I own a five-bedroom rental group house which was left in a pitiful state after some of the tenants vacated the premises this past week. It required urgently a really heavy duty deep cleaning from top to bottom. I interviewed several cleaning companies which are among the top rated on Angie's list and selected Elite Cleaners, even though their prices might have seemed at first somewhat higher than those quoted by their competitors. I am very pleased with my decision for the following reasons: a/ Matt Ibis, the owner of the company, took the time to inspect the whole house and determined it would take three people and five hours each to do a proper cleaning of all five bedrooms with 3 baths, assuring me I would not have to pay until I was completely satisfied. On the other hand, the other companies would send only 2 cleaners for 5 4 to 5 hours each. b/ He was also very accommodating in terms of schedule. Due to an ongoing bath renovation in one of the bedrooms, he offered to bring back the crew to clean it after the renovation is completed. c/ I was pleasantly surprised to see not a three-person cleaning team that Matt had promised, but a full contingent of five cleaners showing up in two Elite Cleaning cars in front of the house. d/ From the moment the five ladies moved their cleaning tools into the house, they went to work at once, diligently and without stopping; each person taking charge of one room, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, scrubbing bathroom tiles, removing spots from walls, etc. Not a single nook and cranny in the house went untouched. e/ By the time they finished their job - after a long stretch of over five hours - the house looked and smelled nice and clean literally from top to bottom. f/ During my final inspection, I noticed a few spots that needed extra attention, for instance the ledge behind the jealousies of the rear porch and the bottom grids of two fridges that were still spotty. After I pointed out those few areas to the team leader, she immediately asked two of her companions to tackle the tasks. And those ladies went back to work without begrudging. Conclusion: I have dealt with a few other cleaning companies over the years, but after my wonderful experience with the well trained and professional cleaning team from Elite Cleaners this afternoon, I can enthusiastically attest to their excellence. Their reputation is indeed well deserved. I will definitely use them again. In fact, I have already asked Matt to give me estimates of the same type of cleaning at my personal residence in the coming week.

Cleaners were prompt, professional and attentive to details. I look forward to having them continue to clean our house in the future.

Scheduling with the company was easy and they were able to come by that weekend. They were friendly and professional, and did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I received a call that afternoon to make sure that the service went well. I was very happy with the company and will be using them again.

Elite Cleaning was great at each step. They were responsive, easy to work with, flexible with scheduling, showed up on time, and did a great job cleaning.

The process did not start well. We were promised a cleaning team at 2pm on a Saturday. The team of 3 women did not show up until 4pm and, upon touring the house, told me that they could not complete the house that day. So they were not going to start. I was so frustrated because we had arranged our whole schedule that day in order to be available while the cleaners were at our house. After some heated exchanges over the phone with their dispatcher, we agreed for them to return the following Monday at 8am. However, this time, we could not arrange our schedule to be at the house the whole day. My husband would let them in that morning, but had to leave. So we basically had to trust that they would clean the house and leave it in good order. Luckily, the cleaning team led by Marta, was fantastic! They did a very thorough job of getting into the nooks and crannies. For example, the top edges of all the baseboards were dusted and cleaned. Each louver of the blinds were cleaned. So despite the initial hiccup, i would recommend Elite again.

This group is fantastic! They are extremely professional, very responsive, and perform an outstanding service. From the minute you call they accommodate you and the cleaning team is very nice, caring, and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

When I called Elite they were able to schedule a move out cleaning the next day, which I was extremely happy with. When the two woman got to the house they gave an awesome assessment of the time it would take to clean. They finished in under the time that they had said, which I was very pleased with. The house was spotless and looked brand new. The women were later than the original appointment, I would of preferred a phone call, but the company has excellent customer service and took care of me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. All in all I am very satisfied with Elite Cleaning Services and I will def. use them again and recommend them to others.

The ladies who arrived were very sweet and respectful of me being in the house while they cleaned. They did a great job on the bathrooms/kitchen, which has not been up to my standards with other cleaning services! I'll definitely make this a monthly occurrence!

