Outstanding customer service. They contacted me right away and scheduled a repair the next day. The are friendly and easy to deal with. All questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. My situation required follow-up communication after the project and they did an excellent job with that. My serviceman George was very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to have at the house. He is a skilled craftsman that left the work area neat and clean.

They come out to give a free estimate, & if you accept it, they do the job right then. We will use them again in the future.

Because my plumbing supply store didn't have the complete valve before I had to call Advanced Plumbing, I just got the black shut off washer. I didn't think to check the semi-transparent valve stem washer. After putting an odd shaped hole in the wall, which access panels are 14 × 14, I unscrewed the valve stem & the repair person spotted the o-ring right away. So review, good & bad.

After my hot water heater problem was fixed I called customer with questions about my particular issue and plumber was sent out 2nd time to check out my concerns.
