Safeside inspected and cleaned a chimney and two dryer vents at two properties. The technicians were on time, friendly, professional and provided exceptional customer service. They found that some tape was becoming loose and replaced it at no additional charge. Their service charge was reasonable. I definitely recommend this company and will use them as part of an annual maintenance program.

Safeside came out an inspected both my chimneys for what seemed like a reasonable rate. After they looked at my furnace, they suggested I have the furnace chimney cleaned. They also found a major problem with one of the chimneys, provided a quote on the spot, thoroughly explained the problem and showed it to me, but they weren't pushy about doing it *right now* which I appreciated. Would definitely use them again in the future when we're ready to make the repairs they suggested.

Their inspection found additional problem with the system. They were equipted to imidately fix the problems on the spot. This saved time and was very convient for me so no rescheduling needed.

Hector arrived on time and was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly and complied with our request to remove and clean the top of the fireplace insert. He also inspected our other two chimneys while on the roof. The bill was exactly as quoted over the phone. I'm very pleased and satisfied with the job.

compared to other chimney cleaning companies I have used, Safeside is clearly the most reliable and knowledgeable. The men they sent over were here on time and were totally customer oriented. They did their work carefully and left no dirt behind.

Guys were prompt and very Knowledgeable

I had them come out for chimney sweep and inspection and they charged $130 - Seems expensive for a 30 minute job, but they were cheaper than most other options I looked into. Very prompt and professional, offered several suggestions for improvements to my chimney to help prevent future issues (epoxying some small cracks near the top ($100) animal guard ($189) or instead of animal guard, replace entire bluestone cap with cement and stainless steel shroud ($489) and waterproofing entire chimney with a "breathable seal" that they would spray over it ($400). Again, most suggestions they made seemed rather expensive to me for the work that would be done, but most other masons and chimney repair places quoted around the same price or higher. Not 100% sure all how critical all the suggestions were vs. just an upsell as I am in no way a chimney expert. They seemed informative and are competitively priced; will definitely be doing some research into their suggestions and may very well be calling them back to perform the extra work.
