Lost s day of work because the schedule person put in the wrong date

Precise, professional, and personable... corrected a few chimney issues beyond mt original request in a complete and timely manner.

Polite personnel came and cleaned efficiently. Explained what they were doing as they made quick work of it. Left living areas around chimney cleaner than when they arrived. I would use them again.

I hired them for a chimney cleaning not sure if they really cleaned the chimney because they were at my house for only 4 mins and claimed that they cleaned the chimney

first year was given the work up and it cost a lot. second year they in and out and cost was mininal. They look out for the safety of the chimney but don't waste your time or money.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! The initial consult was thorough and informative. Manager (Dale) was extremely patient with me. Technicians arrived promptly. They were courteous,professional and patient. They answered all my questions-providing suggestions and advice. Techs left a detailed summary of work done as well as next steps, along with pricing. Excellent results all around!

They were shocked to hear that we had a pellet stove. I clearly stated to the rep on the phone when scheduling the appointment that we had a pellet stove. When they arrived they asked where the "wood stove" was. THEN, my husband had vacuumed out the inside of the stove so they said "he did a good job we don't need to do it." Well they should have opened it up and inspected it. He did not take off the back plate and clean behind it, they also should have lubricated the auger - but they didn't bother once again to do that either. I guess I should have told them to - I did mention to them to look inside but they said "no need, you can see he was thorough" (by looking through the glass). He was a nice man, said he is familiar with pellet stoves but I honestly will not use the company again.

I liked the quick response time from telephone call to the service date, and the two gentlemen who came out were very nice. Service took about 15 minutes.

Arrived on time. Very thorough and really care about doing a good job for you. The layout in our home is not easy as it turns out, but we did not get charged extra. Took pics and gave advice as to other work we need to get done. Will definitely hire again!
