Description of Work: They were good. One of the workers spoke English and translated for the second worker. So, communication was not a problem. Dusting kitching fan and other areas could've been better. But, overall they did a good job, especially for a first visit where they had absolutely no prior information about what I would prefer as a client. So, bravo. I give a B because I'm comparing them to top notch service I received a long time ago that has been 'very' tough to beat. But, it's a good team! Services: one bedroom, made up bed, cleaned bathrooms, cleaned dusty/greasy areas along bottom of walls Living, dining, kitchen (including dishes), stove top, vaccuumed stair carpet (huge help)

Description of Work: Good cleaning. Areas that are missed or are of concern are addressed promptly and professionally. But they have no regard for your time. Are always late.

Description of Work: Full house cleaning, three floors, surfaces. This was their fourth visit. I have been very pleased. The professionalism, quality, care and diligence Elite brings to the job make the slightly higher price well worth it. Matt is very responsive to all requests, especially schedule changes.

Description of Work: I moved out of my 2 bed/2 ba. 1100 sq. ft. apartment and wanted to have a professional cleaning service to come in and do a deep cleaning so the apartment managers wouldn't charge me for ridiculous "not move in ready" items. They were an hour late due to traffic. When Matt called and said they are leaving from downtown DC to go to Alexandria, and will be there in 15-20 minutes, I knew it would take them a lot longer than that. They cleaned for a little over 2 hours, and did an absolutely excellent job on cleaning my apartment. I am not complaining at all for how long it took for them to clean, but I would recommend not to make any other commitments later on in the day if you're going to have someone come in to clean your place. I felt like it would only take 1-1/12 hours for them to clean, due to previous reports. This is a great company and I would recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: We had used them before to clean our townhouse when we move out. It looked like new! We just had them clean our new house for the first time. They did a great job and we have signed up for regular service. I really appreciated how they worked to match or beat other cleaning quotes. They did call a bit often to try and get me to sign up. But, I ultimately got a good price for great cleaning so I am happy.

Description of Work: ELITE CLEANING SERVICES, LLC did a great job on cleaning my home this pass weekend (5 Nov 2100). The three lady crew came in with the attitude of getting the job done with a quickness. After each area was identified the ladies got busy at the end of the three hours my bathroom and kitchen was cleaned with perfection. They did such a great job that I made a agreement with Matt that I want them to come back on a monthly basics. Thanks for a job well done!

Description of Work: After extensive redecorating (painting, flooring, etc.) on our new condo there was dirt and dust everywhere. I asked Elite to do their "deep cleaning" service, including interior windows. They sent a crew of four and in the space of two hours the place was immaculate. A great job thoroughly performed.

Description of Work: Very well priced as compared to other services. Tends to come at different times though, so somewhat irregular. No complaints whatsoever with the cleaning job. Very well done, and all the little things done without fail. Have already recommended to several neighbors.

Description of Work: I had sewage back up and my place didn’t look nice softly said. Also it was my first time using house cleaning service and I was a bit of suspicious. Matt and his workers did excellent job and left my place shining. They were very good with bleaching the affected area and were very professional.
