Work needed was a Chimney Relining System. Experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was very informative and detailed regarding work needed, timeline for completion and confirming appointment/window of arrival time. Quality of work was great as well as leaving all areas of worksite neat and clean. During the installation it was determined and recommended an additional item be replaced. I decided to have the item replaced and the serviceman offered/went to get the necessary item and installed it.

2 professionals where very informative, answered all my questions, gave me details of what was good and needed repair of fireplace and flue. My issue, Dampener was removed all heat going up chimney. I wanted it capped off complete as I was not using fireplace, Their solution, new cap at top but with a pulley so I can open cap to use fireplace if I wanted, but gave a solid seal when not in use. All done within a hour.

Unlike other vendors they called to say they were 30 minutes away which allowed me to plan accordingly instead of waiting around during a 4 to 6 hour window. This was very helpful.

Outstanding company...extremely professional and good to their word. Was very easy setting up the appointment. They followed up to confirm a few days before. Workers showed up right on time and were extremely kind, patient and explained every service they were providing. No hard selling at all. House was spotless when they finished and they offered to answer any questions even after they left. I have no idea if their pricing was at market or high/low, but honestly, you can't beat honesty and professionalism so I was happy to pay (they even offered a discount on the spot). Couldn't be more pleased with the service!
