They came out, gave me an estimate and did the job the same day. I had a hot water heater replaced. They were professional and friendly.

Very responsive, timely. Committed to making sure I was satisfied. Offered informed recommendations on the different types of water heaters which was very helpful. The man who installed the new unit was skilled and polite, kept me informed every step. Price beat other offers.

My gas line was installed during some very cold weather where furnace repair or new installation usually receives higher priority. Still Bruce and his team were able to do the gas line hookup per my stringent schedule. Advanced Rooter was 20% lower than the other quote I received. His team did the job in a expedited professional manner. I was very pleased with the work they did. They even went to the town to get the permit pulled, scheduled it and then had someone on the team at the house when the inspector arrived. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5.0 is because I'm a little cheap.

Called to get my heated driveway serviced, She sent out a rep within a few hours, he came had no idea how to work on my system, They then sent someone else later. He seemed to know the system and put pressure in the lines to get it working again. He didn't wait around to see if it the system worked and was there all of 20 minutes. I was then charged $180 for this service call, (no one told me upfront BTW) Took a week to get someone back. Gave me an estimate for a repair 3 1/2 weeks later. Never showed $180 credit for what hey didn't fix. Sent an email in regard, never heard back.

We had them come out to service our hot water heater that stopped working. Unfortunately shortly after they left we were without hot water again. It was no fault of theirs, we were due for a new unit. I had them pick up and install a new hot water heater the next day and they applied a large portion of the cost for the previous visit to the new unit installation, which was very nice and somewhat unexpected.

We have been looking all day and decided to try Home adviser that evening. Advanced Rooter Plumbing called right away. it was a holiday the next day and they came out no extra charge and gave me a free quote and installed the water heater same day the price was reasonable not much more then Home depot, Sears or Lowes. The knowladge of the service person was by far the best.! Can you tell I am very happy with the service..........

1800 $ for repair of two faucets and hotwater heater replacement. Was satisfied. I had checked on line for heaters and was quoted at 700$ so the rest was for two faucet changes and labor?

Field to office communication wasn't the best. Installing a boiler for my 3rd floor apartment. They did a very good job and they were very good in coming back and finishing. All in all they did the right job.

Couldn't have hoped for any better: Immediate call-back time and very pleasant, Sent someone out right-away. Professional repair! Didn't try to sell me other services. A very knowledgeable and hard worker, plus pleasant, Totally professional, from start to finish. I very highly recommend!

Great communication! Toilet broke Labor Day weekend and they came out on Labor Day to replace it at no extra charge. Jimmy the technician was great! Neat as a pin! Would recommend them and would hire them again for any future plumbing needs!

The call out fee was a little more than I expected but they got the job done well
