Description of Work: I called Jeff to give me an estimate for a large house addition. He was very professional and prompt with calling me back. I did not choose Jeff for this project simply because I decided to go with a larger company to complete the project. Jeffs quote was very fair and I would definitely call him if I had any more work at the house.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for drywall repair and have not been able to schedule it with the provider. He has told me that I live too far away and he needs to come back several times so he can't get the job done in 4 hours so he would have to charge me more. He said he will have to estimate more time once he gets here. Now he says he can't get to it until November. How do I get a refund?

He was a great resource for my questions and was able to handle a few odd jobs aside from the painting. Te paint job looks very good and I could not be more satisfied
Description of Work: Prepped and painting interior. Removed old wallpaper, fixed nail pops and other damage to walls. Installed a ceiling fan and a dimmer switch and a GFCI outlet in the kitchen.

The quality of the service was good. The price was a little on the high side but you get what you pay for so it was reasonable.
Description of Work: I used Odd Jobs to sheet rock a bathroom and they did interior painting at a rental property.

+ 0 moreJeff Langdeau appeared at our home, quite by accident one day, as he had an appointment with our next door neighbor. Since we were looking for a painter anyway, I invited him in to review the work we needed done and to provide us with an estimate. Within a day he responded with an estimate and since it was within the range we expected, we didn't look any further. Within two weeks, accounting for our 1-week vacation, he started the job. He worked quietly, neatly and efficiently for one full day with an associate, and returned by himself for a half day to complete. He did a lot of "touch-up" work we hadn't expected to nail-pops, taping and cracks from settling. His associated even cleaned the foyer window, which in our two-story foyer, doesn't get a lot of attention and hadn't been cleaned in quite some time! We are very pleased with the results! We have other work we'd like done soon and we will definitely be calling Jeff again.
Description of Work: Paint two-story foyer, stairway walls and second floor hallway, patch/repair kitchen wall damaged by our Yorkie, repair water damage on ceiling and wall in small hallway.