Elite Cleaning Services was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job cleaning my house. I called yesterday to ask for a quote to do a deep clean in preparation for refinancing, expecting someone would need to come out to the house. Instead, I was quoted $60 per hour for two people and they could be at the house the next morning. The ladies showed up on time and set to work cleaning every detail for over 5 hours. The house looks great! I was considering a monthly service just to help keep up with this busy family, and after the meticulous job that was done, I will be going with monthly service for sure. Thank you!

They do a great job overall, but sometimes they go more "all-out" than other times. For examples, sometimes I'll find that they've lined up all the shoes in the bottom of my closet, and sometimes they just push them back in a pile while vacuuming, etc. They do a great job cleaning my kitchen, but the bathroom shower tiles look like they could be cleaned a bit better. The A/C filter cover is in the ceiling and they miss dusting it sometimes. On the other hand, they clean places I always miss: ceiling fan, top of the fridge, etc. Most of all I appreciate their reliability and trustworthiness. I gave them a key!

You get what you pay for! I am very pleased with the service. Although I do not have direct contact with the crew, we communicate well via notes. I look forward to coming home on house cleaning days!!

Extremely well, very through meticulous job!

We love Elite Cleaners! They fit us in on very short notice; we had unexpected guests arriving within days and our house was a wreck. They responded quickly (and outside of regular business hours) to set up a cleaning appointment within a day. Two cleaners were sent out and got to work quickly to do a deep cleaning. When the manager came out to check in with us, he realized they were going to need some help to get our three floor home completed in a timely manner, and he sent two more cleaners to help out. He also provided us with an estimate for biweekly cleanings. The cleaning itself was excellent. There are a few things I check to see how detail oriented cleaners are (are the few ceiling level exchange vents dusted, for example) and all of my secret clues were, in fact, addressed before I reviewed the work. Everything - floors, walls, rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms - was spotless, upholstered sofas and chairs vacuumed, and our house smelled lovely and clean. (Believe me, with four cats, that is one of our favorite perks!) As part of the initial deep cleaning, our refrigerator, oven, and other kitchen appliances were cleaned inside and out. The glass panes in our storm door are now transparent - who knew you could see through them? :) Based on our experience of the initial cleaning, we snapped up the biweekly service, and continue to be very happy with the service, and with the staff, as well. We would recommend Elite Cleaners to everyone. They are wonderful!

We can't say enough good about this company! The supervisor came to our home to go over our cleaning needs and expectations, provided a quote and recurring cleaning schedule on the spot, and our first cleaning was scheduled just two days later! The ladies that came to clean were very sweet and worked super efficiently together. They did an excellent job and everything looked great and smelled so fresh and clean when they were done. And the first top to bottom cleaning price came in even lower than quote we were given! It's also been very nice to see these same two cleaning ladies every other week doing the same excellent job time and time again! We are so happy we used Angie's List to once again help us select a great business!!!

The women from Elite Cleaning services were very nice and did extremely thorough work. The floors, walls, rooms, bathrooms were all spotless when they were completed. I was very happy with everything done.

I sent a message using Angie's listand received a very prompt response. Scheduling cleaners to clean our new house before we moved in was easy. The two ladies arrived right on time, I showed them around and they got to work. I have never had my house professionally cleaned before so I had no idea how long to expect it would take. It took much longer than I thought, over 4 hours. I wish I had know. It was going to take that long but I appreciate the very thorough job that was done. I will definitely use ELITE again and am considering scheduling for regular service.

