They did an excellent job. The people that came to clean were very nice and they did the work in a timely fashion. I was truly satisfied. They are coming back on July 20th and I am going to hire them for my monthly cleaning service.

I pay $250.00 per month with them.They work on First of every month.First time was on September 6, 2012. I was so impressed with cleaning team. They have been coming every month since then. I love Elite Cleaning! I am never disappointed. They are very professional, friendly teams.

The house looked wonderful! The buyer liked the way the house looked and made the purchase! I was very confident in my home selling after they had gone through and cleaned my home.

When I came home, my house was clean, my bed was made with fresh linens, and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. I was very happy and decided to have them clean once a month.

The 2-person team arrived on time, and i walked them through my house asking them to focus on cleaning the kitchen and basement very well because I was expecting guests. The team was at my house for 5 hours (a little longer than i expected), but they did a wonderful job with the kitchen (especially the interior refrigerator, oven, and microwave). They also did an exceptional job cleaning the bathroom. I have a very old cast iron tub and worn tile/grout in the bathroom. I have considered reglazing my tub because it is difficult to remove the stains even with a good scouring agent. The bathtub was gleaming and looked brand new. The dirty grout was bleached and looked refreshed. I was very pleased with the outcome. I have scheduled a second cleaning with the company.

Their service is fine. They are pretty easy to deal with. I correspond mainly through email with them and they are pretty quick to get back to me.

I tried out Elite Cleaning Service for bi-weekly service for three months. The service was somewhat expensive, and it was a mixed bag. Sometimes the cleanings were fine and other times we had problems. The kitchen area was usually the problem. They would leave pans or skillets on the stove without cleaning them. I would fill and run the dishwasher in the morning before they came to do the house cleaning. One day, I couldn't fit all of the dishes in the dishwasher. Instead of cleaning the dishes or emptying and re-filling the dishwasher, they piled the extra dishes that were in the sink (and didn't fit) into the dishwasher. I came home and the dishwasher wouldn't open because it was completely stuffed. Also several times there was a line on the furniture of where they had wiped off the dust and where they didn't wipe off the dust. I cancelled the service after their car was broken into and all the house keys were stolen. Although they offered me a free cleaning for the hassle, I decided it wasn't worth a free cleaning and instead cancelled the service.
