THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK, PROFESSIONAL, PLEASED WITH SERVICE!

I use him because he is very good. I have used him for years. I did not use him from Angie's List. He is not cheap but he comes when I call him. I have called the other services providers before from Angie's List but they would not come and I am not sure as to how people run their businesses. He does ads on the television and everything else. I called him and he was great. I was in between contracts and I had control smoke detectors on the outward of the house. I was running some errands and I dropped into his office. He asked me if I wanted it to be done that day as he could send his person over in an hour. It was great as I was hoping that it would be done by the end of the week but that was ridiculous. It was fine. His person came over and he was great. I showed him the first one on the cathedral ceiling. He looked at them. He said that they would not last long and I had to replace them. They were never cheap but they were damn good. He also looked at the circuit board that came into the house and said that I had a problem with that one too. I was surprised. He showed it to me and said that there was something wrong with it as it was not working. He said that I might be overloading the circuit board. I did know that as I was not an electrical person but from Information Technology. He told me that I had to replace the board and the boxes. He then said that he knew what the problem was and that the wire was loose. He said that he would come back in three months without any charge to take a look at it and see if we had caught the problem. I called him back in three months. He came back and fixed the problem without any charge. They were great people as this was the kind of service they offered. My experience with them was excellent. I don't have a comparison on their price but I have heard from the other people that they are expensive. They may be expensive but I got what I paid for. I hate it when I call somebody, take time off my work but they never show up. I would be irritated when they would not show up even though they are cheap. The quality of their service was fantastic. I use them for plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning. Their professionalism could not have been any better. I will always use them.

The people who came out were nice. They did everything thoroughly. They were pretty honest and told me that there was nothing to be done. They offered me a yearly service but weren't pushy about that. I would use them in the future.

I have been an Aiello heating and a/c service contract customer for over a year, paying $15/mo each for heating service and a/c service. This is supposed to get me my annual service of each (heating and a/c) for free, plus priority service and some discounts on service. i was contacted by Aiello to make my annual a/c service appointment. it was scheduled for 5/13/11. I received a call on that day telling me that a serviceman had called in sick and they would need to reschedule my appointment. I understood and we rescheduled for 5/31/11 at 2:00. I was told that the rep was making a note that I was NOT to be rescheduled again. Well, 2:00 came and went on the day of the appointment and no one showed up. I called them at 2:30 to see if the serviceman was running late. i was told that due to the volume of emergency calls they were receiving, I would have to be reschedule again. I explained that I had already been reschedule once and that this was unacceptable. The rep put me on hold to talk to the manager. When she came back, she said the manager apologized and would give me a $25 credit. i said no thanks, and cancelled my service. Why bother paying to be a priority customer if i'm not going to be given any priority?

I was very pleased with the service I received. The fire Marshall turned the power off in 2 rooms of 2 separate apartments so my tenants were eager to have the power restored. We called around for estimates and very few electricians were familiar with the procedure required after a fire. Aiello was familiar with what needed to be done and very professional about the job. They called back quickly upon our initial request for an estimate, whereas some companies did not even give the courtesy of a call back. They scheduled an estimate in a day or so and were there just as promised. They applied for the necessary permits and once the permit was issued scheduled an appointment to preform the work. The work was done in one day and they left the rooms perfectly clean and the power restored. The cost of the entire job was very reasonable and exactly as listed on the written estimate. The office was very cheerful and helpful in scheduling an appointment. Also, the electrician was very good about communicating what needed to be done and how long it would take to get the permit. I really liked dealing with this company and will defiantly use them again. Very professional--I have absolutely no complaints about them.

They did excellent work. They cleaned after themselves. They showed up on-time. They were very polite. You couldn't ask for better people to have in your house.

The service was excellent, professional, and timely. The cost seemed way out of line for the job, although I would use them again.

The first plumbers did not know what they were doing at all. They broke a bunch of tiles when they were putting in the toilet. They left a rough-cut seam in the toilet drain. It would have been a massive problem at a later date. I complained and they came back and redid the whole work without any additional charges.

The work was done well. They were a little on the pricey side but the work was satisfactory. When I had a concern or question, it took a long time for them to get back to me if they got back to me at all. After I installed the furnace, I got a quote from them to run a gas line and the man that came out quoted me a price that was five times the other amounts I received. I called to speak to the manager and they gave me voicemail and said he’d get back to me but I never heard from them again. The work they did was great but the follow up was very poor.

Their prices are horrible, they were way out of line. They charged us almost $1000. The work was fine.

They always came either that day or the next day. They were always very courteous and gave their prices upfront. They were very prompt and came exactly when they said they would come. We found them to be efficient too, and there was hardly any disturbance in our house when they did their job. They had even played with our dog. Aiello Home Services was expensive, though.

They were able to schedule me quickly. Courteous over the phone. Plumber came, took a look at the sink, and said it would cost $1098 to take old sink out and put new one in. Said it would take about 3 hours. Thought the price was outrageous, and said thanks but no thanks. Got another Angies List plumber who did an excellent job for $150.

The unit is still under warranty. It was a nightmare while they were installing it. I have been waiting two days for a manager to call me back.

It went very well. They do good work. They did first rate work, but they were fairly expensive, and that would be the only problem with their services.

I have used Aiello Home Services for many small plumbing jobs for years now and they always provide us with excellent work. This job was no exception. There were no surprises and everything went smoothly. They do cost a bit more than some, but it is well worth it for their superior quality work and the way they stand behind it.

We have already used them twice in total, once for our heating and once for our air conditioning. They are very informative and they even showed me how to turn the air and heat on and off. They were very professional and I will continue to use them as needed.

I am pleased that Aiello has always been very responsive and timely. They are always professional and I was happy that they found the problem quickly and kept me from having to replace the system. Their honesty in not trying to sell me on services that I did not need was very good of them.

Last year, they installed the new air conditioning unit. In the package I chose, it provided me with 5 year guarantee for repairs and tune ups. Therefore, there was no cost for the tune up services. The company is reliable, offers a thorough explanation and they are wonderful people to work with. While in my home, they are extremely cautious by wearing booties. They have television commercials to advertise their promotions.

They did a good job. My shower has not leaked since they came. The job took about 15 minutes, they were on time and professional. I will however check around for prices the next time I need plumbing needs. That is not saying I would not hire them again.

The representative (sorry, do not know his name) was on time and performed the requested work satisfactorily. It was a somewhat complicated job as a pump had to be installed to pump the water out. It was a eight hour job, which he did without a break. The area was neat and clean when he left. In addition he fixed a leak in another line without charge. I like that they give a price up front, and that is what you pay regardless of any unexpected situations they may encounter. I am going to have them install a hot water heater after the holidays. The representative called in for the person specializing in that area, and he came out that same day to give me the quote. I like that they are available 24 hours, 7 days a week for any problems that may occur. I am very satisfied.

The leak was confined to a small section of the main floor of the house but he assured me he needed to check the basement and the upstairs. I followed him and all he did was walk into those areas, no in depth inspection at all. Then he returned to the kitchen and began tearing up the ceiling. He located the 2'' elbow and replaced it. Then he had the audacity to charge for an in-depth walk through, major demolition and repair! I feel he took advantage of a single woman who had just had surgery and was an easy "mark" that day. My insurance adjuster said the repair should have been between $100 and $200.

First time there, the contractor failed to bleed all the radiators. I had to have him come back. Some months later, I see the leak is back, just not as bad.
