Spoke to CS rep Amanda twice, said, "make sure the guys know that I got a wood-burning fireplace insert (wood-burning stove) ". She acknowledged by saying "of course the do". Surprise! - "Amanda doesn't tell us nothing" is the response from the guys when they showed up. They did the work, made recommendations. The are a bit expensive (it's prolly season related) - $180 for cleaning. Would hire again, but would like to shop around for cheaper prices.

I used Safeside for an oil furnace chimney that had not been swept in many years. The techs were quick, clean, and explained each step of what the were doing and why. I would certainly use Safeside again.
