Description of Work: I have used them several times before, for yellow jackets and carpenter bees. This time it was for a "noise in the wall." They answer the phone personally which is a big plus for me when I'm frantic about insects or rodents. They sent someone out within 24 hours and did a thorough inspection. He determined I had a chipmunk trying to nest in my wall and it was able to get in through an opening under my porch. He blocked the opening with wire mesh and gave me instructions on how to get the necessary repairs made (carpentry needed). No problems, or vermin, since!

Description of Work: The exterminator examined the kitchen, basement, and garage. He set snap traps in the basement and bait traps in the kitchen and garage. He explained what to look for, how long it might take to eliminate the rodents. He returned in three weeks, checked the traps and removed the two found. He added bait traps in the garage, said to keep a watch for signs, but thought it was a minor invasion. Thus far, I've seen no further signs. |Service was efficient, the exterminator was knowledgeable, and the return visit was included in the initial cost.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the experience overall. I didn't call any other companies, so I'm not sure how their price compares.
Description of Work: We had swarming bees on our front steps, and they came out and sprayed the area. They said that if the bees didn't go away within one week, they would come back to spray again free of charge. We had to call them back, and they sprayed a second time. Since then, we haven't had any more bee problems. They were incredibly punctual, quick and professional on both visits.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE GOOD. WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY SEEMED VERY DEPENDABLE AND THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS PRETTY REASONABLE FOR WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

+ -1 moreTHEIR PRICES ARE NOT CHEAP BUT THEY ARE NOT EXPENSIVE EITHER. THEY COME WHENEVER I CALL THEM. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP VERY PROMPTLY. THEY ARE ACTUALLY COMING OUT TOMORROW TO SPRAY AGAIN FOR ANTS.
