This company is outrageously expensive, to the point where the overprice is a customer abuse. We needed to repair a simple leak -- the materials that were being replace cost about $20 (even less) at Home Depot. For 1 hour 30 min work we were charged almost $550. If we would have bought a brand new toilet at Home Depot the total would have been around $700 max including installation if we opted for the most expensive options offered by Home Depot. I understand that hiring a plumber is costly, but this is way over the top and completely unreasonable.

I don't write a lot of reviews but this is worth it. The service I got was excellent. Vinny was the plumber and he was very knowledgeable, patient and did not try to oversell services. Also he was very clean and organized. I would recommend these guys.

The technicians were professional and friendly, I started the day with no hot water ended the day with a new tank and plenty of hot water, the estimated cost was the final cost.

Won't hire again. I hired Advanced Rooter Plumbing via home advisor. - I hired them for the same problem 3 times**bathroom Leak**, which was not fixed from the first time. I changed my ceiling 3 times. - They told me one year warranty, NOW they telling me 30 days only. - Their manager/owner Bruce is asking me if have the regional invoice, when I told him I am taking him to court. - Their plumbers complain about each other work.

Prompt, courteous, professional. The remedy only took five minutes, but I had to pay the minimum hourly rate. Would definitely recommend.

The work was done well, within budget, and timely. The customer service even called over a holiday weekend to set up the appointment.

They are too expensive. I just had another job done where we replaced a kitchen sink faucet and it cost me less than the replacement of a trap which they did. They don't carry enough basic parts on the truck to make simple repairs and said they would have to travel too far(at greater expense) to get a part.

They responded fast, employee nice, clean respectful, and friendly, kind of service you don't get any more.
