They did the work poorly. I have been asking for a invoice and after 2 weeks I don't have 1. They did seal the chimney which they weren't supose to do and they didn't charge me,but I am not satisfied. They said they would give me back 200.00 and I am still waiting. The amount they chaged I think was not worth 650.00. If I wasn't 64,it think I could of done the same thing. The owner was not very happy with me,he was a little disrespectful. I dont think I will use your service because I can't be sure the company that you offer me will be reputable. Thanks I will call again today to try to get my 200.00 back and I really think they should owe me more. I am very sad.

I would never hire them. They did not even clean the chimney. I paid $85 for nothing. I am not impressed with their service.

Did a OK job for the hard project they had.

The reason for the lower rating is the intense and I mean intense sales and scare tactic pressure they use to get you to do more repairs then what was originally requested. I do think the additional repairs were needed but the high pressure sales tactics are not necessary. Additionally they offer 10% off the additional work if you sign a contract for over $2400.00 but you have to sign right then they won't apply it to the work later. They were also more expensive then bids we obtained from other contractors. I would not use them again.

Prompt, courteous service. Knowledgeable guys. Very quick turnaround from quote to job completion.....two days! Very pleased. Will have them back to maintain my new chimney liner.

The technicians seemed to be in a hurry. After a lot of banging and hammering on the roof, I was told the job of cleaning the pellet stove chimney was complete. After they left, I started the stove and it still wasn't drafting properly so I decided the stove was no longer working well and needed to be replaced so I bought a new pellet stove. During installation of the new stove, I was shown the old stove pipe (that was supposedly cleaned) contained ash, creosote and a dead bird. I am now seeking a refund for the work that was NOT done. I will not hire them again.

Been using them for years. They have cleaned our chimney 4 times and even rebuild the top. Great service from all angles.