We initially hired Elite to do a major whole-house cleaning. We were very pleased with this effort. Based on the whole-house cleaning, we hired them for bi-weekly cleanings. Unfortunately, that didn't go so well. To begin, we asked them to pay attention to our hardwood floors. When they did the whole house cleaning, this was one area that was not as tremendous as the rest of the job they did. So, we figured we would ask them to complete this task in addition to the bi-weekly cleanings they were scheduled for. They never actually cleaned these floors. They probably vacuumed them, but the same spots we noticed in our initial cleaning were still there and it was clear that they either hadn't heard the request or just weren't interested in doing it. But, oh well, I figured, at least we are getting a cleaned house every two weeks. After their next visit, my wife noticed that her computer was "broken". There was a small crack on the side of it and it just didn't function as it had since it was purchased. Nobody claimed responsibility. My wife thought I broke it. But I know I didn't. And I know it was broken immediately after Elite's visit. That was our first clue that the service we received at the first whole-house cleaning was not going to be repeated going forward. The next incident I'd say was remarkable was that I came home early, about 4:00 p.m. and they were still in the house, cleaning. Well, no real big deal, but the overall effort seemed below par. Nondescript, I'd call it. The final straw was that we came home to find the flour canister broken. My wife is a baker and had purchased a set of canisters for sugar, flour, etc. It cost about $80 dollars. At least this time, the cleaner admitted she had broken it and offered to pay for it. However, that offer has not yet been fulfilled. In fact, after several calls to Mehmet, he never responded. So, not only are the services nondescript and sloppy, but he's willing to sacrifice our business over $80 dollars. I would not recommend Elite to anyone because the workers are clearly not all that professional--they can't be counted upon to show up at regular times and they break things--but neither is management. All that probably needed to happen with the canister was to follow through on the offer to pay. Heck, we may have accepted less than the full price, but Mehmet never responded at all. He certainly seemed professional during our first meeting, but he, like his company, later on acts completely uninterested in doing the little things--like cleaning without breaking things and responding professionally when accidents happen--to keep the business.

I contacted the provider and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The provider was supposed to arrive at my condo at 8:00 a.m. on 7/17/2014 to conduct the estimate. The provider did not show up or call. I took the day off from work to be present for the estimate and meet the provider. I was annoyed. I will not use this provider in the future.

In the beginning the service was great but that slowly declined as time passed. A few weeks ago they asked if the cleaning team could come at 9AM to clean my house. Much to my surprise I came downstairs at 8:30AM to find them busy in my house as I tried to get ready for work. It is not acceptable to enter someone's house earlier than the agreed upon time. Quite frankly it startled me to have someone in my house without my knowledge. Three days ago I again received a phone call asking if the cleaning team could come on Friday at 12 noon because of the Holiday. I declined as I had to work and needed to get ready during that timeframe. The agreed upon time was set from day 1 at 3:00 PM. Much to my surprise, the cleaning team showed up at my doorstep at 1:45PM ready to perform their service. I was in the middle of getting ready for work! I had to send them away. I called the office number and no explanation was available as to why the 3PM time was again moved to an earlier time without my consent. Due to the recurring service issues, lack of detail, and a total disregard to the agreed upon times for cleaning, I terminated my relationship with Elite Cleaning. There are plenty of other cleaning businesses that are cheaper and provide far better service.

The cleaning crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They asked a couple questions to get an idea of our expectations and to know about any problem areas or spots we wanted them to focus on which we really appreciated. We hired cleaners to do a deep clean after we had our hardwood floors replaced. Sawdust was everywhere along with some of the typical messes you can expect from a bunch of carpenters working in your home for 2 weeks. The cleaners did an excellent job getting sawdust off of all the moulding around the house and other flat surfaces. They exceeded our expectations with how clean the kitchen and bathrooms turned out given all of the extra work we asked of them. Price includes cleaning top 2 floors of home and basement rental unit. Very pleased with the outcome and do plan on hiring again!

Although they were two hours late due to cross communication with their cleaners assigned to me and their vacuum stopped working; (leaving them to use my brand new Shark professional vacuum I had received only a few days prior) I was impressed by their work. The two woman were wonderful and did a wonderful job. They cleaned things I did not expect like all six of my trash cans. I also appreciated that they finished before the 6 (+) hour timeframe I was expecting. For the miscommunication they had early with their start time delay the owner provided me with a 10% discount. I also appreciated the ladies asking me to check their work and see if I was pleased. They were great in taking care of some of the few things they missed.

Elite cleaners did a very thorough job cleaning my house. They were responsive to my requests.

They are very thorough and pay attention to detail in places where I often over look when I clean. I have been so pleased both times they have been here and will continue to use them on a regular basis.
