The team they sent is outstanding. They are thorough and leave the house sparkling. I have high expectations for house cleaning , and they are consistently meeting the expectations. I will continue to use their service.

The three girls showed up on time and went right to work upstairs. They moved the beds and furnishings away from walls in order to do a proper deep clean. The upstairs took a considerable amount of time which left little time to do my first floor which was in critical need of cleaning since I was hosting a party the next night. The manager called me to explain that the dollar amount we had discussed to clean the house was going to have to be increased if the girls remained longer to clean the downstairs. I will say that we did have a misunderstanding about how much the cost would be and how many hours were necessary. I will not blame the manager as I believe that after reviewing the email correspondence I can see where we both did not communicate effectively. Regardless, the girls left to get a very late lunch and then returned to finish the job. Word to the wise, if you are using them for the first time, factor in the need to do a deep clean which will take longer then a regular weekly or bi-weekly cleaning and the price will be more for the first cleaning. This is true of most cleaning services. Also bear in mind that when the girls show up to a home they have never been in, they cannot know how long it will take to get the place really clean. If your downstairs is more crucial for you to have cleaned, then ask them to start there first. In my case, I would have preferred to have had the first floor living areas cleaned and then have them spend less time upstairs where we really don't even use one of the bathrooms or our two guest rooms. That being said, they did do a very good job of getting the house looking and feeling much better. I have two dogs and two cats so in my case there is a lot of pet fur to be eliminated. I guess I could nit-pick the few areas where the surfaces could have been more thoroughly cleaned but really, they did do a good job overall. The girls were very friendly and seemed to work well together. I have decided to engage them to do several more cleanings over the holiday season. In fact they are here again now, and did arrive on time again. I do think the price is kind of high, but for now I'll keep the using the company.

When I called I was quoted a price for 4 hours of cleaning and was told that for subsequent cleaning if they took a shorter time that the price for cleaning would go down with the hours spent. The first cleaning did take 4 hours and they did a good job. The second cleaning they also did a good job but it took only 2.5 hours. I work from home and was at home the entire time. I thought it would be reflected in the price. I saw on my credit card that I had been charged the same amount as the first time. I called to find out what was going on. The owner/manger told me that he would check with the crew and get back to me. I had to call him again and when I spoke to him he told me that the women said that they worked 3 hours. He said he would credit me $50.00, but the price for cleaning was really a flat fee. A half hour may not seem like much and maybe I should suck it up, but I feel like it is dishonest. If the cleaning crew was "fudging" a half hour here and there what else were they going to be dishonest about?

I was hoping based on prior reviews the services would be done well. I was disappointed. First, my credit card was charged $125 MORE than the written estimate I received. I am currently disputing the charge. Second, I was never notified of the increase in charge as no additional services were received. Third, the cleaning was of concern as several areas were left neglected (e.g. bed frame not dusted, entry cabinet left dirty with spots, faucet in shower not cleaned,side of stairs not dusted/mopped). I was expecting much better service from the company and am gravely disappointed.

I was extremely disappointed. I requested 3 maids for 3 hours which should have cost $297. It was confirmed to me they would send 3. Only 2 showed up (on time) and they said right off the bat that they could not complete all 3 floors. I told them not to worry about the living room and dining room and stairs as the floors had just recently been recently polyed. I also told them not to worry about the windows and that my main concern was getting as much surface area cleaned, especially the ground floor. They said they would do their best to complete everything. I left and returned at 4pm to pay and lock up the house. I had to wait another 1.5 hours for both maids to just clean my empty kitchen. It was apparent that they had surveyed the significant amount of work needed on the ground floor as all of the lights had been turned on and closets opened. They never bothered with the ground floor and finished at 5:30pm. I would estimate just on square footage, they completed less than half of my home. With the movers coming bright and early in the morning and all of my cleaning tools in the shipment, I was very upset. I could not hide my disappointment and was told by one of the maids that when they are asked to do a job like this at the end of the day, they cannot work as quickly as they do in the morning because they are tired and their manager should have assigned 3 maids as requested, not 2. They complained that their manager frequently sends 2 maids for a 3 person job. It was abundantly clear that I was working with two very unmotivated staff and a manager who did not allocate resources as the client requested. They were slow and not detail-oriented. The surfaces were not noticeably clean. I have experience managing household staff directly for the last 10 years. This was by far the worst service and quality of work I have encountered. Update: A couple of days after posting my earlier comment, I was contacted by Matt at Elite Cleaning. He expressed regret about reading of my unfortunate experience and explained unexpected demands on the 3-person team at another home earlier in the day forced them to shift the 2-person team to my home instead. I noted that I would have appreciated a courtesy call to that effect and that notwithstanding the services rendered by the 2-person team fell far below any usual standard of maid services. He apologized and offered to return my check voided and further offered to provide a complementary cleaning service for another date. I accepted his offer to return the check as I did not feel I received any benefit from their services as each "cleaned" area appeared unchanged. However, I respectfully declined his offer for any complementary service as I prefer to pay for services rendered. A few days after we spoke, Matt personally delivered the voided check to my home. As I was not at home at the time, he called reiterating his regret and restated his offer for a complementary cleaning. He has followed up several times since then asking that I reconsider utilizing their services and update my review of their services. While I am doubtful I will utilize their services again, I would upgrade Elite Cleaning's overall rating from a "D" to a "C" as Matt's responsiveness to my concern was appreciated.

