B++! The crew was friendly and fast. They picked everything up on Friday around 6 p.m. in DC and delivered it around 3 p.m. the next day in Charlotte, NC. There was one item that got broken, but that was more of a problem with the way it was packed than carelessness on their part. On the delivery end, the elevator ended up being further away from the apartment than expected - they took it in stride and continued to unload quickly and efficiently (the site map had been emailed to the main office but never forwarded to the actual moving crew). The price was about middle of the road. I'd received quotes for both a grand over and under their quote. I would definitely use this company again.

My interaction with them was good. I was happy with their service. I am using them again this week to move the stuff from storage back into a new place. They did a nice job. They did travel time and then they did an estimate of the number of hours for the guys. The charge was 89 bucks for 3 guys for 3 hours plus they charged a minimum travel time of one hour. They were half hour late.

They were very professional and did a good job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

District Relocators was a great choice for me to move from Bethesda to the heart of Washington DC. The 3 man crew came to my place early and ready. These guys were so quick and careful with the packing, we was on our way to DC to before I knew it. Them unloading the truck went even faster than loading the truck. I was in my place, comfortable and thanking the guys for there hard work. That was money worth spending!

Moving is stress..Big Time. After finding District Relocators on a web search, I completed web quote form for my move from the Washington, DC area to a suburb of Detroit. It seemed simultaneous...as I clicked submit ..the phone rang. You got it...District Relocators responded in the blink-of-an- eye to my web inquiry. We talked. Over the next few days, I compared web quotes, notes from phone conversations and referrals. Based upon experience, reputation, "great value" quote, and quick responses to my questions; I accepted email confirmation of my long distance move with this company. Customer Service...yes... beginning to end. The four movers showed up on time and were experienced, professional and courteous. They wrapped and wrapped and padded....that extra touch. Because of their experience; for us, it seemed that moving from one home to the next in another state was almost seamless. When we arrived in Michigan they had already begun to unload and greeted us upon our arrival as though we we old friends. Highly Recommend.
