Elite sent over a 2-person cleaning team and they did an amazing job. They were incredibly detail oriented - cleaning window blinds, under rugs, the floor molding, etc. I will absolutely hire them again.

The owner is an exceptionally professional and ethical person. When a couple of issues needed to be addressed, he promptly resolved them upon returning to town in a very concerned and gracious manner for which I am very appreciative. I consider the owner to be one of the better business persons with whom I have dealt in my many years in DC. He genuinely cares about his business, the quality of work, and ensuring an honest and pleasant consumer experience. He backs up his word. The work with Elite turned out to be a very positive experience, and the three women who worked at my house were exceptional in every way - nice, very hard working, thorough, careful, accommodating, and highly efficient. Each one deserves extra recognition and credit. I am very appreciative of their efforts.

They never contacted me and when I was finally able to get a hold of them they were booked out months and months in advance. I understand that people get overbooked with these deals but this was not acceptable.

3 cleaners arrived on time and were very courteous. They went right to work and cleaned the entire house in 4 hours. I was very happy with the work they did. We are actually considering using them for regular cleaning services for our new home in the future.

It was by far the best cleaning service-chairs and sofas were moved and thoutoly vacummed-everything was spic and span eith a wonderful scent-very hard workers....

The cleaners actually did a very good job getting our house clean. We had a couple issues: 1) The crew they sent every weeks was completely different, which meant we had to re-explain how things needed to be cleaned each time 2) The person who was organizing the crews would text us the day before with the time. We never had a set time and sometimes the usual day would come and they wouldn't show. I would text the manager and he would respond saying they would come later that day. A couple times, they wouldn't even show. They're obviously prioritizing large one time cleanings over their regularly scheduled cleanings. Because of these issues, we canceled and found another cleaning service to work with.

Difficult to schedule, miscommunication about date once scheduled, and most importantly, badly scratched our wood flooring with vacuum cleaner. No apologies offered. Also, cleaning was very superficial and hastily done because they mis-booked our cleaning date.

The cleaners themselves did an excellent job cleaning the apartment. However, there were many other minor issues that added up until I had to cancel my regular cleaning. The cleaners closed one of my cats in my bedroom and the other in my living room after cleaning the apartment, causing the one in the bedroom to freak out and tear up the carpeting near the door trying to get to the other one. The cleaners also once left the door to my apartment unlocked after cleaning. Finally, even after I asked for the company to send a reminder text, email or phone call the day before my cleaning, they failed to do so. I did call and complain once and they offered a complementary cleaning, but some problems remained and so I had to cancel my service.

I have been using them for about 5-6 months. They send 2-4 people out each time that they come to clean. I have had some issues with scheduling and it can be hard to get a hold of someone in the office.

the floors were spotless, even where the A/C contractor had been working. In all, a very thorough job completed. We plan to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, professional job.

**Updated review. After posting my review, I was contacted by owner of the company who was thoughtful and patient and clarified several misunderstandings we had. I have updated my grades and scoring accordingly. Upon reflection, our problems were primarily the result of mutual misunderstanding that was easily cleared up. There is a first time rate for cleaning and then a different rate you can lock in for regular cleaning after the initial cleaning. The first time rate was $60 per hour for two dedicated cleaners. That was approximately $330 for our home. I misunderstood a projected bi-weekly rate for the projected cost of our initial cleaning. The first cleaning is significantly more than future cleanings because it requires time to a**** the house, get rid of long standing dirt, etc. It is a thorough, deep clean and one of the most impressive home cleanings I have ever received. After clarifying the pricing issues, we have decided to regularly have Elite Cleaning Services clean our home and we would definitely recommend them to others, particularly if you are looking for a regular cleaning service. I would also like to credit Elite Cleaning Service's management for responding quickly and helpfully to our concerns. That is another good reason to recommend their work. My only other issue with the service was timing. We had expected the service to get in by about noon and be out by the time we got home with our young son by 6 p.m. Instead, they had arrived a bit late and were still cleaning. I was told this is partly because we are not regular customers and hadn't locked in a set time. In any case, this did lead to us having to eat out and wait out the cleaners for a bit but we were very happy with the quality of the work and happy to come home to a thoroughly cleaned house. Overall, I would highly recommend this company -- particularly after they worked hard to clear up a misunderstanding.

From start to finish the work was excellent.

The crew arrived at 9:15 and got right to work. Appointment was at 8:00 but it was raining and traffic was a factor.

Ladies were very nice. Arrived 20 minutes late but no problem for me. Cleaned pretty well and better than any others. I don't need them to fold the tissues into shapes but would prefer a more thorough job on baseboards and corners of floors. Some spots missed in bathroom as well, corners especially. And considering it is just me in a smallish condo prices is pretty high. But, have not found any better so will continue to use.

On time, worked hard and thoroughly, but did not have time to do the family room.

They were average. I felt they had to rush during the appointment since they wanted to get everything done in 3 hours and they seem to be on a tight schedule. The cleaners were really nice to work with. The execution was the problem. I had to go back over and clean some of the areas since they did not do a thorough job.

Ana and Wilma did a wonderful job. They mopped and dusted floors, vacuumed floors and stairs, scrubbed bathrooms, wiped down counters and baseboards and cleaned the ceiling fans.

We have a really dirty house and they make it clean.

The service provider failed to respond after multiple e-mails. The owner, when called, was very nice, said he could do nothing, just to e-mail again. E-mailed again several times. No answer. Big Deal expired after about 4 weeks of trying to schedule cleaning. Gave up.

They did an excellent job on my apartment. I actually forgot they were coming and left a mess in the kitchen and laundry on the floor. When I came home, they'd done my dishes and folded and neatly folded and stacked my laundry in addition to deep cleaning the entire place. My only issues were (i) I didn't really care for the smell of the chemicals they used, (ii) I thought $180 was a little pricey for my small apartment (although it may have been less if I hadn't left a mess for them), and (iii) they vacuumed but didn't spot clean the pet stains on my carpet. However, the place looked great and it felt so good to come home to a clean house. I will use them again.

It was a tough job, but Blanca and her team were very thorough. I have set up an appt for them to come back!