Two words: SPOT LESS. Serious cleaning service - my place hasn't been this clean in years. Cinthia and Haslan worked their hearts out - and their arms off - cleaning my place from top to bottom. The bathrooms really shine now - not an easy feat with tub doors. The kitchen sparkles - the floor is squeaky clean, the microwave, countertops, and cabinets all look like new. The carpets look like they have been cleaned but they were simply vacuumed - by a team that knows what they are doing. Cinthia and Haslan were prompt, worked efficiently and effectively together; they were respectful of my belongings, and were friendly and courteous. I am so glad I found Elite Cleaning Services through Angie's List - I highly recommend them.

They did a fabulous job. In particular, the work they did in the kitchen and our laundry room was above and beyond. We were very satisfied with the results.

Elite is responsive, professional, and thorough. They scheduled an in-home estimate just a few days after I called and the price was very fair (3 girls, 5 hours). The day of the cleaning, three ladies showed up literally at exactly the appointment time and were very friendly. They even greeted my large dog. They spoke very good English and did a very good job cleaning...even cleaning things I didn't realize were dirty until I saw the finished product. Best things about them: 1. They put everything back where it belonged (all other services I've tried leave all of your stuff in random places and it takes a week to put your house back together) 2. they didn't leave until the job was done, even though it ran past their estimated time (and didn't charge extra) 3. They don't pay their girls by how many houses they clean each day, so they don't cut corners in a rush to finish quickly 4. The same ladies come every week, so they get to know your house and preferences. Highly recommend!

Elite Cleaning services cleans everything in the home. I have a 4 bedroom colonial home, with three levels. They dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms. They clean the inside of the refrigerator, and clean all window sills. It is a very complete job from top to bottom. They are in my house 3 hours at a minimum for each bi-weekly visit. Great service!!!

The crew is professional and pleasant. I have been using cleaning services for 30 years, and Elite is the best I've seen. They are thorough, get to spots most services skip (like baseboards), and when they're through the place sparkles. They even manage to make our rather dated stove look nice. I recommend them without reservation.

They were on time and very good with the cleaning that we had them do. They were very flexible in scheduling the service for us.

We had not had a professional cleaning of our home in several years. Based on the positive reviews of Elite Cleaning, I contacted them to discuss services and were delighted that they were able to come out the same day to clean our house. Initially they were going to come later in the afternoon but due to a schedule change Matt contacted me (both via txt and phone message) to see if they could come a few hours earlier, which was fine. A team of 3 arrived on time and spent 3 hours cleaning our home. I requested they focus on the kitchen, bathrooms and floors. They did a tremendous job and thoroughly cleaned our house...they were busy the entire time and by the time they were done our house sparkled. I was home during the time of the cleaning and they would ask how I wanted things done (i.e. beds made/pillows arranged) and to determine where I wanted them to focus their efforts--this was very helpful. Based on the excellent service we received, we have signed up for monthly cleaning service. Anna and her team did an amazing job and Matt (the manager) was very responsive. I would definitely recommend Elite Cleaning to friends and colleagues.

