I was pleased with the response time of ARP. They called me back quickly, scheduled a date and time for service. I told them I needed a plumber to help with a leak that was occurring behind the shower wall with no access panel to the plumbing. They told me in advance that if they had to open the wall, there would be a charge and I appreciated the full disclosure. They sent a great plumber, Mr. Laville who was very professional, thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, and who did end up opening the wall, making the necessary repairs and was very neat and tidy. I was very pleased and happy with the great customer service and skill level of the plumber who fixed my leak. Mr. Laville was great and I recommend this company overall because of my excellent experience. If ever I have another plumbing need, these are the guys I will call first!

Mike came within half and hour after I spoke to their office. He gave me an estimate which was a reasonable price for the job. He was pleasant, courteous and efficient. It took over an hour to fix my badly clogged up bathroom pipe but he put a lot of effort into it and got it done.