The crew arrived on time (3 people), but worked VERY slowly. The home wasn't that dirty, but they took forever to clean. Once all was said and done, the blinds were still dirty and left disheveled. The person that was supposed to be cleaning the kitchen didn't clean the window sill or the blinds, didn't clean inside the refrigerator, didn't clean the baseboards and didn't do a very good job cleaning the cabinets (and this took her practically the entire time to "clean" - btw the kitchen is really small and wasn't what i would call "dirty" at all to begin with) so I don't know what she was doing in there for almost two hours! When she finally moved to the 1/2 bath, living/dinning combo area, the mirror in the 1/2 bath was still dirty and so were the blinds in the living area! The other two ladies were upstairs cleaning the bedrooms which again weren't that dirty. One lady did a great job in the room/bathroom that she cleaned. The window sills/blinds were clean and returned to "normal". The bathroom was nice and clean and smelled great! The other one, not so much. Again the blinds were left disheveled, all the pulls were broken apart, the sill was dirty, the bathtub wasn't cleaned very well and the vent in the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all!! The bottom floor bedroom/bathroom was ok. So I had to go behind them and ask them to vacuum the stairs, clean the baseboards, clean the bathroom vent and one lady told the other one (when she was inspecting and in Spanish) you didn't even clean the inside of the refrigerator! So the job was supposed to be 3 hrs ($90/hr for 3 people) - i don't feel that it should have taken that long and I was charged for the extra time beyond the 3 hours (this is because they needed to clean/re-clean items). The entryway floors were also left dirty. So basically I paid $300 for some people to come in, ruin my blinds and leave cleaning for me that I will need to do myself. At least I know it will be done right! I would NEVER recommend this service. UPDATE (9/11/14): So the owner contacted me today regarding the service that I received and offered a 50% discount for the poor service that I received this time and 20% off any future services. The owner assured me that the next cleaning would be a superior experience and that I would be 200% satisfied. I do appreciate this offer and may consider giving them another chance.

They are a wonderful service. Very fast, thorough and friendly. Our dogs even loved them. Their niche is fast, quality cleaning with at least two people. They thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and even the Nespresso machine! My only knock with them is the cost. I feel I may have been looked upon as someone who would be gullible and pay more - which I did. Once I learned of the competition in the area, I was paying at least $50 more per visit that the compatibles. We are two, neat guys living here with no kids and our dogs are non-shedding small white breeds. We aren't that dirty and we keep up the house ourselves. I thought the $175 was a bit steep. You do get what you pay for - they are responsive to emails immediately and I do recommend them, just try to negotiate a bit.

Esther and her colleague came to clean recently. Esther was so friendly. She was really easy going and asked us questions during the cleaning which left me with the impression that she really took an interest in getting to know us and our habits/likes. She took great care in the process and I have requested Esther again for the next cleaning. I really like Elite Cleaning Services in general because they're thorough, very responsive, and will also call to remind you the day before your appointment. You can even text them if there's a change in schedule, which is very convenient. They're always very courteous and they're available on Saturdays, which is fantastic for my schedule.

Every aspect of experience I have had with Elite so far has been very professional and pleasant. From the initial estimate to quick email and text responses, I set up high expectations. For the first cleaning, they were running late, but once they got here, I was most impressed with the quality of work, the thoroughness of the effort covering every part of the whole house, and friendliness of the staff. My last cleaning service provider demanded more money for what should be part of regular cleaning; the experience with Elite has been completely opposite of that, where I'm very satisfied with the value I received. We look forward to working with them for the long term.

The cleaning was great! I was very impressed with the quality of work and definitely notice a major difference in the air quality of my home now that I'm not breathing in 6 years of dirt and dust. You can tell everything was done thoroughly - even the knickknacks were dusted and the handles of my cupboards aren't sticky anymore. I would definitely have them back! One other thing to note was that I noticed a few things hadn't been attended to properly and when I alerted management, they sent cleaners back the next morning to touch up (at no additional charge). That was outstanding service! There were only two issues, both of which were resolved by the company: 1. They were 45 minutes late and I had to call 20 minutes after they were supposed to arrive to find out what the situation was. I would have appreciated the company letting me know the situation as opposed to me prodding them. However! I was provided a 10% discount to compensate for the tardiness. 2. I gave a lower evaluation for professionalism because while they did a very good job cleaning, there was an awful lot of yelling/raised voices from the cleaners while they worked. I was home the entire time people were there and while I put on headphones to work, I can only imagine what it might be like for those with little ones in the house.

It was very well. We contacted them and they gave us a quote that we were happy with. We scheduled a time for them to come out and shockingly enough to us, they called and asked if they could come out early. One of the few times that instead of a company calling to inform you they'd be late, we had the opposite. And they came out when they said they would and they started right away. Because of the property being vacant, they went through quickly but very efficiently. I plan on recommending all my clients contacting Elite before listing their homes because it was a great service.

The first meeting was very professional, the manager was on time, and very complementary of his staff. We agreed on the initial deep clean of our townhome: The entire First floor (kitchen/diningroom/living area/back living space) ,basement , upstairs common areas, 21/2 bathrooms, 2 flights of carpeted stairs, NO Bedrooms. We could add more in the future if e wanted. We have had cleaning services in the past, and thought that the initial estimate of $350 was appropriate, and we were told the crew would be there as long as needed, up to 5 hours. Once we agreed we wanted the service, there was quick turnaround on the scheduled date for them to start. We requested a specific day that one of us would be home and they satisfied that request, no issues. We did clean up on the days leading up to the scheduled cleaning, as we wanted them to clean the house, not pick up our clutter. We have several cats and an elementary school aged child, so we were looking forward to some help maintaining the house. The day of the scheduled service, 3 ladies arrived promptly @ 8 am as agreed (we had a window of either 8 am or 12 noon). When they came in, there was one lady in charge of the crew, and she conveyed to the others what was to be cleaned. It wasn't clear to me if the manager relayed to them what cleaning we wanted, so we walked through the house to ensure that they knew what was 'off limits' and what was in desperate need of attention. After 5 hours of intense cleaning, my house was in amazing shape and it felt incredibly CLEAN! They cleaned the blinds on all mainfloor windows (the only windows they could access), inside of the windows, ceiling fans, oven, microwave oven, outside of trashcan, wiped out the fridge, took out the recycle bag, arranged blankets and pillows to add the finishing touches; there was confusion regarding the vacuuming of the curtains, but i know they vacuumed sofas/chairs on both levels. I'll take cat hair on the curtains - they probably ran out of time. From previous reviews I've read on this company, I'm hoping that the that the quality of work does not diminish on return services, and that they are just as thorough and detailed. We will be asking them to return on a monthly basis, to maintain the incredible job they did on the initial cleaning. The crew worked hard and we very much appreciate their efforts to help us make our home more sparkly! Their company is lucky to have such a dedicated crew.

They were very punctual and did a superb job cleaning. My landlord was impressed with how clean the apartment was when we did out final walk through!

I did get a call from a young lady who was very polite but said that they didn't provide estimates. They would send a crew to clean first and, based on the number of hours it took them to complete it, you would then be given a price for weekly cleanings. I work in an office that is also a special event site seasonally. While we have basic cleaning needs, our needs change on a regular basis depending on the frequency and type of events. On one hand I was very disappointed that they were not willing to come and look at the job before committing both us and their crew to a job, but on the other hand I appreciate that they are too busy for new business and they saved me the time of one less company to compare estimates and services.

Have used Elite cleaning before, actually a while ago and was very satisfied with their work. When I needed house cleaning in Rockville I called them again, very professional and responsive company. And the cleaning itself was exactly as instructed, you can't trust a lot of companies this days but Elite Cleaning Services is one of the few I really rely. They give importance not only just making their money but also having their customers fully satisfied.

The cleaning people were two hours late. They were suppose to do a deep cleaning but they did a regular cleaning. Their regular cleaning was not up to standards. Other people have cleaned my home before so I could compare. One of the cleaning people broken the cap off of my faucet and said it was like that before she cleaned it. My cap was on my faucet before these people cleaned my home. The company was professional enough to not charge me for the cleaning once I said I was an Angie's list member.

The ladies are on time, friendly and do a fabulous job with the cleaning. My floors and surfaces have not been this clean in years!! They cleaned things that I did not even know where dirty. My only comment is sometimes when they put things back after moving them, they are in the wrong places. Certainly, I do not expect them to know and replace all of my knick-knacks, but furniture or items that clearly have fronts or specific locations could be put back a little more carefully. But when it comes to the actual cleaning, I am very happy.
